Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa vikten av att sjuksköterskan kan skapa en god relation och inge trygghet till en patient som vårdas inom psykiatrisk vård. Vad det är som skapar denna trygghet i relationen mellan patient och vårdgivare? Litteraturstudien behandlar tio vetenskapliga artiklar, vars data analyserats enligt Fribergs principer för kvalitativa studier. Under resultatanalysen framträdde fyra teman kring att etablera trygghet; vad som främjar respektive hämmar trygghetskänslan ur patientens och sjuksköterskans perspektiv. Båda parter påverkar relationens kvalitet och klimat, och sjuksköterskan har i sin professionella yrkesroll större möjlighet och ansvar att upprätta och vidmakthålla en god relation än vad som kan åläggas en patient.

The following study is a qualitative combination of textual analysis and interviews concerning the subject of slashfiction. Slash is a sub-category to fanfiction, which essentially means non-professionally authored short stories about already existing characters and environments, for example from TV-shows, movies or books. These stories are available on the internet. The main point is to pair two of the male characters together in a sexual relationship. According to previous studies, 90 percent of all fanfiction writers are female and this percentage is probably even higher when it comes to slash.I have looked into what these stories can be an expression of, by analyzing the construction of gender, sexuality and relationships using the following three questions:Is slash a quest for an ideal equal and romantic relationship?Do these stories represent a resistance against established norms regarding gender and sexuality?What role does transcendence of boundaries play in slash? I have used stories that are derived from the American TV show Supernatural, which generally try to explore the relationship between its protagonists, the brothers Sam and Dean Winchester.  The result gives a somewhat divided picture of slash, as some stories clearly break with traditional gender norms while others seem to uphold them..

Fetma är en växande folksjukdom. Den ökade förekomsten av fetma leder till attsjukvården i större utsträckning kommer att möta patienter med fetma. Syftet med studienvar att ur ett patient- och sjuksköterskeperspektiv belysa vilka attityder sjuksköterskan hargentemot vuxna patienter med fetma. En litteraturöversikt har använts för att sammanställatidigare forskning som berör sjuksköterskans attityder mot patienter med fetma. Studienomfattar sju vetenskapliga artiklar som resulterat i två huvudteman med tillhörandeunderteman som redovisar resultatet inom ämnet.

Syftet med litteraturstudien är att utforska hur sjukhusmiljön påverkar patienter inom sluten somatisk vård. Med sjukhusmiljö avsågs utformningen och designen av sjukhusmiljön och miljömässiga faktorer/komponenter i denna. Metoden för utförandet av litteraturstudien har inspirerats av Goodmans modell. Urvalet bestod av 13 empiriska vetenskapliga artiklar som granskats och analyserats. Resultaten som funnits berör musik, ljus, ljud, akustik, patientrum, enkelrum/delade patientrum, patientsäng, sängplats, privat utrymme, avdelningens utformning, fönster och bekvämligheter/hjälpmedel.

Samhället idag blir alltmer mångkulturellt. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka uppfattningar om smärta och smärtuttryck hos kvinnor från olika kulturer, från såväl ett patient- som ett vårdpersonalperspektiv. Teoretisk referensram för litteraturstudien var Joyce Travelbees teori om mellanmänskliga aspekter i omvårdnaden. Litteraturstudien är baserad på Forsberg och Wengströms (2003) metod för att genomföra systematiska litteraturstudier. Resultatet mynnade ut i en rad skillnader och likheter som har bearbetats i olika kategorier där de viktigaste resultaten pekade på att det finns både skillnader och likheter i smärtupplevelse och smärtintensitet hos kvinnor från olika kulturgrupper.

Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturstudie var att undersöka vilka attityder sjuksköterskor hade gentemot suicidala patienter, vilka upplevelser patienter hade efter ett suicidförsök och hur de upplevde omvårdnaden de fick. I syftet ingick även att undersöka vilka kunskaper som en sjuksköterska behöver ha i mötet med suicidala personer. Sökning av artiklar har gjorts på databaserna Elin@Dalarna och Blackwell Synergy där sökorden attitudes, care, caring, nursing, nurse, suicide användes i olika kombinationer. Artiklarna skulle vara vetenskapliga, inte publicerade före 1997 och svara på syfte och frågeställning. För att säkerställa att kvalitén på artiklarna var god granskades de med hjälp av en granskningsmall.

It has become popular for political scientists to discuss the transformation from government to governance and the networks? greater influence on public policymaking. However, this debate lacks methodological, empirical and theoretical research about the relationship between governance networks and representative democracy. The main objective of this essay is to understand the relationship between governance networks and representative democracy through a case study of the governance network Leader Linné. The theoretical framework includes four analysis models about the relationship between governance networks and representative democracy that are analysed by five factors connected to representative democracy.

A description and analysis of the sales process of ERP systems is presented; also the consequences for the parties involved are discussed. The chosen methodological basis is an inductive research design consisting of a case study based on interviews. The analysis of the empirical data is done with a proposed analytical framework. Based on the agency theory, the analysis is tightly knitted together with opportunism. De mest sjuka äldre som är i behov av omfattande vård och omsorg utgör cirka 17 % av befolkningen över 65 år och har omfattande nedsättningar i sitt funktionstillstånd till följd av åldrande, skada eller sjukdom. När äldre personer drabbas av sjukdom eller skada är vägen vanligen in via akutmottagningen. Där utsätts ofta den äldre för långa väntetider med ökad risk för avvikelser såsom fall, konfusion, eller dehydrering.

Following the implementation of IFRS with yearly impairment tests, the question of correlations and causalities between impairments and investors? decision making is gaining interest in academia. This essay will study the relationship between significant goodwill impairments, communicated on the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm webpage between the years 2005-2009, and the impact those announcements have had on investors? decision making. Furthermore, the causality behind the impairments will be in focus.

The purpose of our study has been to analyze the character of the interaction between music labels and media and to examine to what extent the artist brand is being considered in music labels relationship with media. This has resulted in our research question:What characterizes the large music labels relationship with media?For this study we have used a qualitative approach to achieve a deeper understanding of our chosen topic. We have conducted seven interviews with representatives from both major record labels and media companies with great knowledge about our subject. Five of the interviews were conducted face-to-face and two were performed via e-mail.In the final chapter we answer our research question and thus present our conclusions.
