Den här studien grundar sig på skillnader mellan återgivning av ord, sorterade efter semantiska kategorier, i förhållanden med rent tal och maskerat tal. 32 personer deltog i studien där de först blev visuellt presenterade för en lista med 15 semantiska ord som skulle memoreras och sedan återges i fri ordning i två olika betingelser av bakgrundsljud, tal och maskerat tal. Utifrån tidigare studier utformades studiens hypoteser; vid återgivningen ökar antalet visuellt presenterade ord när bakgrundstalet maskeras av ett brus jämfört med när bakgrundstalet spelas upp utan maskering. Antalet auditivt presenterade ord som återges minskar när bakgrundstalet maskeras av ett brus jämfört med när bakgrundstalet spelas upp utan maskering. Resultaten gav stöd åt hypotesen att försökspersonerna återgav fler visuellt presenterade ord när bakgrundstalet maskerades av ett brus.

För att företagen skall kunna bevara sin konkurrenskraft har en hög motivation hos deanställda fått en allt större betydelse. Jag har i denna studie studerat motivation och vad somkommer att påverka motivationsgraden hos de anställda mest. Detta med utgångspunkt fråntre olika aspekter, vilka är; ledarskap, lärande organisation och utvecklingssamtalet. Somteoretisk bas har jag använt mig av fyra olika klassiska motivationsteorier. Alla dessa teorierhar som utgångspunkt förklarat vad som gör individer motiverade, däremot saknade jag enbeskrivning hur en ledare skall agera för att skapa motivation hos sin personal.

Trioplanex International AB is a part of the group Trioplast Industrier AB, which produces packaging materials for the film and hygiene industry. The group is active throughout Europe, where most of the production is located in Sweden, with head office in Smålandsstenar. Operations in Landskrona consist of Trioplanex International AB and Trioplast Landskrona.Semi-finished articles consisting of paper cores, so called bobbins, give rise to a high amount of core waste in any form of core cutting. The objective of the report is to map out all core waste and illustrate the material flow with regard to present layout and equipment.In the beginning of the project an analysis of the current process was carried out with focus on the cutting equipment. A case study in the form of an improvement work took place in order to reduce the causes which had the biggest impact on existing machinery.Improvement proposals were discussed by the author together with supervisor, assigner and other parties involved.

That is not the reality for all. There are laws and regulations on visa requirement which makes it harder for nationals of certain countries to travel on holiday abroad. This essay examines the situation for residents of countries outside the EU and the Schengen Agreement.

This thesis focuses on employers? use of non-­?solicitation of employees in commercial contracts within the union?s internal market and how this can result in restrictive practices in violation of European law. Using legal method, legal economic considerations, and guidance from modern American legal development in antitrust law, this thesis is aiming to investigate how this kind of anticompetitive cooperation in the European labor market should be assessed. The result seems to be that despite a distinct and pronounced restrictive approach to the application of EU competition rules in the labor market, there are strong incentives and not any legal impediment to apply Article 101 TFEU on no cold call agreements between employers. .

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is about facing responsibilities towards a company?s employees, customers, stakeholders, suppliers and the environment. As customers and consumers came to seek companies that were dealing with CSR a rapid wave of ?forced? implementations of social responsibility began. Fair Travel Tanzania, which has CSR as the foundation of the company, says that they are transparent about what they do and how they give back to the locals, could it be a problem with this? And how do they actually give back to the locals? Is it possible to measure the impact of CSR activities within the company? And if so, how?.

Sweden became a member of the European Union in 1995. Consequently Sweden became obligated to implement the Working Time Directive 2003/88/EC (formerly termed 93/104/EC). At that time Sweden considered that their legislation already gave their employees as high level of protection as the directive prescribed. Dystrofia myotonika Typ 1 (DM 1) är en kronisk, progressiv och ärftlig neuromuskulär sjukdom. För patienten innebär det en livslång sjukdom där försämring sker över tid och där även flera i familjen är eller kan vara drabbade. Patienter med DM 1 är i behov av regelbunden uppföljning gärna varje år. För att kunna tillgodose patientens behov skapades på Neuromuskulärt centrum, Sahlgrenska sjukhuset Göteborg, en sjuksköterskemottagning. Syftet med föreliggande litteraturstudie, var att kartlägga kunskapen om sjuksköterskemottagningar samt belysa mötet mellan patient och sjuksköterska.

The purpose of our study is to get more knowledge about how moral dilemmas affect social workers in their work. This because we find that a big part of social work involves ethic reflections and that is why we find it important for social workers to have knowledge about how they should and can think and act in these situations. Ethic statements exist for social workers to use in their work but we haven?t found any guidelines for concrete situations and that?s why we decided to study this area. Questions we want to answer are how do the social workers define moral dilemmas in social work? How do the social workers deal with moral dilemmas in their work? How do moral dilemmas affect social workers in their work? This is a qualitative study with interviews from seven social workers from one social service office although they are from different units.

This essay will through the use of a questionnaire sent to employees of the psyc hological institute in Gothenburg and with debate articles examine how the conflict creates distinctions within, and outside of, the academic discipline of psychology. With the help of the historical context as well as a discourse analysis the aim of the e ssay is to understand how the relationship is discussed today. In light of the recent scandals in Europe involving food labelling, this study will be focusing on food labelling. This study?s purpose is to investigate the extent of knowledge concerning labeling and presentation of food in the different food stores in Halmstad.The study was conducted out of our own interests with the guidance from the environmental health office. The study included nine different food stores of different size. The focus in this study was to verify how well five selected products follow the labeling rules.

The concept of green IT is a hot topic in the industry right now. The requirements forenvironmental friendliness are becoming increasingly common. There is a lack of knowledge andunderstanding of what green IT means and how it can be achieved. Our study shows that the useof ICT can never become entirely green, but a lot can be done to become greener. We haveproduced a balanced scorecard which in theory leads to better governance, increased knowledgeand a common picture of what the work of greening IT means for employees and theorganization.
