Syftet med denna undersökning är att ta reda på hur några matematiklärare har påverkats av läroplansbytet mellan Lpo 94 och Lgr 11. Hur har deras profession påverkats av detta byte samt deras attityder till läroplaner rent allmänt? Genom observationer och kvalitativa intervjuer har vi undersökt hur fyra matematiklärare på två olika skolor har påverkats. Detta har sedan analyserats med hjälp av skillnader i läro- och kursplaner samt en begreppsapparat som vi tagit fram genom relevant litteratur, främst Göran Lindes läroplansteori. Vårt resultat visar att läroplanen till viss del inverkar på lärarnas val av metoder och bedömning men man önskar fortfarande en tydligare konkretisering av lärarnas uppdrag och vad undervisningen ska innehålla.

Följande arbete avser att synliggöra den förvirring som undertecknad anser råda kring begreppet beteendevetare. Med den utgångspunkten har en kartläggning gjorts av vad högskolor, universitet, arbetsförmedling och fackförbund säger om beteendevetare i den information de har på sina respektive hemsidor. Informationen har sedan strukturerats upp med hjälp av metoder för textanalys och diskuteras slutligen utifrån olika professionsteoretiska perspektiv. Vi använder oss både av traditionella professionsteoretiska definitioner samt ett par nyare kompletterande teorier om professionstyper. Då vi inte funnit någon tidigare forskning om beteendevetare tittar vi på forskning om samhällsvetare och socionomer.

Organizational culture is a widely discussed topic. Today job mobility in society is increasing as well as part-time employment. This study aims at investigate how organizational culture is maintained in an organization where employees work as combiners of different work occupations. The study is a case study of the department of Art at Konstfack (The University College of Arts, Crafts and Design). The organization is unique in the respect to that the majority of the employees have part-time employments within Konstfack combined with their parallel own artistic occupations.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how social services workers describe, the risk of being exposed to threats and violence in their profession. Six social services workers were interviewed, four from the Welfare Office in a major city and two from the Child and Family Services in a minor city. Results showed that the majority of social services workers consider themselves exposed in their profession, meaning that they feel there's a risk of a violent or threatening situation occurring in their work situation. All interviewees had experiences from some sort of threat or violence in a work related context and they attested that non-personal assaults, such as threats made through telephone, email and answering machines are more common than verbal assaults made in personal meetings. Being prepared and listening to ones intuition is a way of dealing with exposure when meeting with a client.

The purpose of this thesis is to find out how gender roles are described in musical lyrics written for children. I used gender theories that describe how stereotypical gender roles are displayed in music and these theories were later compared with the songbooks I studied. The thesis is a qualitative study to detect masculine and feminine related differences in the texts. After having read, analyzed and compared over 200 songs I found that the stereotype notions of masculinity and femininity is reflected in songs. Society has transferred in this way normative values on to the children through the songs that teachers choose to sing in schools..

Denna uppsats handlar om grundskollärarprofessionens utveckling, verksamma lärare och lärarstudenter. This is a study of proficiency development of major/lt colonel officers (level 2-3) within the Swedish armed forces. The study includes officers above the age of 45. The background of this study is a study from January 2000 (written by Björn Osswald). Osswald discovered that proficiency development decreased at the age of 45. Since the profession as an officer today is a lifetime profession, this is a result that the Swedish Armed Forces not can afford.

This study examines the closure of public libraries, and the nonprofit organizations takeover of them as a phenomenon. The aim is to understand why the nonprofit takeover is common and what the takeover symbolizes and if the discourse in media invokes the views on libraries and the profession.Interviews were made with librarians, politicians and representatives of a nonprofit organization to study different sides of the phenomenon. Other empirical data were found in local and national newspapers and media-channels. I discovered that public libraries are highly valued by both politicians and the community. The study also showed that a library in a community makes people feel valued.

För att uppfylla de krav och förväntningar som ställs på sjuksköterskan idag är det viktigt att sjuksköterskan är medveten om vilka upplevelser i arbetet som kan påverka arbetsglädje. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa upplevelser i sjuksköterskans profession som kan främja arbetsglädje. Studien visar att upplevelser i sjuksköterskans profession kan främja arbetsglädje och ha en positiv påverkan på arbetstillfredsställelse, arbetsengagemang och det yrkesmässiga självförverkligandet. Sjuksköterskans syn på den enskilda patienten som en unik person kan möjliggöra värdefulla möten, som kan påverka både patienten och sjuksköterskan positivt. Strävan att arbeta utefter teorier och tillvägagångssätt som främjar sjuksköterskans upplevelse av att göra skillnad, vara engagerad och att vara en del av möjligheterna i en positiv utveckling kan leda till att sjuksköterskan känner arbetsglädje, meningsfullhet och tillförsikt i arbetet.

Relationsmarknadsföring används allt mer av revisorer för att behålla klienter. Eftersom relationsmarknadsföring kan leda till vänskap och eftersom vänskap försvårar revisorns oberoende kan detta påverka hur revisorsyrket uppfattas. För bland annat kreditgivare är det viktigt att redovisningen fått en opartisk granskning och om inte ett oberoende föreligger kan detta potentiellt bli ett problem. Syftet med denna studie var att se om kreditgivare tror att revisorernas relationsmarknadsföring kan resultera i ett uppfattat försvagat oberoende. Child poverty in Sweden is a widespread phenomenon and occurs in diverse spheres in society; at home, in school and in leisure activities. Therefore more professions than just traditional social workers meet this phenomenon in varied areas which creates different comprehensions and abilities to handle the issue among various professions.This study aims to investigate the collaboration between different professions in relation to child poverty in a municipality in Sweden. Represented professions are social workers, teachers, welfare officer, recreation instructor and leaders, special assistant and municipality coordinator. In total eleven persons were interviewed.The results illustrate a good will among the professions to collaborate to improve negative consequences of child poverty. Traditional boundaries between professions are limited since every profession is needed in this collaboration and have the opportunity to use their professional knowledge in a certain field.

The main purpose of this study is to inquire whether music can function as a supportive and compensating tool for children from various kinds of social exposure. Eurhythmics is the musical method focused on, since it consciously works out of a socializing perspective. The study involves a scheme with poor children in Argentin (autumn 2005) and is based upon two interviews with women working professionally with both the social and the musical aspect of the current question. Notes from the above mentioned project are added to the interviews. The possible conclusion from the end results is that the individual as well as the dynamics of the group (as a whole) draw positive benefits from not only the music itself but also the structure and the elements of it.

In my study I focus on how teachers work and teach regarding reading in schools and what kind of methods they are using. The purpose of this study is to find out if there are any differences between experienced and inexperienced teachers. I examine this in three different primary schools where I interviewed two teachers with long experience in teaching children in the age of six to ten years old. I also interviewed two teachers with four or less year of experience in teaching. I have done this study through qualitative interviews with experienced and inexperienced teachers. Through these interviews my purpose was to find out how they teach the students how to read and what factors that influence the choice working strategies. The results show that teachers, regardless of experience teach the students through different approaches.

Title: Teaching improvisation in different musical genres My curiosity for teaching improvisation in different genres emerged when I started playing with musicians who had another musical background than my own. I wanted to acquire a better understanding of what improvisation means to them and how improvisation is taught in their genre. The aim of this study is to gain insight into four pedagogues' methods of teaching improvisation. The four pedagogues represent the genres of jazz, blues, organ music and folk music. I chose these four genres for two reasons.
