Syftet med studien är att genom en deltagande observation på Intersport i Falun City skapa förståelse för vilka faktorer som leder till att omsättningen hämmas. Vi har kommit fram till att det är kommunikationen och samarbetet som är de mest betydande faktorerna som påverkar omsättningen i butiken. Kundfokus och kunskap har även de en betydande roll men vi tror inte att den är lika stor. Vi anser att om kommunikation och samarbete förbättras kan personalen tillsammans behandla de problem som dyker upp och kundfokus och kunskapen följer med..

 AbstractHygiene plays an important role in health care to prevent contamination. Their lack of application of the basal hygienrutinera is a major cause for the spread of microorganisms occurs. The purpose of this study is to examine how rules of basic hygiene and clothing followed in the emergency department a quantentative approach involving the observation was to collect data on this activity. The data collection went on for 1 week at the emergency room, where hospital staff including doctors, nurses and assistant nurses was observed. The study showed that staff at the emergency department did not fully comply to the rules for basic hygiene routines.

Undersökningen syftar till att ta reda på elevers, i skolår 4, inställning och uppfattning om det lärande som sker vid utomhusundervisning i förhållande till klassrumsundervisning. Det är en kvalitativ studie med intervjuer och observation som metod. Resultaten visar att eleverna uppskattar utomhusundervisningen, men anser generellt att de lär i klassrumsmiljö snarare än när de är utomhus. Samtidigt säger eleverna att de lär när något är roligt, intressant eller väcker deras nyfikenhet. Eleverna ser snarare utomhusundervisningen som en källa till hälsa och rörelse samt möjlighet till fri lek, än som lärandetillfälle..

The diocese of Gothenburg has been labeled conservative on the question of gender equality. Therefore, this study aims to examine gender equality among employees in a Swedish church within the diocese of Gothenburg, and how this church and their employees work with this question in 2024. The study focuses on stereotypical gender roles and how they are reproduced in this church. The question on LGBTQ+ people in the church of Sweden is also touched upon since it is closely related to gender equality and stereotypical gender roles. The study argues that men and women in this specific church have a different way of approaching and talking about gender equality.

The aim of this study was to investigate what formative assessment means and get information about how teachers? assessment practice in formative assessment can look like, based on five key strategies. I have observed five teachers in grade 4 to 6 during a week of their mathematics teaching. Denna studie grundas i tankar kring vilka individer som ligger bakom en filmproduktion. Dådet i en filmproduktion arbetar en stor skara människor blev det intressant att undersöka ochlyfta fram diskussion om hur dessa samverkar för att slutföra en produkt som baseras på envision. Studien visar också på vad som ligger bakom samverkan och hur den hierarkiskastrukturen påverkar filmarbetarnas yrkesroll. En observation har gjorts på enlångfilmsinspelning. This study looked at two groups of adolescents aged 12-17 years who had participated in circus training. One group had some form of disability while the other had none. The study was carried out as a qualitative study with observations, interviews and a questionnaire used as methods of gathering data. A small part of the study was quantitative and an observation chart was used. The purpose with this study is to see how there is a co-op among communicating players , between leaders and players and to examine what meaning communication and culture got  in a youth team. The ambition with this study was to increase our knowledge about communication and communicationculture in the youth floorball team. This study is qualitative and was inspired by an ethnographical method so we got the information from observations of a youth floorball team, totally we made four observations. The result were analyzed and categorized from our observation papers.

This study´s focus was a group of participants of a social movement called The Zeitgeist Movement. The purpose of this study was to understand and convey what causes participants of this movement to engage despite that the prevailing culture teaches them otherwise.With qualitative methodology of participatory observation and semi-structured interviews with ten participants, our objective has been to answer the following questions: What are the driving forces that make these people act, which approach do they have to ?reality? and how do they relate to it, and what are the potential consequences with this approach?The study has shown that their critical and questioning attitude towards their perception of reality and their social constructivist view of it lead to conflicts between them and their fellowmen. The data was then analyzed with Alfred Schütz phenomenological theories in synthesis with Zygmunt Baumans critical societal analysis and theories.The study's focus was on the Gothenburg chapter of the Swedish Zeitgeist Movement. We did not make any comparisons with other national or international chapters of the movement..

Det sker en ökning av äldre vilket medför att sjukdomar relaterade till hög ålder blir vanligare. Den nuvarande trenden är att de äldre bor kvar i de egna hemmen så länge som möjligt. Detta ställer större krav på utökad vård och social service eftersom äldre snabbt får reducerad aktivitetsförmåga och därför kräver direkt aktiv rehabilitering av sin skada. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka sjukvårdspersonalens omhändertagande av äldre patienter på ortopedens akutintag. Metoden vi använde var observation av sjukvårdspersonalens möte med tretton ortopedpatienter.

In my study I have chosen to examine the mathematics in children's free play and everyday situations, with focus on sorting and classification. The purpose of the study was to see how children express their mathematical knowledge. I have chosen to use a qualitative method in my examination, here I did observations in a children's group where the children were between three and six years old. I also did interviews with the teacher's on the department to see how they relate to the mathematics and how they formulate the department to achieve as good a learning environment as possible.The result shows that the teacher's approach is incredible important to the children's learning ability and that they are always present to challenge and discuss together with the children. The observation indicates that children use mathematics all the time in their everyday situations and that it is the interaction between individuals and environment that affects children's development. .

This study is based on an observation of one of the biggest webcommunitys in Sweden today, called Lunarstorm. My main purpose was to research how young people use this media for talking about drug and alcohol-related subjects. The questions I posed were the following:- In which way do young people talk about drugs and alcohol on Lunarstorm?- What possibilities does Lunarstorm create for these questions?- How do the users relate to each other, regarding support for relatives to drug or alcohol-abusers or own substance use?My method of collecting empirical data consisted of observation of the forum, and my method for analyzing the data was based on a discourse- analysis. Trough this I found that the media creates a way for young people to meet others with similar problems, both grown-ups and people of the same age.

In today?s society more and more activities are digitalized. This means that everyone has to be able to use information and communication tools (ICT) in order to take part in the digital world, otherwise they will be left out of the digital community. There is a so called digital gap between for instance elderly and young people, where elderly do not know how to use the tools and there for cannot gain access to the digital society. What happens when people, not only grow old, but also have a communication disorder, such as aphasia? How are they included? The purpose of this study is to investigate whether or not surf pads are good tools for bridging the digital gap for people with aphasia, and which activities and situations that encourages people with aphasia to work with the surf pad.

Bakgrund: Smärta är för intensivvårdspatienten en unik, subjektiv, obehaglig och flerdimensionell upplevelse. Intensivvårdssjuksköterskan har ett moraliskt ansvar att lindra patienternas smärta. Verbalt icke-kommunicerandepatienter kan inte skatta sin smärta med hjälp av Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). På en neurointensivvårdsavdelning (NIVA) i Stockholm har det beteendebaserade smärtskattningsverktyget- the Critical-Care Pain Observation Tool (CPOT), implementerats. Intensivvårdssjuksköterskorna på NIVA använder CPOT dagligen i sitt arbete.
