It has since long been noticed that savior figures from different religions have reminded of each other, and there are different theories trying to explain why. This study examines religions operating in the same culture, and in this case, judaism and zoroastrianism, and their influence on each other. In particular, focus is on zoroastrianism's image of the savior figure Mithra, and how this representation may have influenced the description of the Messiah in the Talmud. How are the two figures represented in the scriptures and what similarities can be identified?By a thorough content analysis the studie examines the Avesta of zoroastrianism and the Talmud from judaism.

Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskors upplevelser av deras första yrkesverksamma år och om utbildningen ger en tillräcklig förberedelse inför yrket. Metod: Åtta nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor intervjuades om deras upplevelser och innehållet analyserades med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Sju kategorier och 19 subkategorier framkom. Resultat: Studien visar att de nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskorna var förväntansfulla inför sitt nya yrke men kände samtidigt rädsla och oro inför det stora ansvaret och kraven som ställs inom sjuksköterskans profession. Arbetet upplevdes som stressigt och svårt men med hjälp av stöd och gott bemötande från kollegor och arbetsledare kunde arbetet underlättas och sjuksköterskan kunde känna trygghet.

Hemp is an old agricultural plant and has been used for hundreds of years for making textiles, ropes and other fibre products. In the middle of the last century the Swedish government prohibited all growing of hemp. Natural fibres were replaced by syntetic fibres instead. Today there is a Newly awakened interest for using natural fibres from renewable materials. Growing of industrial hemp for fiber is allowed in Sweden again. Upplevelsen av dessa möten varierar beroende på sjuksköterskans förvärvade erfarenhet som sjuksköterska, personlighet, livserfarenhet och stöd från omgivningen. Nyexaminerade sjuksköterskor saknar den erfarenhet som gör att hon/han kan se sina reaktioner och handlingar i ett större perspektiv. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva nyligen examinerade sjuksköterskors upplevelser av att möta patienter i livets slutskede och deras närstående.

Background: An increasing number of operations on children are performed as day surgery and this experience of health care may affect future hospital stays. The aim of this qualitative study was to describe children´s experiences in connection with day surgery. Method: Ten children aged six to fifteen who had gone through general anesthesia at examinations or surgery were interviewed and the content was analyzed by systematic text condensation. Syftet med denna studie var att belysa olika aspekter av nyutexaminerade allmänsjuksköterskors erfarenheter av att möta närstående i sorg. Studien hade en kvalitativ ansats och data insamlades genom sex stycken bandade intervjuer på tre medicinavdelningar vid ett medelstort sjukhus i mellersta Sverige. Datamaterialet analyserades enligt en manifest metod och ur analysen skapades två huvudteman ? relationer och kunskap. Det största temat är relationer som byggs upp av tre underteman och beskriver sjuksköterskans förhållande till närstående, sig själv och övrig vårdpersonal.

Bakgrund: Incidensen av bröstcancer ökar i Sverige och är den vanligaste cancerformen bland kvinnor. Varje dag diagnostiseras 20 kvinnor i Sverige med bröstcancer och även om chanserna att överleva ökar, skapar denna sjukdom en stor livsomställning för de drabbade kvinnorna. Bröstcancer är en multidimensionell sjukdom vilket kan leda till att kvinnan får såväl fysiska som psykiska problem. Kvinnor som drabbas av bröstcancer genomgår en krisreaktion, som slutligen leder fram till att de får en ny syn på sitt liv och sin tillvaro. Syfte: Denna studie syftade till att beskriva kvinnors upplevelse av att leva med nydiagnostiserad bröstcancer.

This is where the entrepreneur enters.The Glass Factory, a Newly opened cultural establishment in the heart of the Glass Kingdom in Småland, Sweden, became the subject of empirical investigation for this paper. As this originally was an initiative from Emmaboda municipality the planning and start-up procedure could be viewed as a cultural planning process.

The comparing of estate agents by sellers has perhaps been most common in larger cities, but as competition has increased even in smaller towns we experience that it has become a common phenomenon even there. We both come from a small town but are not afraid of the idea of moving to a larger city as Newly qualified estate agents. We ask ourselves, which are the determining factors in the choice of a estate agent in a large city as opposed to a small town? Can we see any differences? Den nyfärdiga operationssjuksköterskan saknar både erfarenhet av yrket och fördjupad yrkeskompetens som kan hjälpa henna att hantera kraven i arbete. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att ta reda på vilka utmaningar nyfärdiga operationssjuksköterskor upplever och vilka copingstrategier de använder sig av. Metod: Sex nyfärdiga operationssjuksköterskor, verksamma på en operationsavdelning med multidisciplinär och avancerad kirurgi med mellan sex till tolv månaders erfarenhet, intervjuades.

How behavioural patterns of information seeking manifest themselves are partly due to individual prerequisites and partly due to the practice where the seeking of information is conducted.The aim of this study is to investigate a group of Newly examined physicians? experiences of information seeking behaviour in their educational practice and in their professional practice. The two practices are related to each other but still very different. This makes it interesting to study whether individuals? information seeking behaviour changes when they move from the educational practice to the professional.The theoretical framework for the current study is a socio-cultural one.
