The means that the Swedish State has to legitimize and standardize different perspectives of women and their sexuality is significant. Persecution of gender and sexuality is today something that can grant refugee status according to the Swedish Aliens Act. By studying the documents that forestall the amendment of the laws is it possible to unveil the concept and ideas about women sexuality that the state manifests and reproduces through these laws and official documents.The aim of this essay is to look upon the sexual policy as it occurs in official the documents that deal with lesbian refugees. The study cover and maps present research on this group of women and gives an answer to how norms about women sexuality are expressed in these documents.Throughout the survey of the research field not much previous research was found, therefore even research that only partly covers the field is included and reviewed.As method a detailed reading of the official documents and a discourse analysis with it?s emphasize on theoretical themes like gender and sexuality, lesbianism and state feminism, was made.

Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på elevers attityder gentemot muslimer på en gymnasieskola i Småland. Med hjälp av en konstruerad enkät fick elever i årskurs ett och tre på Naturvetenskapsprogrammet och i årskurs ett och tre på Fordonstekniska programmet på denna småländska skola ta ställning till åtta påståenden om muslimer. I studien jämförs dessa två programs enkätsvar för att se om det finns likheter och skillnader i elevernas attityder. Elevernas svar till de åtta påståendena kopplas till deras bakgrund som exempelvis religionstillhörighet och ifall de har muslimska vänner eller inte för att se samband. Enkätsvaren har bearbetats med hjälp av socialkonstruktivistisk teori och Peter Bergers och Thomas Luckmanns socialisationsteori.Resultatet visar att eleverna på Naturvetenskapsprogrammet på denna skola generellt sett är mycket positiva till muslimer och deras religionsutövande, men ett par är negativa till bärandet av slöja, byggandet av moskéer i Sverige samt muslimsk invandring.

Empirin bestod av 24 nummer av tidskriften ?Socionomen?, från år 2009 till 2012. De texter som valdes ut var brukstexter i form av annonser, notiser och reportage med kvinnor i fokus.

The main purpose of this essay is to look closer at how and when the Swedish women?s organization Grupp 8 changed their initial socialistic ideological approach and turned it into a feministic one during 1971 to 1979. By 1979 the group was referring to them self as a feministic movement. This is done by analyzing the way Grupp 8: s discussion in the areas of women in relation to work, family and society changes. The primary information is represented by the groups own magazine Kvinnobulletinen.
