The aim of present study is to evaluate the work of the employees within the Addict Care field, how they experience their struggle as well as the significance of the interaction between the client and the employees. It takes a great deal of effort when facing individuals with alcohol ?and drug related problems. The focus should be on the Occupational and individual qualifications, while there is legislation, regulations and ethical guidelines to be followed. Intending to comprehend these issues better several interviews were made with six employees within The Administration for the Social Services and The Addict Unit in Växjö area.

Due to a globalised world business travel is flourishing. This paper examines how middle level executives, travelling a lot in their work at a multi-national company, feel about their travel. It looks for links between business travel and work satisfaction among them. A short presentation of the patterns of business travel and relevant motivational and stress theories is given. Data for the paper is collected using a survey (78 participants) and interviews.

The purpose of this study is to examine and compare librarian profession with different professional theories. The intention is to describe how the librarian profession meets the different professional criteria and to what extent the librarian profession can be said to be professional in expertise, service and autonomy. Nolin?s modern theory provides an opportunity to analyze Occupational groups based on professionalized basic concepts. The analysis of relevant material showed that the librarian is a service profession with high skills, but does not hold a high degree of autonomy.

Intimate partner violence (IPV) affects both men and women, in homo- as well as heterosexual relationships. The most recognized form of IPV is violence against women. The proposition "Kvinnofrid" was approved by the Swedish parliament in 1998 and proposed an extensive effort to increase knowledge and awareness of IPV among Occupational groups, mainly in the health care system. These professionals are also often directly involved in the care of victims of IPV. The main purpose of this study was to investigate attitudes and level of knowledge among nurses about violence in an intimate relationship.

Lantbruksmiljön tillgodoser många av målgruppens behov och kvalitéerna i lantbruksmiljön bidrar till upplevelsen av delaktighet, valfrihet och självständighet i aktivitet. Syftet med studien är att undersöka upplevelsen av aktivitetsvärdet i lantbruksmiljö för personer i daglig verksamhet på gård enligt LSS och diskutera relationen mellan miljöns betydelse samt personens upplevda aktivitetsvärde. Teorierna i miljöpsykologin fokuserar på naturens och trädgårdars kraft att återställa människans balans, att naturen och miljön som helhet kan få en personen att reflektera och att växa. Grön Omsorg är meningsfull sysselsättning på gårdar i lantlig miljö för människor med behov av särskilt stöd.

For today's young adults, the experience of being in the age period 18-30 years is, compared with previous generations, quite different. There is more room for exploring and experimenting when lifestyles and life-choices are no longer predetermined, and most things are possible for today's young people. The object of this thesis is to examine young people2019s experiences in the transition from youth to adulthood and to illuminate those experiences and difficulties that take place during this period. In the study, qualitative interviews were used in four focus groups, divided up in two age categories. The results reveal that the feeling of being an adult arises in the latter part of the period, and that variations between individuals are readily apparent.

This report is a commission from the Care Unit of Hässleholm municipal. The purpose is to illuminate what is distinguish for contact persons at sheltered housing in the Municipal of Hässleholm? It contains three questions at issue. What are the expectations of the contact men? What information is given? How is communication between the professional categories working out?The report also contains a background with a brief Swedish history in care of older people.

Syftet med denna fallstudie var att undersöka betydelsen av idrott och fysisk aktivitet för ungdom med funktionsnedsättning. En ungdom och hans mamma intervjuades. Datamaterialet analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Fyra kategorier framkom: att vara del av en gemenskap, att känna sig kompetent och utnyttja sin potential, att ha hälsa, glädje och välbefinnande, och att skapa en grund att bygga vidare på. Kategorierna bildade temat: det goda livet ? nu och i framtiden.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva upplevelser av utomhusaktiviteter hos personer över 75 år som bor i det egna hemmet. För att besvara studiens syfte genomfördes 11 semistrukturerade intervjuer. Inklusionskriterier var att deltagarna i studien skulle vara över 75 år, bo i det egna hemmet, ej ha kognitiva nedsättningar samt att de talade svenska. Data analyserades genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys och resulterade i tre kategorier: ?Göra som de gjort tidigare?, ?Fysisk miljö och årstider som begränsande faktor? och ?Att vara delaktig och interagera med andra?.

Leaders in modern working life are confronted with frequent use of temporary groups. The purpose of this study was to examine possible reasons for swift trust towards leaders in temporary groups. The target group of the study was school employees. An opinion poll was carried out in the Occupational group (n = 35) which made it possible to make statistical comparisons. The result showed that the following aspects were important for the development of swift trust in leaders: personal attributes, image related attributes, competence and experience, leadership and also social competence.

The aim of the thesis was to identify whether, and if so how, aspects of sexual health (reproductive health and cohabitation) are compiled in the National Quality Register and identify reasons for this. A quantitative method has been applied to go through the registers annual reports. In the first part of the thesis, the registers annual reports was mapped with the help of a checklist designed through World Health Organizations (WHO) definition of sexual health. In the second part, a questionnaire was sent to those responsible for each register to find reasons to why and how sexual health is included in the National Quality Registers. The result shows that sexual health is not usually included in the register data, although the survey showed that most registers brought up aspects that could affect the current target group's sexual health.

Personer med funktionsnedsättningar stöter ofta på hinder i den offentliga miljön, till exempel trappor, höga trösklar, dålig skyltning eller belysning. Detta i sin tur påverkar individens förmåga att utföra dagliga aktiviteter och att vara delaktig i samhället. En pilotversion av ett kartläggningsinstrument användes för en bedömning av miljöhinder i ett urval faciliteter i en skånsk kommun. Av de 1215 miljöitems som bedömdes påträffades 298 miljöhinder. Generellt sett visar detta på relativt få miljöhinder vilket kan vara avgörande för tillgänglighet och därmed även påverka aktivitet och delaktighet positivt.

SammanfattningI have looked into the possibilities for culture workers to integrate music in the schools traditional teaching. Through litterateur and interviews it appears that it is a lot of possibilities, but also obstacles. The greatest obstacle seems to be the lack of money, time and research. The possibilities come with an increased understanding between the Occupational groups and a good function of coordination. The creative process and its possibilities in the school surroundings, is something that also is under discussion.Jag har undersökt möjligheterna för kulturarbetare att integrera musiken i skolans traditionella undervisning.

Syftet med denna studie var att genom en litteraturöversikt beskriva olika sätt att förändra den fysiska boendemiljön för att främja aktivitetsutförandet i dagliga aktiviteter hos personer med demenssjukdom. Litteratursökningen genomfördes i databaser samt manuellt i referenslistor. Analysen av de 16 valda artiklarna genomfördes med en kvalitativ analysmetod och resultatet presenterades i tre kategorier: ?Att känna igen?, ?Att arrangera? samt ?Att förtydliga?. Resultaten av studien tyder på att en mer hemlik och familjär miljö, arrangemang av rum och föremål så att överblickbarhet medges samt förtydligande av boendemiljön genom till exempel skyltar och färgkontraster främjar aktivitetsutförandet.
