The cellular market is today suffering from great customer dissatisfaction. Simultaneously, the services offered by the different cellular providers are very homogenous, causing strict competition where various price strategies have been the main mean of battle. From a business perspective, implementing pricing strategies, to keep up with increased network investments, is a short term solution.In a market characterized by lacking customer satisfaction and harsh competition, research has shown the importance of highlighting customer relations in marketing. This type of marketing, which one could refer to as relationship marketing, is considered an efficient, economic, and strategic method of showing the importance of customer loyalty. To get insight in the relationship between the customers and the cellular providers, as well as to show the importance of relationship marketing, this study has used qualitative interviews to find what develops strong customer loyalty.The results showed that increased customer loyalty is achieved when an emotional bond is created.

Background: One of the main concerns related to medical therapy is non-compliance to drugs. More than half of all patients do not comply with prescribed medication. Non-compliance to drug therapy leads to unnecessary suffering for the patient and there are no easy solutions to the problem. In order to create understanding for the individual patient it is important that medical staffs are enlightened on the existing problems concerning this matter. Purpose: To describe factors that effect compliance to drug prescription.

In the care for the critically ill patient the next of kin is of great importance. Their support, love and care for the patient, increases the wellbeing and makes a connection to the patient?s normal lifeworld. For the next of kin to be able to be that support the next of kin needs to be helped to maintain the basic need of for example their sleep, food, hygiene and psychosocial support. The critical care nurse must see to the patient?s whole lifeworld which includes their next of kin.The aim of the study was to identify the resources available for the next of kin in intensive care units in Sweden.

This essay investigates the relationship between Mildred and her daughter Veda in James M. Cains novel Mildred Pierce (1941). ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to examine the relationship between job satisfaction, birth order and sensation seeking. The sample consisted of 179 jobholders in four different organizations in southern Sweden, with an average age of 44 years (SD = 12,12). A questionnaire consisting of three parts was used to map out and measure the participants? family background, birth order, job satisfaction and sensation seeking. The study showed no significant relationship between birth order and job satisfaction (p = 0,127).

This paper presents an investigation into the relationship between inmates and staff in a high security prison in Sweden. The primary objectives are to investigate this relationship from an inmate perspective and to identify key factors that may promote or hinder rehabilitative interaction with staff. Empirical data utilized in this study consist of semi-structured interviews carried out by the authors with nine inmates currently in custody of the treatment facility within the prison and six inmates housed within the study facility. This data collection method is an extension of grounded theory and four key themes were generated from the data analysis. The first of these examines the effect of rule enforcement on prison atmosphere and subsequent staff/inmate relations.

Läkemedelshanteringen är ett av sjuksköterskans ansvarsområden inom hälso- och sjukvården. Utifrån kunskap och lagar skall den bedrivas på ett patientsäkert sätt men trots det sker läkemedelshanteringsfel vilket innebär risker i patientsäkerheten.Syftet med studien var att beskriva faktorer som påverkar säkerheten i samband med sjuksköterskans läkemedelshantering. Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie. Resultatet visade att vanliga läkemedelshanteringsfel är utebliven dos, fel administreringstid, fel dos, fel administreringssätt, fel läkemedel och läkemedel till fel patient. Faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskans läkemedelshantering är felaktiga och dåligt skrivna läkemedelsordinationer, distraktion under läkemedelshanteringen, bristande rutiner samt införande av ny teknologi.

Smärta är ett komplext fenomen och upplevelsen av smärta är högst subjektiv. Hur smärta upplevs påverkas av en rad faktorer där bland annat emotionella och kognitiva processer spelar en central roll för smärtupplevelsen. I sitt arbete möter sjuksköterskan både patienter med smärta, men också patienter som ska genomgå smärtsamma behandlingar. Av denna anledning ses det som betydelsefullt att lyfta fram den psykologiska aspekten av smärta. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa psykologiska aspekterna av smärta med fokus på kognitioners och emotioners inverkan på smärtupplevelsen, i relation till patientens omvårdnad.

The purpose with this thesis is to study how the relationship between child and nature is depicted in a movie as a medium, by analysing ?My neighbour Totoro?, a Japanese animated movie from 1988 by Hayao Miyazaki. The analysis consists of two combined analyses, Experiential Landscape Analysis and Gordon Cullen?s Serial Vision, both of which analyse the relationship between a human being and her environment as well as the emotional changes that occur as she moves in it.

Background For patients in need for psychiatric care who refuse treatment, coercive care might be necessary due to The Law of Psychiatric Compulsory Care, LPT. The purpose of this law is to make sure the patient later on will be able to increase autonomy. The most frequent patients in coercive care suffer from psychosis, heavy depression or having high risk of committing suicide. One of the most important tasks in the nurse profession is to increase patients? autonomy.

Theories about exposure and risk-taking in an everyday environment show a connection between parental strategies, parent-child relationship and exposure on the Internet. In the present study, the Internet is presented as an everyday activity. Negative exposure is seen as an outcome of risk-taking. The purpose of the study was to examine in what way parental strategies together with the parent-child relationship were related to the teenagers? negative experiences on the Internet, which consisted of three categories: 1) Exposure to pornographic sites, 2) Exposure to upsetting and violent material, 3) Digital bullying.

SammanfattningSyftet med denna studie, var att undersöka hur patienter föredrog att vara delaktiga i sin egen omvårdnad inom sluten somatisk vård, samt om det överensstämde mellan vad de önskade och hur de uppfattade delaktigheten. Metod: Denna studie var en tvärsnittsstudie, enkät studie. Patienterna i studien fick svara på elva frågeområden inom omvårdnad, dels hur de föredrog att vara delaktiga och sedan hur de upplevde att det egentligen var.Resultat: Resultatet som denna studie kommit fram till visade att majoriteten av patienterna ville vara passiva i sin delaktighet inom de flesta av de elva områdena, samt att de även upplevde att de fick vara det. Det kan dock utläsas av det statistiska testet som användes att patienterna i studien upplevde sig vara mer passiva, än vad de föredrog att vara. Detta resultat gällde på alla de elva frågeområdena.

Bakgrund: Som sjuksköterska består en stor del av arbetet i att bemöta människor. Det har visat sig att då bemötandet upplevs som sämre, så upplevs även övriga omvårdnaden som dålig. En förutsättning för att kunna ge ett gott bemötande är att ha reflekterat över begreppets innebörd och funderat på vilka faktorer som påverkar bemötandet så att det blir gott, respektive sämre. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att undersöka vad blivande sjuksköterskor i termin sex anser är ett gott/sämre bemötande samt orsakerna till varför bemötandet blir gott eller sämre. Metod: Tolv sjuksköterskestudenter intervjuades i fokusgrupper och kvalitativ innehållsanalys användes för att analysera data.
