Corpus Leakage

We understand the world around us through categorization and classification. But things are morecomplex than that, life is mixed up, flowing and unable to stick to labels. The main purpose ofcorpus is to contain, organize and control food and beverages. Corpus Objects are also socialmarkers that have a tradition of being elitist; in both choice of material and in that they imply acertain way of usage. Corpus Objects are heavily loaded with tradition and rituals.

SEM/EDS-analyser av föremål påträffade i Birka : En jämförande studie

The purpose of this paper was to identify the elements and the alloys that five Objects found in Birka consist of and to examine whether there are any significant differences between the presumably imported and domestic Objects. The material was analyzed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) which was equipped with an energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) in order to identify the elements that are present and the alloys that the Objects are made of. Then the SEM results were compared with the results of previous analyzes that have been performed on finds from Birka in order to investigate how the Objects differ in elemental composition and to find out if there are any significant differences between them. The results showed that the Objects? content of the elements analyzed varies as the copper alloys the Objects are made of.

Marktillstånd och borbrist på åkermark planterad med gran i Västerbottens län :

This study was made on former agricultural areas that had been planted with spruce or pine, in the county of Västerbotten. The goal of the project was to investigate suspected deficiency of boron in these areas. Several Objects have been reported for possible deficiency and some of these have the characteristic symptoms of boron-deficiency. The hypotheses are that 1) Boron deficiency is present at several of the investigated Objects. 2) Planting of forest on cultivated postglacial sediments leads to a successive podzolisation with a decreasing content of organic matter in the mineral soil, due to decomposition, and a decreasing pH in the soil, even on locations that have been added lime. To be able to confirm or reject the hypotheses a number of tests were performed.

Skötselförslag på utvalda nyckelbiotoper i Kalmar och Kronobergs län.

The objective of this study was to contribute with suggestions of nature preservation managements of selected forest Objects of high nature values managed by the Swedish state-owned forest company Sveaskog. Many forests with high natural potential are relatively rare today due to modern forestry, where wood production is the main purpose. Sveaskog?s policy is to consider and to priority nature conservation on valuable Objects. This assessment includes Objects that in the future may develop into nature reserves.

Potentiellt förorenade områden i Ljungans avrinningsområde i Västernorrlands län : Finns det anledning att prioritera om arbetet med avseende på riskläget för översvämning, ras och skred?

Due to the climate change natural disasters expects to increase and in some areas the conditions for dissemination of hazardous pollutants from contaminated areas could be affected. Different inventories and mapping has been made to identify areas of risk for flood or avalanche around the country. At the same time inventory and treatment of potential polluted areas (MIFO Objects) is progressing. In Ljungans run of area in Västernorrlands county is a exposed area due to the amount of clay and silt in the ground that are sensitive in the context avalanche. The area has also a lot of MIFO Objects and risks of flood. This essay aims to investigate what data material that is available regarding MIFO Objects, flood- and avalanche risks in Ljungans run of area in Västernorrlands county.

Mot en museologisk värdeteori : Varför vi ger och varför vi samlar

The foundation for a museum is the collection. To collect, preserve and display is what constitutes a museum. But the process of deciding which object´s should be saved, and which Objects should not, are based on values. It is also values that make people inclined to donate Objects to museums. How and why we value a museum determine if and why we donate.Objects themselves could be said to have a biography just like people.

Kinetisk Keramik

Do ceramics have to be static? This was the question that spurred me into this work, and what kept me working on to achieve the possibility of motion in my ceramic Objects. By combining the knowledge gained through my former education as an avionics technician with my interest in the ancient ceramic craft, I strive to create kinetic ceramic handicraft suitable for interaction with an audience.By a series of different phases I slowly go from understanding what kind of motion I want my Objects to have, to actually realizing this motion in three-dimensional Objects. Through the use of simple models made from corrugated fiberboard followed by more advanced plaster models, combined with different complementary materials such as bicycle inner-tubing and recycled aluminium cans among many others, I, through a vast series of testing, slowly build up a knowledge base later applied to the ceramic Objects. The result is for me a success; I have found a way for me to combine ceramics with mechanics. Through this I have created kinetic ceramic handicraft intended for interaction with an audience..

Detektor på skördare för utsortering av träd med metallskrot

Fortifikationsverket which is the landlord for the Swedish national defence has a great problem in their forestry due to the relatively large amount of metal Objects in their timber. These metal Objects cause different types of economical losses in the timber refinement chain. To enable out sorting of logs containing metal Objects already in the harvesting phase, Fortifikationsverket is interested of the possibility to utilize some type of metal detector in a harvesting head for that purpose. The goal of this study was to, with help of a case study, enlighten the problem that metal Objects in timber cause for Fortifikationsverket and their customers of timber and to investigate conditions of to mount and utilize some kind of metal detector in a harvesting head at present. The saw timber deliveries by Fortifikationsverket during the time period 2003-2005 was used as a reference volume for calculations of economical losses. In this case study was included two sawmills where timber from Fortifikationsverket were delivered to for further refinement. Factors investigated were the type of damage metal Objects caused in these two sawmills and the economical signification of these damages.

Avtryck i glas och kropp : om glasblåsning, teknik och representationer av kvinnokroppen

I am a glassblower and I am a woman. In this project I've been working with alternative representations of the female body, muscles and technology. Mouthblown Objects contains traces of body and form representations.I've been using muscle sensors to collect data from my arms while I blow glass. A special has made 3D-models from the collected data and I've blown these viritual Objects in glass. My work is based around issues like: What happens when I measure my muscles? Am I (and my process) affected by the data gathering? How can I create alternative representations of the female body? What is the relation between glassblowing, the Objects, body and gender?.

Implementation av webbsida för rekommendationssystem med användaruppbyggd databas

The goal of this project was to create a web-based, crowd-sourced, correlational database, that easily allowed users to submit Objects and receive correlated Objects as results. The webservice was created in the web development languages of HTML, CSS, PHP and Javscript, with MySQL to handle the database. Simultaneous development was kept in check with the aid of the source code management system GIT. Upon completion, the service contained several HTML-views, the ability to add and rate Objects, a per-object dedicated page with information parsed from Wikipedia.org, and a view with Objects ranked in accordance to the preferences specific to the current user. Roughly a month after the beginning of development, the website was publicly launched and promoted in order to collect data, and improvements were added to the website as needed.

Institutet beslag : vid brottsutredning

The purpose of this paper is to explore what Objects that can be seized and how the management of a seizure should be conducted. Ability to take enforcement against an individual should be carefully weighed against the rights and freedoms that exist. Seizure is one of the various restraints that exist, and the regulation on which they appear is mainly in the Code of Judicial Procedure, Chapter 27th. To be able to apply coercive measures, it is fundamental prerequisite that a criminal investigation is initiated, but there exist some significant exceptions to this. There are also rules about who has the right to provide for the seizure, the decision can be taken by a prosecutor, an investigator, a police officer or, in special cases, the court.

Problem vid beslagtagande av egendom

This thesis takes its starting point in the 27 Chapter 1, section 1 of the Swedish code of judicial procedure, where the following is found:?Objects reasonably presumed important to a criminal investigation or taken from a person through a criminal act or subject to criminal forfeiture may be seized? In this thesis we have investigated what kinds of problems occur when the seized object is part of an investigation of IT-related criminality. We have used methodological investigations of Swedish laws, legal usage, and the preliminary work with laws. Further have three interviews been made with different actors affected by or involved in seize of Objects. These persons were a police officer, a public prosecutor, and a person whose object has been seized. The result we present is that there exist three kinds of problems related to Objects that are seized within the demarcation of this study.
