Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur nyutbildade intensivvårdssjuksköterskor upplevde introduktionen på intensivvårdsavdelningen (IVA). Data samlades in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer av tio nyutbildade intensivvårdssjuksköterskor. Data analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. I huvudresultatet framkom två teman. Första temat ?Yttre faktorer som påverkar upplevelsen av introduktionen både positivt och negativt? innehöll kategorierna bemötande, checklista/introduktionsprogram, handledning, mentorskap, psykosociala miljön och organisatoriska faktorer.

Ett bra introduktionsprogram är grundläggande för en lång framgångsrik karriär och gör det lättare för den nyexaminerade att lära sig, då övergången från studier till att börja arbeta som en legitimerad röntgensjuksköterska kan vara en stressig period.Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka nyexaminerade röntgensjuksköterskors upplevelse av introduktionen på en ny arbetsplats. Data samlades in till denna studie genom att intervjua nio röntgensjuksköterskor som tagit examen sommaren 2014. Dessa röntgensjuksköterskor arbetar på röntgenkliniker i mellan- och södra Sverige.All insamlad data analyserades med hjälp av innehållsanalys och det resulterade i tre kategorier: Introduktionsprogrammet, Handledarnas kunskap och egenskaper och Sociala relationers betydelse och påverkan.De nyexaminerade röntgensjuksköterskorna upplevde att introduktionen var tillräcklig och bra. Det fanns vissa delar som var mindre bra, till exempel att de blev räknade som en av den ordinarie personalen medan de hade introduktion. Alla informanter ansåg att det blir bäst ifall de har en specifik handledare i början av introduktionen, då det lätt kan bli förvirrande med flera handledare..

Also of interest in this study is how librarians think that their teaching in information literacy should be included in the students? other courses. Three librarians at a Swedish university library were interviewed using qualitative interviews.

Etik är den teoretiska referensramen för ett korrekt moraliskt handlande och sjukvård handlar om att ge rätt omvårdnad till en individ i behov av detta. När moraliska värderingar och verkligheten kolliderar kan en konflikt uppstå, vilket i sin tur kan leda till moralisk stress. Psykisk ohälsa har på senare tid ökat bland sjukvårdspersonal som en direkt följd av moralisk stress. Syftet med denna empiriska enkätstudie är att undersöka i vilken grad undersköterskor och sjuksköterskor upplever moralisk stress i det dagliga arbetet.

Methods: A quantitative cross-sectional study was used to answer the purpose. The data were collected using specially designed questionnaire. That contained 11 questions related to interest and complications to use FaR® as a treatment method. A total of 38 individuals participated in the study.

Patienter med psykisk ohälsa löper större risk att drabbas av somatiska sjukdomar. Utvecklingen av psykiatrivården gör att allt fler patienter med psykisk ohälsa vårdas inom somatisk vård. Psykisk ohälsa är ett växande folkhälsoproblem. Personer med psykisk ohälsa är en stigmatiserad grupp både i samhället i stort och inom vården. Sjuksköterskan kommer med största sannolikhet att möta patienter med psykisk ohälsa i sitt arbete inom somatisk vård. Syfte: att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser av att vårda patienter med psykisk ohälsa inom somatisk vård. Metod: litteraturstudie med nio kvalitativa artiklar och en mixed method som underlag.

The aim of this study was to explore and increase understanding of how a team of colleagues at an upper-secondary school in Sweden works with students with special education needs. The team works with a group of students where the majority have experienced school failure in elementary school. The focus of the study has been to analyze a project that the school undertook 2013 to improve students? results and improve their chances to successfully graduate from their program. Data was collected from relevant documents and interviews with members of the project at hand.
