Informationskoncept om kommunikation och tjänster för Stockholm Stadsom skall kunna tas i bruk år 2010, året då Stockholm har som mål att varavärldens tillgängligaste stad. Konceptet består av "huvudstationer" vid vilkaman kan genom att peka på en dataskärm får information om hur man tarsig från en plats till en annan. Stationerna är placerade på frekvent besöktaplatser i staden, så som tunnelbanestationer, torg, gallerior, parker mm. Påplatser där det inte rör sig folk i samma utsträckning finns det #mellanstationer#med karta och info om närliggande kommunikationer. För att hittatill respektive #huvudstation# finns även markeringar i marken i form av enpil av metall och glas ur vilken det strålar ljus.

This thesis has been done in collaboration with Peab Stockholm Building 3, which is a region within the Peab Sverige AB. The report is based on a survey and studies of Peab business management systems and production literature. For general information gathering has literature from well-known sources collected in libraries and through the Internet. It shows through the work that Peab has routines for experience feedback in the construction process, but that these procedures work in a small scale and the practical work experience feedback does not work at all. This is also something the construction industry in general also perceived as problematic. The questions in the report are of a wide scale and concerns construction errors cost, how the employees perceive that the company takes advantage of the skills and the mental stress in production line. The goal is to find how Peab Stockholm Building 3 will work on the experience feedback to allow for better productivity. In conclusion, the report author tries to demonstrate what can lead to increased productivity and improved work experience..

The acts of promoting local business and implementing efforts to appear as an attractive location for potential business are rather new activities among Swedish municipalities. The knowledge about how these activities are organised and what strategies are perused are fairly limited. In addition the structures concerning cooperation between municipalities for economic policies contain incentives both for and against cooperation. This creates a complicated situation. Using prior research mainly done by Markus Gossas, Lennart J Lundqvist and an analytical model designed by Jon Pierre, which in this essay is completed with the works of Roger Henning, these issues are addressed.

The number of new estate agent offices is increasing yearly and each year many hundred new estate agents graduate. The comparing of estate agents by sellers has perhaps been most common in larger cities, but as competition has increased even in smaller towns we experience that it has become a common phenomenon even there. We both come from a small town but are not afraid of the idea of moving to a larger city as newly qualified estate agents. We ask ourselves, which are the determining factors in the choice of a estate agent in a large city as opposed to a small town? Can we see any differences? The purpose with this essay is to give us added knowledge about which factors private persons consider to be important in their choice of an estate agent when selling a house.The body of information is based on two parallel surveys, one in Hudiksvall and one in Stockholm, together with interviews of people in this line of business.

The concept of quality is difficult to identify clearly. Many attempts to define quality havebeen made, but the resulting definition remains vague.The quality concept (in the artistic sense) has since 1974 played a leading role in Swedishcultural policy. In the spring of 2009, a publication, named ?Kulturutredningen? waspublished. This report suggested a number of changes for the Swedish cultural policy.

I ett brev från Jimmie Åkesson till chefredaktörer runt om i landet i samband med valet 2010 vädjade han att Sverigedemokraterna skulle bli behandlat som övriga partier. Samma år kom partiet in i riksdagen och har sedan dess fått ett allt starkare väljarstöd i främst Skåneregionen samtidigt som stödet varit svagt i framförallt Stockholm, Västerbotten och Gotland. Syftet med den här studien var att undersöka hur tidningarna gestaltade och rapporterade om Sverigedemokraterna fyra månader före valet 2014 i regionerna där partiet fick högst respektive lägst väljarstöd i samma val. Vi har gjort en kvantitativ innehållsanalys baserat på 464 artiklar från tio tidningar. Vi har analyserat fem tidningar från Skåneregionen och fem tidningar från Stockholm, Västerbotten och Gotland.

Ovanpå-        nya bostäder på befintliga husEtt examensarbete av Jens Enflo Arkitekturskolan KTH 2013 Att bygga på tak är ett allt vanligare sätt att förtäta befintliga bostadsområden i Stockholms inner- och ytterstad. Bristen på mark och en ofta relativt låg befintlig bebyggelse gör denna metod attraktiv för att skapa nya bostäder. Som alternativ till att riva och bygga nytt är påbyggnad ett intressant sätt att tillföra nya årsringar i staden. I många fall kan kommunen godkänna en påbyggnad utan detaljplaneändring vilket har uppmärksammats av både fastighetsägare och exploatörer som en lönsam investering. Dessutom finns nu en ökad politisk vilja att skapa nya bostäder och tillåta förändringar i stadsbilden.

Kandidatarbetes syfte är att klarlägga vilka rättighetsupplåtelser för ledningar som används på kommunal mark. Vi har genom litteraturstudier kommit fram till att kommunerna och ledningshavande bolag idag kan använda olika former av nyttjanderättsavtal, avtalsservitut eller ansöka om ledningsrätt. Tredimensionell fastighetsbildning kan även tillämpas. Då  uppkommer en total äganderätt istället för ett partiellt ianspråktagande av mark, som de tidigare nämnda rättigheterna ger. Vi har också intervjuat representanter på fem kommuner i Stockholmområdet, tre ledningsägande bolag samt Lantmäterimyndigheten (LM) i Stockholm.

The essay describes the bachelor project by Marie Hanås, in collaboration with Skälsö Arkitekter. Skälsö Arkitekter are currently developing an area in the north of Gotland, Bungenäs; previously home to lime stone quarries and military bases.The brief was to design a set of outdoor furniture to complement the new development. The main effort of the project was in designing furniture that would fit the environment visually but construction issues were a major secondary concern, to ensure the easiest possible manufacturing. A reference group of coastal house owners were interviewed, and their feedback, together with an analysis of functions, trends and target groups, were the base for the ideas.Of the five concepts presented, Skälsö Arkitekter chose one to develop further. This was done through sketches, models and 3D models and led to the final result which is lightweight furniture of Gotlandic pine wood with an industrial touch.

This study was made to compare construction companies for gardens way to work with up following, with purpose to see if there was an efficient and not resource demanded system which gave much value. To achieve the purpose a case study was made. The delimitation for the case study was only to compare the work with up following on individual project. The delimitation on the companies in the study was from ten to sixty employees. That because to reach companies were it´s not the same person how calculates on tenders and than perform the projects. The study was delimitated to the west side of Skåne. T o be able to compare the companies and to find trends, an interviewguide was made and was used during the interviews with the companies.

Objective: The study will investigate whether cash liquidity have a negative affect on profitability and share value of companies, listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm 2008-2011. Part of the purpose is also to show if the industry risk is of importance for treasury management of these companies.Method: The methodology for the study is key analysis through hypothesis testing and regression analysisConclusion: The liquidity ratio affects profitability in a negative direction on the entire sample. Fram till dess ska bland annat mål för ökad företagsamhet och utveckling inom turismnäringen, ökad kvalitet inom utbildning och ett ökat samarbete mellan den privata och offentliga sektorn uppnås och förverkligas. Stockholmsarenan är en del av visionen, som en pusselbit i den infrastruktur som behövs, för att uppnå status som en evenemangsstad i världsklass.Syfte: Syftet med denna kandidatuppsats är att erhålla ökad förståelse för hur de inblandade aktörerna i Stockholmsarenaprojektet tillsammans skapar en ny evenemangsdestination och göra den till en framgångsrik punktdestination. Vi ämnar belysa de utvalda faktorerna och hur de påverkar utvecklingen av Stockholmsarenan samt hur arenaprojektet påverkar sitt direkta närområde och Stockholm som destination.Frågeställning:Vilka förutsättningar inom faktorerna plats, marknadsföring, säkerhet och miljö samt ekonomiska resurser lägger grunden för en framgångsrik utveckling av Stockholmsarenan?Hur ser kommunikationen och samarbetet ut mellan de olika aktörerna i projektet med Stockholmsarenan?Hur påverkas området runtom Stockholmsarenan och staden i sig av en satsning som denna?Metod: Kvalitativa metoder har använts under arbetets gång genom djupintervjuer, litteraturstudier och kvalitativa dataanalyser av den insamlade empirin för att besvara problemformuleringarna.

The following chapters examine landscape architecture which engages in contested territories with an emphasis on the way in which landscape architecture can engage with the issues of divided cities or landscapes with similar social, cultural and physical properties. The project focuses specifically on the potential landscape architecture has for promoting or aiding in the reconciliation process of these areas, by examining the following questions. How can landscape architecture be used to benefit the peace building process of divided cities and landscapes? How can landscape architecture be used in the process of promoting spatial reconciliation in the case of Belfast? The investigation begins with a description of the background to the project in Chapter 1, which functions as a brief introduction to the urban phenomena that is divided cities. It then goes on to introduce the different methods and data employed in order to answer the research questions in Chapter 2. After introducing the problem and the methodology, a global overview of divided cities is performed in Chapter 3. This chapter is divided into two sections.

The increasing administration in IT-systems is the target of much debate today. It is viewed as taking time from what is considered to be managers? real tasks as well as resulting in an ineffective and stressful work environment. This view of IT-systems as problematic and time consuming can also been found among unit managers in a municipality in the north of Sweden. To be able to understand why IT-systems are perceived in this way this study?s aim has been to find what leads to this view.
