This makes streamlining and improvement of processes a big part of a company?s workThis thesis has been carried out together with the company Lasermax Roll Systems AB, a world-leading manufacturer of feeding, finishing and monitoring systems for high-speed digital printers. They manufacture their products according to the assembling for costumer order principle.The purpose with this thesis is to map and analyze, the assembling process and the test process at Lasermax Roll Systems AB.

This thesis examines how marketing by secondhand apps affects young adult women's consumption habits, investigating whether these platforms promote or counteract overconsumption. While the secondhand market is considered more sustainable than buying new, these apps may still encourage overconsumption. The study focuses on the marketing strategies of three major secondhand apps in Sweden: Tradera, Sellpy, and Vinted, analyzing their impact on consumer behavior using the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). Based on qualitative interviews with eleven women aged 20-27 and the authors observations of the apps marketing activities, the study finds that secondhand apps often emphasize environmental benefits and makes secondhand shopping accessible and appealing. However, the marketing tactics used by these apps, including frequent push notifications, targeted advertisements, and influencer collaborations, may lead to increased consumption. Overconsumption causes significant environmental damage, and while the secondhand market can mitigate these effects by extending the lifecycle of items, the emphasis on convenience end environmental benefits can inadvertently encourage more consumption. The study concludes that secondhand apps play a complex role in consumer behavior, balancing the potential for sustainability with the risk of promoting overconsumption.

Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka hur förskolepersonal uppfattar en användning av det könsneutrala pronomenet hen inom förskolan. Våra frågeställningar är: ?Hur uppfattar förskolepersonalen möjligheten att använda hen som könsneutralt pronomen inom förskolan?? samt ?Anser förskolepersonalen att det finns några användningsområden där det könsneutrala pronomenet hen kan ingå??.I denna undersökning användes en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod där vi utförde 11 kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer med förskolepersonal från fem förskolor. Den inspelade empirin dokumenterades med hjälp av diktafon som sedan transkriberades och analyserades.I studien framkom hur informanterna uppfattade genus och kön på förskolan. Vi tolkade att den uppfattningen speglade informanternas inställning till ordet hen.

Sex equality law within the European Union is well developed and has since the Rome Treaty, given rise to several directives and other judicial acts on this matter of community law. The concepts of direct and indirect discrimination emerge from the general principles of Equal pay and Equal treatment and have been codified and amended several times until present.The lasts years, authors within the field of Equality Law has been pointing out that there is a common desire for simplification of discrimination law in Europe. The question has arisen whether this simplification could be implemented trough the introduction of a general justification defence for direct sex discrimination.The concept of direct sex discrimination - when a person of one gender is treated less favourably, on the grounds of gender, than a person of the other gender would be treated in similar circumstances - leaves no possibilities for such justification today. Indirect sex discrimination ? which arises from the equal application of neutral rules that shows an adverse impact on one group ? can be justified if the rule answers to true requirements of the job.Does the proposition that direct discrimination should be justified find support in the inconsistency of the present legislation? This paper will examine this and other questions concerning the wish for a general justification defence through studies of case law from the European Court of Justice as well as differing opinions from authors within the field of equality law..

Syfte: Att testa lågkontrastvisus med och utan bländning, färgsinnespåverkan samt komfort med fem sol- och filtersolglasögon från Multilens, för att se hur var och en av glasen påverkar detta och för att jämföra skillnader mellan solglasen och filtersolglasen i bestämda par.Metod: 28 personer testade de olika solglasen; Pol B, pol G, och pol G15 och de båda filterglasen: C1 pol 3 och 511 pol 3. Resultaten jämfördes var för sig och i sol- och filterglaspar mellan pol B ? 511 pol 3 och C1 pol 3 ? pol G15. Pol G var neutral i sol- och filterglasjämförelsen. Varje glas testades ovanpå deltagarens habituella korrektion för lågkontrastvisus med en logMAR 10% kontrasttavla med och utan Brightness Acuity Tester.

People living with disabilities in our society today are more likely to be without a job compared to the rest of the population. The fact that a high number of people are not given the opportunity to work, and thereby being self-sufficient, is a failure for both the individual and the society. My purpose with the study is to increase knowledge and understanding regarding disabilities in the working life, with focus on the disability dyslexia. In the study, I am investigating the employer?s obligations and rights when employing a person with disabilities.

Forskning har visat att barn som uppvisar ett normbrytande beteende i kombination med brister i empati och förståelse för ömsesidighet med andra har svårare för att bedöma rädda ansikten än andra barn med normbrytande beteenden. I en studie kopplades detta till att de inte läser av ögonen utan fokuserar mer på munnen. Föreliggande studies huvudsyfte var dels att validera ett instrument för mätning av barns ögonrörelser och relatera ögonrörelser till tolkning av känslor i ansiktsuttryck, dels att undersöka om barns empati generellt kan kopplas till skillnader i ögonrörelsemönster vid bedömning av ansiktsuttryck. En normalpopulation på 39 barn i 10-11 årsåldern bedömde ansiktsuttryck (glad, neutral, ledsen, arg och rädd). Föräldraskattningar av kognitiv och affektiv empati relaterades till deras förmåga att identifiera ansikten korrekt.

Families with limited financial resources risk social exclusion in today?s consumption-based society, where status and identity are tied to items like clothing, gifts and activities. Limited financial resources can therefore often lead to social isolation because consumption is central to social participation, something that can rarely be prioritized in poor families. In preschool, unclear policies on extra costs can negatively affect families. The purpose of the study was to investigate how socioeconomically vulnerable families experience and are affected by the preschool and its requirements, as well as how preschool teachers work to reduce the economic gap among families in the preschool context.

Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka lärarnas åsikter angående flexibelt lärande med hänsyn till lärarnas kön, åldersfördelning, datoranvändning och undervisningsmetoder. Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av en webbaserad enkät (websurvey från textalk) som skickades till alla lärare vid Sydskånska gymnasieförbundet. De flesta lärare hade en positiv eller neutral inställning mot införandet av flexibelt lärande, medan äldre lärare var i mindre utsträckning positivt inställda. Med hänsyn till många frågeställningar såg lärarna inga eller små förändringar. Problem som har uppkommit är att det nya arbetssättet är mer tidskrävande och att det är svårt att genomföra med osjälvständiga elever.

After recognizing a lack of children?s voices in the debate about the children?s book Kivi och monsterhund and the gender-neutral pronoun hen that occurred in the beginning of the year of 2012, I decided to interview pre-school children about the same book. My purpose with the study was, using semi-structured group interviews, to examine how 6-year olds talked about the main character Kivi. With the help of Judith Butler?s theory of performativity, I have studied how the children constructed Kivi?s gender in their speech.

Volvo Trucks is the second largest manufacturer of heavy trucks, with factories in several countries and with around 21 000 employees. At the plant in Tuve, trucks have been built since 1982 and the activity mainly consists of producing side members and to assemble and packing kits of trucks. In 2005, the factory in Tuve launched the ambition to be the first carbon dioxide neutral vehicle factory in the world. This will be implemented by streamlining and investing in renewable energy. The aim of this degree thesis is to map the usage of energy within production, and also to prepare a method to measure key figures (use of energy per produced unit).

The aim of this master?s thesis is to investigate how Paul Feyerabend?s anarchistic theory of knowledge can help our understanding of bibliographical classification and to analyse how epistemological assumptions are manifested in bibliographic classification. Paul Feyerabend?s anarchistic theory of knowledge and science is the theoretical approach of this thesis. The first part of the thesis consists of an introduction to bibliographical classification and epistemology.

Idag finns det många olika systemutvecklingsmetoder och dess strategiska fokus skiljer sig från metod till metod. Vissa metoder använder sig av en mer användarledd strategi till exempel JAD, där användarna får vara med och driva utvecklandet av systemet och få det anpassat efter deras behov. Andra metoder använder en expertdominerad strategi till exempel SSADM, där experterna utvecklar systemet, där experterna utreder vad systemet bör innefatta. Eftersom metodernas strategi och fokus skiljer sig, skiljer de sig även åt när det gäller arbetsprocessen gentemot organisationen. Ett sätt att arbeta gentemot organisationen är att använda sig av en facilitator.En facilitator är en medlare, assistent som är neutral.

Denna uppsatts behandlar miljöproblemen i Karlshäll beroende på sliperiverksamhet utifrån Robert Nozick´s rättighetsteori. Med hjälp av denna teori så har jag försökt klargöra hur och om skador på miljön beroende på användning av fenylkvicksilver i produktionen av slipmassa i Karlshäll skall ersättas. Med hjälp av hans modell har jag även klargjort statens roll i problematiken samt även på vilket sätt denne bör medverka för att nå en lösning. Utifrån detta har jag generaliserat den lösning jag kommit fram till mot ett större perspektiv för att visa på likheten i problematik mellan stora och små, lokala och globala miljöproblem och likheten i lösning på de samma. Genom min tillämpning av Nozick´s rättighetsteori har jag kunnat slå fast att det är den dåvarande ägaren till Munksund AB som skall ersätta de skador verksamheten i Karlshäll åstadkommit.
