Syftet med studien var att undersöka och lyfta fram elevers inställning och värderingar till religionsundervisning, livsåskådning och religion. Studiedeltagarna bestod utav två klasser på en gymnasieskola i mellersta Sverige, där båda klasserna gick det estetiska programmet. Undersökningen var en enkätstudie som samlades in och analyserades. Resultatet visade att elever på en gymnasieskola inte har en konkret uppfattning kring sin religiösa tillhörighet. Studien visade även att eleverna hade en oklar uppfattning och bild utav Gud. Deltagarna var osäkra på Guds existens men trodde samtidigt att det kunde finnas en högre makt. Studieresultatet visade att en majoritet av studiedeltagarna trodde på ett liv efter detta, så kallad reinkarnation.

Today Internet is clogged up and packed with homepages and information from both private persons and commercial companies. This has led to a decreased availability for a company to be noticed. The most common tool for consumers to use while searching for products online is via search engines. But because of the nature of these, not all companies can have good placements. Our research question was, "How do small online-companies attract consumers to their website"? The purpose of this thesis is to identify how a company works through online-communications and how to attract consumers to their home page.

This paper is based on a quantitative survey. The study aims to answer the questionwhich media young people rather use to take part of the news. The results showthat young people today in Kalmar preferably and often read newspapers on theInternet and mobile phone.The questions asked was about which media they usually use, the level ofconfidence they had in various media, how interest was in different newscategories, willingness to pay for online news and background issues relatedsubjects. The survey was aimed at high school students in Kalmar and weredistributed and collected on-site at the schools. What was remarkable among theresponses was that young people largely had access to a morning newspaper athome and said that they would consider subscribing to one in the future.

Begreppet beskrevs som ett estetiskt begrepp för att beskriva skräck och upplevelser av detstorslagna och allomfattande i konst. Jag hade aldrig hört om något liknande och blev helt tagen: de här upplevelserna var ju precis det konsten handlade om! För mig handlade insikten om två saker: dels ett begrepp för att beskriva något annat än fulhet och skönhet i konst.

Girls write, publish pictures and build networks with, mostly, other girls.  This new phenonomen has been described in Swedish media partly as a problem, where adults are worried that the information the young girls publish about themselves is too personal, and can be used for the wrong purposes. It has also been suggested that the content of young girls blogs has little value, beeing mostly narcissitic, superficial and obsessed with fashion and shopping. The purpose of this paper has been to investigate how young girls reflect upon their photographic communication on the internet.  The idea has been to ask the girls themselves about their own experiences, to get a more complete picture of them as internet users, to investigate their communication strategies and solutions when it comes to net integrity  and to talk about how they create gender and identity online..

Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka sambandet mellan religion och politik utifrån ett antagande om att globaliseringsprocessen spelat en viktig roll för ökad religiositet i den politiska sfären. Utifrån en idé- och ideologianalys med kritiska inslag fokuserar vi främst på statsmaktens förändrade roll, i och med globaliseringsprocessen. Vi använder oss av en socialkonstruktivistisk teori då vi tror att religionen inte är något konstant utan något som kan konstrueras utifrån sitt syfte. Maktaspekten blir också central här. Vi har genomfört fallstudier på två länder, USA och Iran, för att se om vi kunnat finna stöd för vår tro att det finns ett samband mellan globaliseringen och en ökad religiositet inom politik.

Det råder stor enighet i samhället om att religionsfrihet är viktigt men åsikterna går stundom isär om vad denna frihet i praktiken ska innebära. Debatten kring de religiösa friskolorna är ett tydligt exempel på detta.Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa vilken tolkning av barns religionsfrihet som framträder i den nya skollagen och läroplanerna. Detta är viktigt då forskning visar att skolan har en unik möjlighet att nå barn i en ålder där de är extra känsliga för påverkan. Skolans innehåll, syfte och mål är därför betydelsefullt såväl på individuell som på kollektiv nivå. In 2011, I and fellow student at Gotland University created a multimedia game. To fit the time constraints a ?vertical slice? was created. This means a small sample of the game is taken which allows the user to understand how the game works, and at the same time, get a visual demonstration of how the game is designed. The following essay aims to determine what textbooks and teaching media educators in the county of Västerbotten use when teaching the relation between religion and science. Based on educational science theory and through analyzes of factual texts, the teaching materials was examined to determine how much focus they put on the thematic of religion and science. The result shows how the different teaching materials affect this thematic differently. The main conclusion is therefore that students in Sweden could, depending on the teaching materials used in their education, be taught by different standards to reach the same requirements..

Since the beginning of the internet the criminal world has used the medium as a platform for operation.This dark web is a domain where illegal sites are flourishing due to the possibilities offered by newtechnology. Net-based criminal activity is a challenge for society as it uses hard proof technologicalsafety measures to avoid the law. Silk Road is the most prominent example, an online illicitmarketplace where drugs and illegal substances are being traded based on conventional e-commerceconcepts. This paper argues for trust as an important factor for the survival of illicit online trade andapplies existing theories on e-commerce and virtual communities. To identify patterns of trust andcommon trust-based issues among Silk Road users, a netnographic study was conducted on the site?sdiscussion forum.

How do you summarize the content of a fictional work, let?s sayLord of the Rings, into a few "telling" words that may represent it? This master?s thesis is a comparative study of how library users? freely chosen tags/keywords deviate from controlled vocabulary made by professional indexers when representing fiction. The thesis answers four main questions:? Do the tags that the library users give fictional works correspond to the categories used in professional indexing in Sweden?? Do the tags follow the standards for vocabulary, semantics and syntax used when indexing professionally?? Do the tags add something to document representations?? Are there differences between the tags used for adult fiction and the tags used for children?s literature?With a starting point in indexing theories of Frederick W. Lancaster, Annelise Pejtersen, and the semiotic theory of the indexing process of Jens-Erik Mai, 383 tags from totally 70 fictional works are analyzed.

This degree project is made for Sundbyholms Golf&Country Club in Eskilstuna. The aim of the report is to produce a website which include a golf course interactive guide and an online game. Programs that have been used during the project are Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Director, Discreet 3DS Max and the plug-in 3DS Max Exporter. The choice of programs are based on experience and knowledge from the university education Media and Communication Engineering at Linköping University. The golf course guide contains a 2D-guide (image) and a 3D-guide (interactive image).

The purpose of this thesis is to examine which factors influence librarians selection of electronic information sources, and to investigate whether librarians use of search strategies and search tactics changes depending on which information source they use. The electronic information sources are: online databases, Online Public Access Catalogues OPAC, World Wide Web, and CD-ROM databases. The theoretical framework is based on step 3 Select a source and step 4 Formulate a Query in Marchioninis information seeking model. The search strategies are divided into two categories: analytical and browsing strategies. In order to supplement the theoretical framework with empirical facts, 8 librarians were interviewed.
