Sjuksköterskors omvårdnadsstrategier i omvårdnaden av patienter med diabetes typ 2 : en litteraturöversikt
Inledning: Det här är en litteraturstudie om sjuksköterskan bemötande av patienter med diabetes typ 2 genom information och motivering till egenvård och livsstilsförändringar. Bakgrund: Diabetes typ 2 är en sjukdom som ständigt ökar världen över liksom fetma. Genom att göra förändringar i livsstilen kan biverkningar av sjukdomen minskas. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturöversikten är att sammanställa och belysa forskning som beskriver sjuksköterskans olika omvårdnadsstrategier i att bemöta och motivera patienter med diabetes typ 2 till att ändra livsstil. Metod: En litteraturöversikt baserad på tio vetenskapliga artiklar.

Bakgrund: Forskning visar att det i Sverige blir allt fler äldre människor; samtidigt är dagens sjukvård inte organiserad för att möta deras behov. Äldre har ofta ett stort behov av omvårdnad och det är viktigt att sjuksköterskan arbetar personfokuserat relaterat till detta. Det sker idag en åldersdiskriminering av äldre och sjuksköterskans personliga egenskaper, såsom hennes attityd och bemötande, kan påverka vårdens kvalitet och hur den äldre upplever sin hälsa. Där av tydliggörs vikten av en god vårdrelation, med respekt för individens autonomi, integritet och värdighet.Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva vilka faktorer som kan ha betydelse för sjuksköterskans bemötande av äldre.Metod: Litteraturstudie baserad på tio vetenskapliga artiklar. Litteratursökningen genomfördes under mars och april månad, år 2011, i de elektroniska databaserna CINAHL, Medline och Pubmed.

AbstractBackgroundWorking in primary care with chronic leg ulcers is both time-consuming and difficult. There is a large category of patients with leg ulcers, that is expected to increase in a number of years, and many of them will probably come to a district nurse for help.AimThe aim of this study was to describe the district nurses' experiences of caring for patients with chronic leg ulcers in primary care.MethodThe approach was qualitative. The study was done with a phenomenological life-world approach. Seven district nurses working in primary care were interviewed. The phenomenological perspective focuses on the respondents? own life-world and has openness to the interviewee's own experiences.

Purpose: The purpose has been to highlight how the patient experiences sexuality after sustaining spinal cord injury. Method: A literature study through systematic review of scientific articles. Result: Five main categories were identified: Relationship, Physical problems, Emotional experiences, Coping, Counselling and information.
Konfusion hos äldre : en litteraturstudie av patienters upplevelser i konfusion och sjuksköterskans omvårdnadsåtgärder vid tillståndet
Confusion can be a life threatening condition that is often missed by the nurses, thus it occurs in the same range as pain, fever or infections. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe the phenomenon of confusion among elderly patients, in order to establish a wider understanding of the patient's nursing needs. Method: Literature study based on scientific material. Results: The result showed the patient's ability to recollect and reconstruct episodes of confusion. During the confusion the stories contained a wide variety of experiences, such as threat, fear, suspicion, chaos and order, unreal experiences, a need to escape and a bad sleep.
Att möta döden En litteraturstudie som belyser sjuksköterskors upplevda problem, dess följder samt underlättande faktorer i omvårdnaden av döende patienter
Death can be seen as a sensitive subject and can by that be difficult for many people to talk about. Working as a nurse can imply caring for severe ill and dying patients, which can be regarded as a task that makes great demands. The aim of the present literature review is to illustrate nurses' experiences of problems in association with the care of dying patients to be aware of these. Nine scientific articles were analysed and the result showed that the problems the nurses experienced could be related to four different categories: problems related to organisa-tion/resources, to the nurse herself, to the patient and to family members. The literature review also illustrates consequences of these problems for nurses, and which components that could simplify the nursing care of dying patients..
Patientperspektiv på bemötande inom psykiatrisk vård
Bakgrund: Få studier har gjorts inom psykiatrisk omvårdnad med fokus på patientperspektivet. Detta perspektiv är dock viktigt då det ger en inblick i hur patienterna upplever den vård de erhåller. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva hur patienter på en psykiatrisk vårdavdelning upplever det bemötande de får av avdelningens sjuksköterskor. Metod: Semistrukturerade intervjuer som sedan analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat: Vid analys av materialet framkom fyra huvudkategorier som samlade de aspekter på bra och mindre bra bemötande som respondenterna beskrivit: Betydelsen av att bli sedd och bekräftad av personalen, Personalens agerande och attityder gentemot patienterna, Önskemål och förväntningar på personalen samt Hur icke-verbal kommunikation påverkar hur bemötandet upplevs.

Purpose: Our aim is to describe and analyse the factors that influence the relations between customers and suppliers, from a customer view, when commerce is conducted over the Internet.Delimitations: The study is limited to B2B commerce with IT-products. Methodology: The thesis is based on a study of the company IMS, their e-commerce site and organisations that buy IT-products over the Internet.Conclusion: Internet opens up new possibilities for custom designed offers.

This study is a critical discourse analysis on the genre of career coaching. Focus lies on questions such as how doescareer coaching articles construct the working subject, and how is working life described in the genre. The categoryof social relations is central to the study. I ask questions about which social relations are of importance, and whichare not, in the career coaching version of working life and how can these relations be interpreted from a critical pointof view. The concepts of power-knowledge is central to the analysis of social relations and the term employabilityconstitute the main theoretical understanding of what distinguish the contemporary labour market.

The nurse should respond to the patient's care needs, knowledge of social support for young people with chronic diseases is therefore important. The purpose was to investigate who or which ones provide social support for young people with chronic diseases and what social support contributes to. A descriptiv design where used. The literature search in the database Medline via Cinahl resulted in twelwe articles.
Mannens upplevelser av att leva med sjukdomen bröstcancer : med fokus på mötet med sjukvården
Bröstcancer kan vara en omvälvande upplevelse samtidigt som det kan medföra obehagliga sjukhusbesök och läkarvård, som i ett ögonblick kan vända upp och ner på tillvaron. Under året 2007 fick 45 män en bröstcancerdiagnos i Sverige. Att möta en man som har fått diagnosen bröstcancer kan vara en väldigt speciell och ovanlig situation för vårdpersonalen eftersom diagnosen är relativt ovanlig. Detta kan resultera i att vårdpersonalen inte vet hur dem ska bemöta mannen i den aktuella vårdsituationen. För att förstå mannen som får bröstcancer måste hans upplevelser bejakas.
Bevarandet av patientens autonomi vid palliativ vård utifrån ett etiskt perspektiv
Background: More focus has been placed towards autonomy when it comes to care and in special towards palliative care. The purpose with palliative care is to relieve and support at the end of the life. When the patient has difficulties to communicate to those around him due to his illness it is hard to preserve the patients right of self-determination. It is very important to consider the patient as autonomous during the course of the illness. Different alternatives have been developed to preserve the patient?s autonomy such as dedicate a deputy or plan the care of the patient in advance.Aim: The aim of this study was to describe, from an ethical point of view, how the patient?s autonomy could preserved at palliative care.Method: A general literature study where 11 scientific articles have been analysed from a qualitative checklist whereof the result has been discussed based on the principles of ethics.

AbstractAim: The purpose of this study was to gain a deeper knowledge of how nurse anesthetists feel about their own profession. It was hoped that by gaining a deeper understanding of how the nurse anesthetist is experiencing its own profession, it will create better conditions for development and evolution of the nurse anesthesia profession and skills. Method: for the study a qualitative approach was used in which ten anesthesia nurses were interviewed, aged 27-55 years, four men and six women participated in the study. The interviews were processed and analyzed based on qualitative content analysis. As a theoretical framework Patricia Benner seven skill domains was used.
