Allt fler företag fördjupar sig i personalutveckling och arbetstillfredsställelse. Arbetstillfredsställelse har kopplats till begreppet ?core self-evaluation? (CSE), som bygger på fyra personlighetsdrag: generell self-efficacy, locus of control, neurotisism och självkänsla. Studien sökte svar på vilken inverkan CSE och bassjälvkänsla har på arbetstillfredsställelse samt om dessa variabler skiljer sig åt mellan yrkesgrupper. En enkätstudie med 103 respondenter i tre olika yrkesgrupper genomfördes i två städer i mellersta Sverige.

A qualitative study about collaboration between librarians and nurses in the supplying of consumer health information (CHI) at The Hospital Library of The Mölndal Hospital in Mölndalnear Gothenburg, Sweden.The staff were interviewed about how their work is affected by the collaboration between thetwo occupational groups. The purpose of the study is to find out if there exists a strugglebetween the groups about the influence on and the control over the handling of this kind ofinformation. Ridterapi har varit känd som behandlingsform för sjukgymnaster sedan länge, men vad är det arbetsterapeuterna anser att ridterapi kan ge vid rehabilitering? Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva arbetsterapeutens erfarenheter av att använda sig av ridterapi som behandlingsform till personer med funktionella begränsningar. Insamlingen av data skedde med hjälp av en egen konstruerad enkät med såväl slutna som öppna frågor. Det framgick att arbetsterapeuterna ansåg att ridterapi är en behandlingsform, med många positiva behandlingseffekter och att ridterapi är ett bra komplement till övrig behandling. The aim of present study is to evaluate the work of the employees within the Addict Care field, how they experience their struggle as well as the significance of the interaction between the client and the employees. It takes a great deal of effort when facing individuals with alcohol ?and drug related problems. The focus should be on the occupational and individual qualifications, while there is legislation, regulations and ethical guidelines to be followed. Due to a globalised world business travel is flourishing. This paper examines how middle level executives, travelling a lot in their work at a multi-national company, feel about their travel. It looks for links between business travel and work satisfaction among them. A short presentation of the patterns of business travel and relevant motivational and stress theories is given. The purpose of this study is to examine and compare librarian profession with different professional theories. The intention is to describe how the librarian profession meets the different professional criteria and to what extent the librarian profession can be said to be professional in expertise, service and autonomy. Detta kandidatarbete uppfördes vid Institutionen för stad och land, Sveriges Lantbruksuniversitet, Ultuna, under vårterminen 2012 efter en introduktion till projektet av Ramböll, Uppsala. Målet med studien var att undersöka hur det går att underlätta för fotgängare och cyklister att röra sig utmed länsväg 255 på ett säkert och trivsamt sätt, samt att undersöka vilken möjlighet landskapet har att klara dessa förändringar. Ämnet knyter samman flera viktiga aspekter för en landskapsarkitekt då arbetet behandlar en fråga som är viktig både ur gestaltnings- och planeringsperspektiv samt har stor betydelse för samhällets invånare och för naturens hållbaret. Då sträckan som studerades är nästan två mil lång gjordes studien på en övergripande nivå med landskapets helhet i fokus. I analysen lades särskild vikt vid visuella upplevelsevärden som kan uppfattas i gång- och cykelfart, det vill säga stora landskapselement och variation av naturtyper. Även perceptuella värden såsom fysisk bekvämlighet samt känslomässiga upplevelser studerades.

The purpose of the thesis is to see how Turkish students understand their bilingualism. I have tried to explain bilingualism as a phenomenon and give an insight in national steering documents on the basis of different concepts used by researchers.The method consists of qualitative interviews with standardized character. Five upper-secondary school students participated and independently discussed the answers.The result from the interviews is the participators view on bilingualism. The answers were varying. I have got the answer of my question through the interviews and researches.

The purpose of the study is, through some aspects, to make it visible and compare the education in mathematics in classes 1-3 in Sweden and Turkey.
