This essay examines the criteria for a peaceful cemetery. First there is a short history of the Swedish funeral place. After that follows the definitions of a peaceful place according to environmental psychology. From these definitions an analysis method is constructed for identifying a peaceful cemetery. The analysis method contains six criteria, shape of the entrances, existence of sound, vegetation character, the cemetery?s demarcation, the cemetery?s management and what feeling the cemetery mediates.The analysis method is put into practice on three cemeteries, Överklinten cemetery, Stockholm forest cemetery and the old cemetery in Malmö.

En sådan förnyelsebar källa är energiskog, vilket kan bli ett viktigt biobränsle. Syftet med detta examensarbete var att undersöka hur de karaktärer som finns i ett landskap kan påverkas, utvecklas och förändras av en energiskogsodling, med fokus på den visuella karaktären och upplevelsen av landskapet. En viktig frågeställning har varit om allmänna intressen kan tillgodoses, som i detta fall energiförsörjning, möjlighet till upplevelse och rekreation och att bevara kulturvärden, samtidigt som hänsyn tas till enskilda ekonomiska intressen.Det landskap som undersökts är Långhundraleden, en dalgång en mil sydöst om Uppsala.

Unemployed people are often affected in a negative way through economic and psychological problems. In order to help people with reduced work capacity back to the labour market and decrease unemployment, the Labour Market Board works with vocational rehabilitation. The aim of this study is to investigate experiences of vocational rehabilitation within the Labour Market Board among unemployed people.

The books are Rebell med frusna fötter by Johanna Nilsson, Lutherska badet by Unni Drougge and I närheten av solen by Hanna Wallsten. They are all written by Swedish authors and taking place in Stockholm in the early years of 2000. I am doing a critical reading against the roles of ?heteronormativitet? as the word is described by Tiina Rosenberg and Fanny Ambjörnsson trying to see how the characters are following or breaking these roles.

The study examines conceptions of identity among girls with foreign background. The aim was to study how identity is understood by the girls based on ethnicity, images of the origin, the value of gender and the meaning of the family. The theoretical approach was post-colonial theory based on Stuart Hall in combination with gender theory by Yvonne Hirdman. The study was conducted using qualitative individual interviews of open character with six girls. They were aged 17-18 years old and were born in Sweden or had lived here since the age of six.

The question about timesaving could not be answered, because the values were scattered and could not be used for further investigation. The observed values were accumulated by a survey and the result indicated that safety officers did not experience the two regulations as administrative burdens.

Långvarig smärta är ett problem för många människor i hela världen och kan innebära svårigheter att utföra de aktiviteter man vill, måste eller förväntas utföra. Syftet med uppsatsen var att beskriva vilka dagliga aktiviteter patienter med långvarig smärta ansåg vara viktigast att förändra samt att undersöka om aktivitetsutförande och aktivitetstillfredsställelse förändrades efter smärtrehabilitering. Studien genomfördes efter avslutad rehabilitering på en multimodal smärtrehabilitering i Skåne. Undersökningsgruppen bestod av 46 patienter, 11 män och 35 kvinnor. Instrumentet Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) användes samt patienternas egna kommentarer till förändringen kategoriserades och sammanställdes.

The survey aims to investigate and analyze how the image of Sweden and "Swedish character? is produced in the correspondence between Swedish immigrants and family at home, compared to how the image of America and the U.S. is produced. The starting point is the concept of identity, which is shaped by the social group a person belongs, which can lead to stereotypes are formed. How does the Emigrant describe his new life in letters home to Sweden? What comparisons are made? What memories are passed from the time at home? How does the picture changes over time? How does the stereotypes change over time? The material used are remnants and secondary sources in the form of correspondence between emigrants and their relatives back home.

Arbetsplatsen är en arena där det finns goda möjligheter att arbeta hälsofrämjande. Inom äldreomsorgen finns det både utmaningar och möjligheter när det gäller att förändra arbetssituationen och på så vis förbättra de anställdas hälsa. För att underlätta detta arbete kan arbetsplatsen ta hjälp av externa samarbetspartners, till exempel företagshälsovården. Syftet med studien var att ta reda på hur de anställda inom äldreomsorgen i en kommun i södra Sverige uppfattar att samarbetet kring hälsofrämjande insatser mellan deras arbetsplats och företagshälsovården fungerar. Datainsamlingsmetoden som användes i denna studie var enkäter utdelade till alla 345 fast anställda.
