Södersjukhuset i Stockholm är ett sjukhus som har påbörjat förändringsarbete för att kunna möta framtidens krav på högkvalitativ vård från patienter och samtidigt uppfylla ekonomiska krav från ägaren Stockholms Läns Landsting. Denna rapport är resultatet av en grundlig genomgång av dagens centrala provanalyssystem på Södersjukhuset med syfte att effektivisera systemet för att möta framtida krav.I arbetet kartläggs flödet av patienter och prover som behandlas antingen på de provtagningsintensiva medicinska mottagningarna eller på avdelning 27. Eftersom omkring 85 % av volymen av analyser som beställs på dessa enheter är klinisk kemiska har det analyserande arbetet inriktats på just dessa flöden. För vissa klinisk kemiska analyser finns det ett alternativ till central laboratorieanalys, patientnära analys, som innebär att tiden från provtagning till provsvar finns tillgängligt förkortas markant. I rapporten tas för- och nackdelar med patientnära analys upp och dess applicerbarhet på Södersjukhuset diskuteras.

The construction and use of buildings in the EU accounts for half of the EU?s extracted materials and energy consumptions, and a third of greenhouse gas emissions. In the past decade, the construction sector has responded to such concerns by focusing on post production energy efficiency. However, new findings indicate that upstream construction processes influence emissions significantly ? necessitating a shift in focus to include material choices and building processes.

Sedan 1971 tillverkar LKAB pellets för direktreduktion. Dagens pellets,KPRS (Kiruna Pellets Reduction Special), med tillsatser av dolomit, kalksten, bentonit och organiskt material framställs kommersiellt på KK3 pelleteseringsverket i Kiruna av magnetit. Pellets tillverkas i huvudfraktioner 9-12,5 och 12,5-16 mm vilka fylls proportionerligt i reduktionsugnen. Mängden såld pellets uppgår till cirka 4 Mt per år. LKAB undersöker reducerad pellets bland annat med avseende på fysisk hållfasthet, ihopkladdningsgrad och olika faktorers påverkan på metalliserings- och uppkolningsgrad.

Reindeer husbandry and Forestry are both area related industries and will in big extent use the same lands. Conflicts often arise because of that the industries have different interests. Many of the activities done by the forestry influences the reindeer husbandry in an undesirable way, simultaneously as the reindeer husbandry activities can have negative consequences for the forestry. One such forestry activity is fertilization. It was during the 1960´s forest fertilization began to be practiced and the reason was that the increase in growth that the fertilization gave could be able to cover for the future shortage in wood many feared. During the 1970´s when the fertilizing activities were most intensive about 200 000 ha was fertilized annually.

Utifrån problematiseringen har vi undersökt, beskrivit samt analyserat marknadsförings-strategin av en kedjeägd- respektive en privatägd butik.

In Automatic Milking Systems (AMS), cows are kept in a free stall barn equipped with one or several milking units (MU). The cows? activities in the system are called cow traffic.
