Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka om det fanns någon skillnad mellan de som varit anställd få respektive många år samt mellan de som arbetade dagtid och de som arbetade skift gällande uppfattningen av säkerhetsklimatet avseende både ledningen säkerhetsarbete och arbetsgruppens säkerhetsarbete på ett bruk inom massa- och pappersindustrin. Totalt deltog 92 medarbetarna i studien och dessa fick besvara frågeformuläret, Nordic Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50). Resultatet visade att de som arbetat många år uppfattade både ledningens och arbetsgruppens säkerhetsarbete som bättre än de som arbetat få år. Det visade sig även att de som arbetade dagtid uppfattade, om än bara i närheten till signifikant, ledningens säkerhetsarbete bättre än de som arbetade skift. Att ha en förståelse kring att det finns skillnader i uppfattningen av säkerhetsklimatet och vad dessa kan bero på kan vara av vikt för att skapa ett bättre säkerhetsarbete på företaget, något som diskuteras i uppsatsen..

This bachelor thesis aim to highlight the values that form the basis for the formulation of the municipal local activity support to sports clubs. Key questions was, what are the criteria for the distribution of support, what are the conditions for the support in the municipalities, and what thoughts on development of the local sports club are behind these criteria. The study is based on one policy document from each municipality and 15 interviews that revealed a large spread in mindset and resources between the municipalities, but also similarities in the supports criteria and evaluation work. 14 out of 15 municipalities distribute the support, but the conditions are different. One interesting result the study shows is how little some municipalities really know about the money that goes out to the clubs.

Traffic is one of their key issues, although today there are no concrete guidelines from the National Board of Housing, Building and Planningfor the design of traffic safety in city centers.Traffic safety in city centers affects many people because the city center is a public place.It is therefore important that there are current guidelines available that are helpful for changes and improvements in traffic safety in the city center.The purpose of this report is to formulate guidelines for planning city centers from a traffic safety perspective.

Background: The Waldorf school was founded by Rudolf Steiner during the early nineties in Austria. These are the will, the feeling and the thought. Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate how teachers in three Waldorf schools are working during to the curriculum and to bring out the differences and the similarities with the municipal school. This essay is focusing on four themes and theories; artistic learning processes, gender, multimedia and environment.Method: In order to investigate this kind of teaching I choose interviewing as a method, specifically semi structured interviews. Four teachers at three different schools in Stockholm county was interviewed.

In the end of the last century the interest for youth politics increased in Sweden. The causes for the increased interest were the more obvious youth politics questions and problems, for example the increased youth unemployment. This study is about the perception of politics in social work. The aim of the study was to seehow people working with social work in municipalities describe their perception of how politicsaffect their work. The study was conducted in two municipalities in middle Sweden,which had a transfer of power in the 2006 election. Six people; two social workers, two executivedirectors and two politicians was interviewed about their perceptions about politics, ifthe ideological direction of the municipal matters, and how politics effect social work and theorganization.
