Bakgrund: Våld i nära relation är ett världsomfattande och kostsamt problem som får långtgående fysiska och psykiska konsekvenser för de brottsOffer som lever i denna typ av förhållanden. Att offren skuldbeläggs är ytterligare ett problem då det främjar attityder i samhället som ursäktar våld i nära relation samt kan resultera i både sekundärviktimisering och återviktimisering av de drabbade. Syftet med studien var att redogöra för studenters uppfattningar om sex olika situationer som skildrar våld i nära relation. Genom att undersöka eventuella skillnader och likheter mellan män och kvinnor samt mellan kriminologstudenter med en förväntad kunskap om våld i nära relation och övriga studenter i deras uppfattningar om orsak, ansvar och skuld när en kvinna har blivit utsatt för våld av sin partner. Metod: Data samlades in genom enkät.

In Sweden there is no legal regulation for the obligations and responsibilities between the contracting parties within the construction, civil engineering and installation sector. To clarify uncertainties regarding the liability, actors from theses sectors have agreed upon a voluntary regulation, called the General Conditions of Contract.When insurance companies want to enter the Swedish construction insurance market, they face a regulatory framework that not only regulates the construction market, it also imposes requirements on terms and conditions that must be included in the construction insurance. These terms are perceived as ambiguities and create difficulties and inhibit the ability for these insurance companies to Offer competitive insurances. One of the terms that create these difficulties is the guarantee period, which is period of time starting from handing over the construction project to the employer, during this period the contractor still has the responsibility for the construction project. The guarantee period regulated by the General Condition of Contracts differs from the international use of the term both in length and in content.

Empirin bestod av 39 domar fr?n samtliga tingsr?tter i Stockholms l?n under en halv?rsperiod i vilka 49 f?r?ldrar uttalat sig om att den andra f?r?ldern ut?vat v?ld mot n?gon i familjen. Materialet bearbetades och analyserades med en kombinerad kvantitativ och kvalitativ metod.

The main purpose with this master's thesis was to develop a survey with the intention to examine what expectations the JM AB:s customer had on a future garden and also to discuss if the lawn has a symbolic meaning in gardens. The lion's share of the thesis is based on a survey, aimed at people in the company's customer database. The intention was to examine what expectations they had on their future garden and if their expectations were met when they later bought a house from the company. The work also consists of interviews and visits to areas with newly built homes. I interpreted the result from my surveys as the lawn on its own being is a strong symbol for a garden and also signals a social status of the owner. To the company the pre made lawn on a role is a way of saving time and easily achieve what the customer request. The company wants to create a concept of a "preset-garden" that meets the company's vision as well as the expectations of the customer.

Studiens syfte var att ur ett genusperspektiv, med hjälp av i huvudsak semiotisk text- och bildanalys samt kompletterande diskursanalys, undersöka hur kvinnor och män framställts i tre dokumentärfilmer. Dokumentärfilmen har valts som medium i syfte att undersöka hur genus hanteras i en mediestruktur där utrymme för eftertanke kring innehållet kan förmodas finnas hos skaparna. Detta i motsats till det snabba reportageformatet ämnat för nyhetssändningar, där så kallad genusslentrian kan tänkas förekomma i och med brist på tid för eftertanke. Filmerna har behandlat de händelser som kom att kallas "de norska terrordåden" som drabbade Norge den 22 juli 2011, där en ensam man utlöste en bomb i norska regeringskvarteret i Oslo samt utförde en omfattande skjutning på norska ön Utöya, där 69 personer då eller senare omkom. Undersökningen har behandlat intervjusituationer med överlevande från dessa två händelser.Uppsatsen är kvalitativ i meningen att semiotisk bild- och textanalys har utgjort grunden för analysen av materialet.

ProblemThe manufacturing industry is a mature industry where the profit margins are small and the competition is hard. This makes it hard for both manufacturers and resellers to gain market shares and reach reasonable profit margins only by selling products. Therefore Swecon who is reseller for Volvo Construction Equipment tries to find alternative methods and ways to increase their profit. An alternative source of income could be to develop the range of services that are connected to the ground products.PurposeThe purpose of the thesis is to examine how Swecon in southern Sweden can improve their Offers of existing services connected to the ground product and investigate the demand of new such services.MethodThis study is based on a qualitative study of five of Swecons local offices and five of Swecons customers. The empirical framework is mostly based on personal interviews but in some cases information was retrieved by using phone interviews.

Den här studien handlar om jämställdhet i förskolan ur ett verksamhetsperspektiv, där fokus är på pedagogerna. Vi har valt att fokusera på de manliga förskollärarna, eftersom de är en underrepresenterad grupp. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur manliga pedagoger upplever att det är att arbeta inom ett kvinnodominerat yrke som förskolan. Frågeställningarna som ligger bakom detta examensarbete är: Hur upplever manliga förskollärare det är att arbeta inom ett yrke som domineras av kvinnor? Möter manliga förskollärare förutfattade meningar vad det gäller genus från kollegor och barnens föräldrar? Hur har samhällets jämställdhetsutveckling påverkat verksamheten i förskolan? Vårt kunskapsbidrag är att ge en nyanserad bild av den manlige förskolläraren. Denna forskning är ett kunskapsbidrag till diskussioner om genus i arbetslag inom förskolan.

The Swedish oligopoly system that prevailed within the provision-industry has during the latest years subsided. The competition on the market has increased when new participants were given the opportunity to enter the Swedish market. Today the provision-industry is characterized by different foreign participants. Among these new participants one can find Lidl and Netto, who have entered the market enable to provide the Swedish people with an inexpensive range of products. In pace with the growing rivalry the benefits favor the consumers whom are being given several options to choose between.

By using the cyborg as a structural tool to analyze certain aspects of human interaction with what can be perceived as landscape or landscape architectural elements, this thesis seeks to explore the concept of the cyborg landscape in order to place human practice in the context of postmodern ideas of the end of true nature. Ever since human kind has externalized evo-lution by using tools and extending the body with technological inventions, we have also taken our surroundings out of their natural trajectory. Everything we do that is conditioned by the use of technology is altering that which we perceive as nature and natural. Since we have been doing this for millennia we have of course also altered our surroundings by the influence of technology.This thesis uses three examples of landscape or landscape architectural elements that are conditioned by the integration of technology to explore this practice through a postmodern model of analysis based on the concept and basic premises of the cyborg, or the cybernetic organism. A cybernetic organism is in short an organism that has functioning technological parts integrated into its system.

The EU market is being deregulated, which sees Swedish farmers that have traditionally been governed by different support systems being forced to adapt to a free market system and having to deal with the concept of supply and demand. The farming sector has during the past several years experienced harder conditions and the deregulation of the market has directly affected farmers. The need for entrepreneurs and that way of thinking has been identified (McElwee, 2006). Swedish farmers are neither familiar with a free market or being required to think in an entrepreneurial manner, does this therefore implicate that Swedish farmers are not entrepreneurs?LRF is a national farmers? organization in Sweden and functions as a support for Swedish farmers.

This Master Thesis is a product development project that has been carried out in cooperation withLappset Sweden AB.The purpose has been to develop a group of products suited for parks andtraditional playground locations. The specific target area has been courtyards of newly builtresidential areas. (These pieces of open land resemble glades that can be found in the forest,which in Swedish is called ?gläntan? and has given name to the product family). Therefore thedesign should match contemporary architecture.

This graduation thesis is about baths and beach like places in city centers. It focuses on recreation and the creation and development of public, social spaces in the city containing water as a visual and useable element. The thesis is divided into three parts; background, inspiration and application. The background examines four factors which we consider important for the occurrence of inner city baths; water, the history of bathing, inner city recreation and social life in public places. A discussion of the (future) importance of inner city baths and beach like places' is then presented. The inspirational part is divided into examples of existing places and examples of types of places. The first is used in an attempt to examine the function and importance of inner city baths and beach like places as well as the opportunities and challenges associated with them. The latter contains a presentation of six categories developed by us to facilitate the planning of inner city baths and beach like places.
