Malmö: Lärarutbildningen Detta examensarbete handlar om två förskolors förutsättningar när det kommer till att arbeta med barn i behov av särskilt stöd. Syftet med studien är att undersöka förskollärarnas kunskaper om barn i behov av särskilt stöd och hur samarbetet ser ut mellan olika människor som ska verka för barns bästa. Frågeställningarna som undersökningen grundar sig på är: Vilken kunskap har förskollärarna när det gäller att arbeta med barn i behov av särskilt stöd? Hur ser samarbetet ut mellan dels pedagogerna och andra yrkeskategorier och dels mellan pedagogerna och ledningen ur pedagogernas perspektiv? Tidigare forskning tar upp begrepp så som kunskap, samarbetet och närheten till chefen.

Metod: Vi har genomfört intervjuer av kvalitativ karaktär på de fyra storbankerna. Vi har sedan analyserat resultatet av intervjuerna med hjälp av teori om hur innovationer sprids. Slutsats: AIO:ernas relativa fördel har ökat de senaste åren.

Glimmingehus is one of the most well preserved medieval castles in Sweden. This essay examines why it was built ? what were the intentions of the Lord, Jens Holgersen? Even though we?ll never be able to ask him, the answer to the question ?why?? can give us aninsight of how a man of his position thought in the Late Medieval time. To answer the question the castle are explored through three different angles ? the Lord of the castle and thesocial context the castle was built in, the landscape surrounding Glimmingehus ? has Jens Holgersen left any structural clues there, and finally the castle itself ? how has a potential visitor experienced Glimmingehus? The methods are greatly influenced by Gunhild Eriksdotter, who in her book Bakom fasaderna explores the possibilities of an analysis ofexperience together with an analysis of function in the archaeology of buildings.

Denna syn på demokrati har som riktlinjer att fostra en aktiv medborgarkår och ser deltagande som en plikt snarare än en rättighet. Iresultaten från våra samtalsintervjuer, ser vi att hjärtefrågorna finns där och att de flesta har en stor samhällsrelevans. Det generella bland respondenterna är att de inte kommunicerar sin hjärtefråga i någon större utsträckning.

I den här uppsatsen görs två olika studier på sportkrönikor från 4 avSveriges lokala dagstidningar. Den första studien är en detaljanalys avinnehållet i krönikorna, med fokus på både utomtextliga faktorer somkrönikörens ursprung, roll och syfte med texten och rent textmässigasom synonymer, tempus, meningslängd och bildspråk. Detaljanalysengenomförs på 4 krönikor skrivna av 4 olika krönikörer. Det är vissaskillnader mellan dessa texter, men även en del likheter. Störstaskillnaden ligger i att bildspråket är så varierande.

Slutsatser Ett företags uppsättning av resurser och förmågor är alltid unik. Genom att utgå från dessa resurser och förmågor vid de strategiska valen och sedan applicera dessa där lönsamhetspotentialen är störst skapas ett finansiellt utrymme som sedermera ligger till grund för en långsiktig och konkurrenskraftig tillväxt. Det är dock viktigt att resurserna klarar Barneys VRIO-test för att en sådan strategi skall fungera.
