Few issues raise such an engagement as parking areas, both by the municipality, property- and car owners. For car owners, it is of great importance where to park his car. Parking is not simply about availability but also about safety, security and how it affects the urban environment.When the land will be utilized for building development, there are regulations in Chapter 8, § 9 PBL how parking will be provided. Property owners have an obligation to provide parking space and it shall be arranged in an equitable manner, on the site or near it, which gives an opportunity for shared parking facilities. The guidelines for parking that the municipality has adopted should be the starting point for the extent of that space for parking is required when a building permit review.The first thing you should look at, is if the property owner has ability to provide parking space at his own property, but this is not always the best solution in areas such as inner cities.

 During our education time, we have heard on several occasions how the high changing rate in the society also influences the education area. That changing process mainly originates from the transform that a school underwent, i.e. the decentralization meaning a delegation of responsibility from a national to local government and the particular school. The main idea that started a changing process goes under the slogan ?a school for everyone?.

Introduction: Studies have shown that women are not always satisfied with the effects of contraception and that contraceptive advice is perceived as non-specific. Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate what contraceptive women have chosen to use in the different phases of their reproductive lives, and what they felt had influenced their choice. Method: A retrospective cross-sectional comparative study with a quantitative approach. A survey with fixed and multiple-choice options was sent to five hundred 45-year old women. Result: The study shows that various birth controls are different in the normal reproductive life.

Syfte: Litteraturstudiens syfte var att beskriva upplevelsen av MS-relaterad fatigue, hur den påverkade vardagen och val av egenvårdsstrategier.Metod: Beskrivande litteraturstudie. Resultatdelen innehåller 15 st vetenskapliga artiklar, varav 8 st har en kvantitativ ansats, 5 st har en kvalitativ ansats och 2 st har båda ansatserna. Artiklarna söktes i databaserna PubMed och Cinahl och genom manuell sökning.Resultat: MS-relaterad fatigue var en unik och individuell upplevelse. Fatigue hade en multidimensionell och handikappande inverkan på vardagen, som berörde såväl fysiska, psykiska, sociala och kognitiva aspekter. Personer med MS hade utvecklat olika egenvårdsstragier för att minska, förebygga och dölja konsekvenserna av fatigue. Tre av artiklarna saknade en tillräcklig beskrivning av inklusions- och exklusionkriterier. Fyra artiklar saknade en adekvat beskrivning av bortfall. Slutsats: MS-relaterad fatigue bidrog till en försämring av fysiska, psykiska, sociala och kognitiva funktioner och stod i direkt relation till sämre livskvalitet.

In this study, the effects of using fine milled cassava stems as an additive in biofuel pellet production was compared to the effects of refined starch addition. The bulk biomass fuel raw material, to which the additive was added, was a blend of spruce and pine sawdust. An experimental design in the factors cassava/starch content, moisture content and material temperature was used. Measured responses were pellet bulk density, pellet durability, amount of fines, pelletizer motor current, pellet temperature, die temperature and CV for pelletizer motor current (a measure of process stability). Each response was modeled by multiple linear regression (MLR).

There is a constant change in the world of school, new curricula and syllabi are made and the view of teaching and learning is changing. The desire to improve maths teaching in Swedish schools is strong, especially by laboratory work. How is it then that several teachers in our schools are still using the traditional way of teaching mathematics, which I consider to be relying a lot on the textbook and work for an automated approach?The purpose of my study is to investigate how three different math teachers on an F-5 school in the southern Stockholm area, choose to work with mathematics and why they choose to work according to a special approach. In order to obtain the information I seek, I have chosen to use the qualitative method to get a better understanding of my results.

I Sverige är ungefär 17,000 svenskar som har fått diagnosen MS, sjukdomen drabbar fler kvinnor än män. Syftet: Syftet med studien är att belysa hur Multipel skleros påverkar individer i det dagliga livet och hur en sjuksköterska kan hjälpa till i omvårdnaden. Metod: En allmän litteraturstudiebaserad på 11 kvalitativa vetenskapliga studier som analyserats och sammanställts till ett resultat.

ABSTRACTBackground: Obesity and overweight are health issues that more than every tenth person around the world suffers from and the number of individuals with BMI >30 is every growing. As a result, more patients that are subjects to anesthesia will have an increased BMI. Changes in respiration, airway anatomy, altered drug metabolism and multiple physiological changes in the body makes general anesthesia, of the patient with obesity, an anesthesiological challenge.Purpose: The aim of this study is to identify the specific anesthesiological nursing care of the patient with a BMI >30, undergoing general anesthesia.Method: A research plan is created and to test its credibility, a pilotstudy of 15 surveys in two surgical departments will be conducted. This study has a qualitative inductive design and the data collected through semistructured questionnaires. The result was analyzed using qualitative content analysis.Result: The result showed a clear focus on three main areas; airway management, pharmaceuticals and positioning of the patient.

Som bakgrundsmaterial har vi undersökt tidigare forskning kring virtuella communitys, identitetsskapande, chattande och cyberkultur. Resultatet av studien kom att visa respondenternas användning av virtuella communitys och att dem ser det som en viktig del av det sociala livet.

Nutrient enrichment is the main cause of the increasing eutrophication process in the Baltic Sea during last century. A prerequisite counteract this process the load of nutrients to the Sea must be investigated. The large contribution of nutrients to the Sea is caused by emission from the rivers within the drainage basin. For the total emission of nutrient into the Sea the retention process in the rivers has big influence. This process in the river system has been assumed as a not important part of the nutrient cycle.

The right wing party the Sweden Democrats is through their conservative and nationalist approach and socio-political heritage, connected to various extreme-right populist movements, which have all been in conflict with different branches of feminism. This connection is argued for in relation to the research survey. The party has likewise been accused of pursuing misogynistic, homophobic and racist politics, but differ from its ideological peers due to their outspoken equality policy. The party shows strong rejection of discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation or geographical, religious or ethnical background. In the analysis chapter of this study, texts produced by members of the party are analyzed by means of parts of Karlberg and Mral?s rhetoric analysis method, aiming to clarify what ideals of family and the roles within it are being constructed.

Purpose/Aim: The purpose of this paper is to describe how a number of strategically selected employees at the Swedish Institute, with the purpose to promote Sweden in the world, look at the challenges facing Sweden concerning nation branding in the new era of cooperation within the European Union. I examine how these people look upon the work of public diplomacy and nation branding in order to actively participate and influence the EU's common communications platform.Material/Method: The method used in this thesis is qualitative interviews. The reason why I chose this method is because I consider it to be the most appropriate in order to collect information about how these selected employees at the Swedish institute regard the challenges that lay ahead in terms of nation branding within the European Union.Main results: On the basis of the results I have gained by dint of the analysis, it can be concluded that it is of utmost importance to take the societal changes, which are a result both of the worldwide globalization and the EU cooperation, into consideration when designing a future communication strategy for the Swedish Institute. The nation-state continues to play an important role in Sweden, but its importance is declining as the EU cooperation is progressing. The citizens? identity plays a crucial role in designing a nation?s communications strategy, and from the analysis I conclude that we move not from a Swedish to a European identity, but towards a pluralistic union where multiple identities meet under one umbrella; the EU..

De människor som besitter denna kunskap är livsviktiga för företagets långsiktiga överlevnad och får inte släppas. För att kunna behålla och även utveckla medarbetarna inom företaget är det viktigt att medarbetarna känner starkt engagemang för företaget så att de stannar inom och arbetar mot företagets strategier och mål.Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera och analysera engagemangspåverkande faktorer i kunskapsföretaget SwedPower AB, samt testa tillämpbarheten av vedertagna engagemangsteorier.Genomförande: En kvantitativ tvärsnittstudie med hjälp av en enkätundersökning hos de anställda på SwedPower AB vilka är verksamma inom en kunskaps- och teknikintensiv bransch. Studiens resultat analyserades med hjälp utav statistiska beräkningar i SPSS.Resultat: Vår studie har visat indikationer på att i den kunskapsintensiva organisationen SwedPower AB som präglas av en konsult karaktäristiskt arbetsform påverkas en individs engagemang till stor del skilt från vad andra engagemangsteorier menar.
