Songs from the Crypt: Mapping the Forces that Hinder the Digital Revolution of Music Distribution This paper seeks an explanation to the low market share growth of the commercial digital music distribution in Sweden. The analysis identifies a spectrum of obstacles that hinder the digital distribution technology from becoming the main form of music distribution in Sweden. These obstacles make the digital music distribution less favourable in comparison with physical distribution from the consumer?s point of view. The authors suggest that in order for the digital distribution of music to become competitive the digital product would either have to be developed further to Offer more customer value or the so called a là carte retail model would have to be replaced by a subscription-based distribution model.

The aim of the inventory is to ensure that the company is able to meet the customers?demands despite fluctuations and variations in the material flow. The size of the warehouseand the layout are physical limitations for the quantity of articles that can be stored.

This study is made in cooperation with Setragroup AB. Setra is Sweden?s biggest sawmilling company with a turnover of almost 6 billion SEK. 45% of the produced volume goes to the Swedish market where the customers are the DIY-sector and industrial customers. Setra as well as the other Swedish sawmilling companies operate in a very competitive environment.

Sweden is going through big changes within the bank sector. Increasing card usage, decrease of cash acceptance in the society, an attempt to reduce money laundering, and a possible increase in profitability has lead to the rescindment of cash management among three of the four major banks. This has lead to a big debate in the society, a lot of frustration from customers, and a drop in customer satisfaction for every bank that started the process of removing cash management. The purpose of this study is to find out how the banks could keep their customer satisfaction when removing cash management. When doing the study, the rescindment of cash was a deduction of a part of the service, compared to the normal adding or starting of a service. The study was done through a focus group that was the base of a questionnaire that got answered by 125 respondents.

Män som Offer för våld av en kvinna i nära relationer är ett problem som tidigare har fått begränsaduppmärksamhet och som nu behöver synliggöras. Syftet med studien är att undersöka vilken typ avvåld män blir utsatta för i en nära relation, hur männens uppbrottsprocess ser ut samt vilkaerfarenheter de har av privat och professionellt stöd. Syftet är vidare att fånga professionellaserfarenheter av fenomenet och koppla dessa till männens berättelser. Vi har i denna uppsats utfört enkvalitativ studie där vi har genomfört halvstrukturerade intervjuer med fyra män som har blivitutsatta för våld av en kvinna i en nära relation. Intervjuer har också genomförts med treprofessionella från Kriscentrum för män och med två socialsekreterare.

The food industry is one of the fastest growing industries in Swedish e-commerce today. However, e-commerce still represents a very small part of the total food sales in Sweden. Experts have noted that, in order for e-commerce to expand in this field, Internet food sales must increase.The aim of this study is to form an understanding of why Swedes do not purchase more food products online. The theoretical framework consists of various marketing theories concerning consumer behavior and the acceptance of new innovations. The methodology used for the purpose of this study has a qualitative approach and in order to answer the questions at hand two focus groups were assembled.

Många företag måste omstrukturera för att sänka kostnader och till följd av det drabbas personal och samhälle. Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR, blir ett alltmer aktuellt begrepp inom företagsvärlden och det behandlar företagens ansvar inför deras påverkan på samhället. En fallstudie på Electrolux nedläggningar och omstruktureringar av fabriker gjordes, med syftet att bidra till forskningsområdet CSR och undersöka hur svenska företag kan implementera CSR vid omstruktureringar för att minska de negativa effekterna. CSR är ett svårdefinierat begrepp och därför inkluderas fackförbundet IF Metalls åsikter som en indikator på socialt ansvarstagande vid omstruktureringsprocesser i Sverige.

Psykisk ohälsa bland barn kan visa sig som depression, ångest, huvudvärk men även som beteendestörningar i olika miljöer. Psykisk hälsa är något som kännetecknas av lycka och välbefinnande. Det krävs samarbete mellan skolan och skolsköterskan för att bedriva ett hälsofrämjande arbete. Syftet med studien var att belysa skolsköterskors erfarenheter av hälsofrämjande och förebyggande arbete med barn- och ungdomars psykiska hälsa. En halvstrukturerad intervjustudie genomfördes med åtta skolsköterskor i fyra kommuner som analyserades med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

This thesis treats Building Information Modeling, BIM, in the production stage. Brieflydescribed BIM is virtual model of a building object where all information about theobject is gathered. All the involved operators in the construction project have access tothe model and can gather or share information about the project. There are several waysto apply BIM in the production stage. This thesis primarily deals with visualization of theobject, preparation and planning, the ability to take amounts from the model andcoordination and clash control.The basic issue was highlighted by Byggdialog AB.

Detta är en kvalitativ studie av unga som tidigare har levt gömda i Sverige men idag har permanent uppehållstillstånd. Insamlade av data har skett genom fem halvstrukturerade livsvärldsintervjuer med personer i åldern 11 ? 24 år, alla var dock 18 år eller yngre när de levde gömda. Syftet med studien är att få större kunskap om och inblick i hur det är att leva gömd och undersöka vilka konsekvenser detta får för de ungas livssituation idag. Vi vill öka förståelsen för gruppen unga som tidigare levt gömda men också undersöka vilka behov dessa unga kan tänkas ha och hur deras situation kan förbättras.

This thesis is built on a field study that was carried out in two seed-tree stands near by Götbrunna in Uppland, Sweden. The aim was to examine if scarification carried out in spring time could generate a more dense seedling establishment when using natural generation, than scarification carried out in autumn. It was also investigated whether there were differences in mortality the first season between the two plot-types. Plots were established block-wise with 50 blocks (pairs) on each site. The spring scarification was made with a hoe during 22-23 of April.

Den här uppsatsen handlar om företeelsen mobbning sedd ur olika perspektiv. Mobbning är dock ett stort område, och en problematisk term att förklara. En anledning till det är det kan ta sig uttryck på så många olika sätt. Därför kan man säga att uppsatsen består av två delar. I den första delen skriver jag om vad några olika forskare definierar som mobbning, samt vilka förklaringsmodeller man kan ta till hjälp för att förstå varför mobbning kan uppstå.
