Det enskilda trädet som meningsbärare : erfarenheter av två trädplanteringsprojekt i Helsingborg
Individual trees can act as carriers of meaning. When a person attributes deep meanings to a specific tree, a relationship between the person and the tree is created. To avoid conflicts between users and planners, increased awareness is required of how important individual trees may be to a person. The objective of this study was to elucidate persons? relationships with individual urban trees.
Värd att leva - Patientens upplevelser tiden efter suicidförsök
Bakgrund: Suicidförsök, en handling som är livshotande eller ter sig livshotande i syftet att avsluta sitt liv men som resulterar i överlevnad - ett stort folkhälsoproblem blandbefolkningen runt om i världen. Bara i Sverige utför mellan 1400-1500 människor varje år suicid och runt 9000 människor vårdas inom landets hälso- och sjukvård på grund av suicidförsök. Efter suicidförsök möts ofta individen med en negativ attityd i kontakt med vården. Dömande och avståndstagande förhållningssätt riskerar förvärra de suicidnära patienternas syn på sig själva. För hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal är det av yttersta vikt att inneha förmågan att bemöta de suicidnära patienterna på ett professionellt sätt.

BakgrundGlobaliseringens effekter har lett till att många samhällen idag är mångkulturella. Detta ställer högre krav på sjuksköterskor då de måste kunna bemöta de många och olika kulturer som finns. För att göra detta behövs kulturell medvetenhet samt kompetens hos sjuksköterskor. Transkulturell omvårdnadsteori är en förutsättning för att kunna tillfredställa de patienter som sjuksköterskor möter inom hälso- och sjukvårdenSyfteSyftet med studien är att utifrån sjuksköterskors upplevelser identifiera de faktorer som påverkar vårdrelationen när patienten och anhöriga har annan kulturell bakgrund.MetodStudien kommer att vara en litteraturstudie. Innehållet kommer inkludera kvalitativa samt kvantitativa vetenskapliga artiklar och litteratur.ResultatSjuksköterskor upplever att det största hindret för att skapa en god vårdrelation är språkbarriärer samt kommunikationsproblematik.
En analys av TPL-företag och deras samarbete med kunder
AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to analyze TPL companies, and their collaboration with their customers from a TPL perspective. The paper intends to get a bigger understanding of their collaboration, advantages/disadvantages and how the collaboration can be improved. The foundation for the paper is obtained through questions that have been created from the chosen theories about supply chain, third part logistic (TPL) and lean production. We have had open interviews with five different conveyers where we have had our questions prepared and during the interviews asked new questions to get more distinct answers. When we subsequently analyzed the empirical material and by chosen theories we have been able to confirm that the collaboration between the TPL companies and their customers is more of a partnership character.

Background: The number of older people is increasing in Sweden. The elderly patient often requires a more complex type of care, than younger patients. The concept of frailty is often used to describe individuals who have a high biological age and a decreased physiologic reserve which could be associated with acute illness and an increased vulnerability. Emergency medical care today is not suitable for elderly patients and adaptions for these elderly patients and the demands this places on the health care is necessary. Mölndal Hospital emergency department has around 42 000 visitors per year, many of the clients have a high age.

Bakgrund: Hypertoni är en folksjukdom och är en starkt bidragande orsak till sjukdomar som stroke, hjärtsvikt, kranskärlssjukdom och arterioskleros. En effektiv läkemedelsbehandling mot hypertoni reducerar kraftigt insjuknande och död i dessa sjukdomar. Mer än 50 % av patienterna som behandlas för hypertension, slutar helt sin behandling inom ett år från att diagnos har ställs. Bland de som fortsätter sin behandling är det endast hälften som är följsamma det vill säga tar 80 % av sitt förskrivna antihypertensiva läkemedel. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar följsamheten till medicinering hos patienter med diagnosen hypertension.

Being in a relationship where the partner has Asperger's syndrome makes you indirectly affected by their disability as it affects not only the disabled but also the partner. The partner may be faced with a lack of understanding from their partner with Asperger's syndrome and from its surroundings, where the syndrome including causes, limits ability in social interaction and communication.The study is a qualitative study based on six asynchronous interviews conducted via email with partners who are in a relationship with a partner who has Asperger's syndrome.The aim of the study was to increase understanding and to highlight partners experience to be in a relationship where the other partner has Asperger's syndrome and how outside support from the environment is perceived. Results of the study showed that all six partners felt that everyday life was structured around the partner with Asperger's syndrome. There was a perceived feeling of loneliness because of the partner with Asperger's syndrome not caring about the partner and of being the one taking the greatest responsibility in everyday life for it to work. There was a feeling of stress, anxiety, lost confidence and frustration but there was also a strong desire and commitment to their partner with Asperger's syndrome.
Studenters upplevelser av handledning : under specialistsjuksköterskeutbildningen med inriktning anestesisjukvård
The aim of this study was to learn how students in specialist nurse education with direction towards nurse anaesthetist experienced tutorial given during their specialist placement. The chosen method of the study was qualitative interview with phenomenological approach. Twelve nurse anaesthetist students were interviewed about their experiences during their placement at operation wards. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed according to Giorgios (1985) analyze method. The result showed that the students considered that a well functioned tutorial was essential for a successful clinic placement. The tutorial considered as satisfactory if the student and the tutor managed to have good communication and a good relation with each other.

The purpose with this study is to find out the experience of growing up in a family where the biological parents, has taken the assignment as family child caregiver?s. We have taken the help from the following question formulations to immerse ourselves in the subject. How do the biological children experience their relationship to their parents? How do the biological children experience their relationship to the children who are placed in their home? How do the biological children experience their participation in the family home? How do the biological children experience the need for support from outside the family? We have used a qualitative research method and interviewed six respondents with help from a semi-structured interview guide to get the respondents unique experiences told.

Banks find themselves at a highly competitive market where it is important to achieve high customer satisfaction if they want to attract customers and stay competitive. Some studies suggest that the gap between customer expectations and perception within the five quality dimensions influences the customer satisfaction. With SERVQUAL the authors of this thesis have investigated the suggested relationship and have discovered no indications of a relationship between the gap and customer satisfaction. Instead the results indicate that there is a relationship between perceived service and customer satisfaction. The thesis also indicates that the most important quality dimension for the bank customer is reliability.
Mincing the brand ? A study of the relationship between private labels and retailer brands
Purpose: To contribute to the understanding of the relationship between private labels and the retailer brand in grocery retailing. Methodology: We use structured interviews as a cross-sectional method for quantitative data collection. The existence of the relationship is tested through correlation analysis and regression analysis. Theoretical perspective: Perceived quality of private labels and of retailers are the main theoretical concepts for this thesis. Additionally, we introduce the concept of loyalty to show the benefits of a positive consumer image.
Vårdrelationens innebörd för patienter inom psykiatrisk tvångsvård : en litteraturstudie
Det är sjuksköterskans ansvar att etablera en vårdrelation där patienten känner sig trygg, därför var det viktigt att belysa patientens egen uppfattning om vårdrelationens innebörd och vad det kan ha för betydelse för omvårdnaden. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vårdrelationens innebörd för vuxna patienter inom psykiatrisk tvångsvård. Studien är litteraturstudie med kvalitativ och deskriptiv design. Det gjordes en artikelsökning i Cinahl och PubMed med sökorden psychiatric care, caring relationship, coercion samt patients experiences. Artiklarna som valdes ut kvalitetsgranskades och sedan gjordes en manifest innehållsanalys.

The Swedish alcohol market has for many years been in the hands of the government. The question of the monopoly, its being or not being, has for a long time engaged both Swedish citizens and politicians. Since joining the European Union it has also been on the European agenda, trying to adapt Sweden to the more liberal alcohol politic in Europe.The suppliers find themselves acting on a completely different market than a market based on free competition. The suppliers are faced with one retail channel to the stores which creates dependence and uneven power balance towards the retailer. In addition to this, their marketing activities are strictly limited due to the laws and claims.
Uppfatta och reagera : En kvalitativ studie om IT-relaterade resursers roll i kundkännedomsprocesser och kundresponskapacitet
The structures of organizations have gone through a dramatic change over the last years; as a result customer service is no longer a small side activity but a critical part in customer relationship management. Development in information technology has created opportunities as well as challenges for organizations when it comes to providing a customer service with capacity of sensing and responding to customers' needs. Previous research shows a relationship between customer response capability and customer knowledge processeses, this study investigates and confirms this relationship. However, findings show that dedication and understanding for customers needs has a direct impact on both customer response capability and customer knowledge processeses, this result indicates that customer knowledge processes and customer relationship management are difficult to differentiate. Furthermore, this study explores IT-related resources impact on customer response capability and customer knowledge processes.
Traumaomhändertagande på akutmottagningen : Upplevelser ur patientens perspektiv
Background:A trauma is a potential life threatening state which demands special resources and optimal care. Trauma doesn't just mean physical violence against the body, it can also put the patient in a psychological crisis. The trauma care in the emergency department is a short and intensive assessment between the patient and the emergency staff, where there is a risk that the patient may feel exposed and uncomfortable. For the nurse to be able to provide security and meet the patients' needs of well-being during the trauma care, the nurse has to try to understand the patients' needs and experiences. Aim: The aim of this study was to illuminate the patient's experiences during trauma care in the emergency department.
