AbstractThe Energy Declaration is a law that will come into effect October 1: Th 2006. This report has Värnamo municipality as principal and shall clarify what the estate owner in general and Värnamo municipality in particular need to know about this law. Another part that is going to be dealt with is how large the future need for energy experts in this field will be, and which competence that will be demanded for them.The work will in general deal with simplified energy declarations for apartment houses and public buildings, since these buildings are the first to be involved with energy declarations.The energy declaration will consist of a number of important components.? Energy power i.e. how much energy the building consume? If the ventilation control is done? If the radon measurement is carried out? Recommendations of measures to improve the energy power? Reference value to compare the buildings energy power againstAccording to the law the declaration shall been made by an independent expert, which will need certain information for this.

It has since long been noticed that savior figures from different religions have reminded of each other, and there are different theories trying to explain why. This study examines religions operating in the same culture, and in this case, judaism and zoroastrianism, and their influence on each other. In particular, focus is on zoroastrianism's image of the savior figure Mithra, and how this representation may have influenced the description of the Messiah in the Talmud. How are the two figures represented in the scriptures and what similarities can be identified?By a thorough content analysis the studie examines the Avesta of zoroastrianism and the Talmud from judaism.

Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskors upplevelser av deras första yrkesverksamma år och om utbildningen ger en tillräcklig förberedelse inför yrket. Metod: Åtta nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor intervjuades om deras upplevelser och innehållet analyserades med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Sju kategorier och 19 subkategorier framkom. Resultat: Studien visar att de nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskorna var förväntansfulla inför sitt nya yrke men kände samtidigt rädsla och oro inför det stora ansvaret och kraven som ställs inom sjuksköterskans profession. Arbetet upplevdes som stressigt och svårt men med hjälp av stöd och gott bemötande från kollegor och arbetsledare kunde arbetet underlättas och sjuksköterskan kunde känna trygghet.

When the city of Umeå developed their platform, they identified decision makers and investors as one of four important target groups.The aim of this study is to explore the portrayed image of the city of Umeå in two Swedish trade journals which addresses the specific target group decition makers and investors in both public and private sector. The aim is also to compare the image of Umeå in the two papers, to the ambition of the municipality, expressed in the brand platform.In order to make the observations as firmly established as possible, the method of the study is a combination of a quantitative content analysis and a qualitative text analysis. The study draws on the theories of Eli Avraham and Philip Kotler, concerning how to improve city images and how to market a specific city among others. The study shows that the city of Umeå in large extent is portrayed in accordance to the ambition which the municipality expressed in the brand platform.Umeå is displayed as an expanding city.

Hemp is an old agricultural plant and has been used for hundreds of years for making textiles, ropes and other fibre products. In the middle of the last century the Swedish government prohibited all growing of hemp. Natural fibres were replaced by syntetic fibres instead. Today there is a newly awakened interest for using natural fibres from renewable materials. Growing of industrial hemp for fiber is allowed in Sweden again. Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskan kan möta patienter i livets slutskede samt deras anhöriga i olika vårdsammanhang inom sjukvården. Upplevelsen av dessa möten varierar beroende på sjuksköterskans förvärvade erfarenhet som sjuksköterska, personlighet, livserfarenhet och stöd från omgivningen. Nyexaminerade sjuksköterskor saknar den erfarenhet som gör att hon/han kan se sina reaktioner och handlingar i ett större perspektiv. Ofta upplevs den första tiden som sjuksköterska som tuff och utmanande. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva nyligen examinerade sjuksköterskors upplevelser av att möta patienter i livets slutskede och deras närstående.

Background: An increasing number of operations on children are performed as day surgery and this experience of health care may affect future hospital stays. The aim of this qualitative study was to describe children´s experiences in connection with day surgery. Method: Ten children aged six to fifteen who had gone through general anesthesia at examinations or surgery were interviewed and the content was analyzed by systematic text condensation. Result: The core category ?From uncertainty to relief with newly acquired experience? could summarize the result of this interview study.

Syftet med denna studie var att belysa olika aspekter av nyutexaminerade allmänsjuksköterskors erfarenheter av att möta närstående i sorg. Studien hade en kvalitativ ansats och data insamlades genom sex stycken bandade intervjuer på tre medicinavdelningar vid ett medelstort sjukhus i mellersta Sverige. Datamaterialet analyserades enligt en manifest metod och ur analysen skapades två huvudteman ? relationer och kunskap. Det största temat är relationer som byggs upp av tre underteman och beskriver sjuksköterskans förhållande till närstående, sig själv och övrig vårdpersonal.

The essay is a comparative case study which examines three local authorities and the main questions are;- Do voluntary organisations constitute a functioning co-operation partner to the municipal introduction-units? Are there conditions for future co-operation?The answer to the questions is that there are no, or rarely any, co-operation between voluntary organisations and municipal introduction-units. It is difficult to judge whether there are conditions for future co-operation.

Bakgrund: Incidensen av bröstcancer ökar i Sverige och är den vanligaste cancerformen bland kvinnor. Varje dag diagnostiseras 20 kvinnor i Sverige med bröstcancer och även om chanserna att överleva ökar, skapar denna sjukdom en stor livsomställning för de drabbade kvinnorna. Bröstcancer är en multidimensionell sjukdom vilket kan leda till att kvinnan får såväl fysiska som psykiska problem. Kvinnor som drabbas av bröstcancer genomgår en krisreaktion, som slutligen leder fram till att de får en ny syn på sitt liv och sin tillvaro. Syfte: Denna studie syftade till att beskriva kvinnors upplevelse av att leva med nydiagnostiserad bröstcancer.

Introduction: How to implement and integrate cultural aspects in strategy making and planning in order for cities and regions to reap both social and economic benefits has been widely discussed in recent years. This method of working with culture, both as an economic, as well as an identity strengthening tool has come to be labeled as cultural planning. But in order for these ideas about cultural projects and institutions to become a reality, something has to be done. This is where the entrepreneur enters.The Glass Factory, a newly opened cultural establishment in the heart of the Glass Kingdom in Småland, Sweden, became the subject of empirical investigation for this paper. As this originally was an initiative from Emmaboda municipality the planning and start-up procedure could be viewed as a cultural planning process.

Bakgrund: Den avancerade kirurgin inom operationsverksamheten ställer höga krav på operationssjuksköterskans kompetens och hon verkar i en ständigt utvecklande miljö. Operationssjuksköterskans perioperativa kunskaper gör henne till en nyckelspelare i operationsteamet. Den nyfärdiga operationssjuksköterskan saknar både erfarenhet av yrket och fördjupad yrkeskompetens som kan hjälpa henna att hantera kraven i arbete. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att ta reda på vilka utmaningar nyfärdiga operationssjuksköterskor upplever och vilka copingstrategier de använder sig av. Metod: Sex nyfärdiga operationssjuksköterskor, verksamma på en operationsavdelning med multidisciplinär och avancerad kirurgi med mellan sex till tolv månaders erfarenhet, intervjuades.
