The purpose of this work is to explore how to work with early reading and writing and find out what really comes first of the two. The work also involves the best known literacy learning methods and deals with methods to work around reading and writing. I have read previous research on the subject and watched a movie from our AV-central on children?s early language development. It includes an interview with two professors of education, Mats Myrberg and Mats Ekholm where they talk about the pros and cons of early learning literacy. My research is based on literary sources and interviews with educators who work with reading and writing in the early years. The results showed that even if a teacher tries to work with early writing skills we still remain in the traditional school, beginning with learning how to read.

In my essay I will study the injustice within science in movies, in this particular case: Archaeology. This essay will also examine whether there is reason to believe that there is aconnection between this unfairness and what's being displayed of the archaeologist in popular culture. In my case I have decided to focus on the movie industry because it's a dominant part of our daily life. I have chosen to explore two different groups of students studying an occupation. One is, of course, the archaeological institution at Lund University, and the other is a high school (upper secondary school) program called ?Omvårdnadsprogrammet? at Rönnens in Malmö.

Målet med detta examensarbete var att jag skulle omvandla mina teoretiska kunskaper inom mätning till praktiska färdigheter. Resultatet blev denna skriftliga rapport, en muntlig presentation och en poster.Jag gjorde mitt examensarbete hos Svenska Mätcenter AB. Projektet hette KK4 och innefattade kulsinterverk, utfrakt och bangård på LKAB:s anläggning i Kiruna. Svenska Mätcenter AB var även utsättare nere i gruvan där LKAB drev en ny väg. Under mitt examensarbete var jag runt på alla delarna av projektet för att lära mig så mycket som möjligt.När mina fem veckors praktik var över hade jag lärt mig en hel del om mätning i allmänhet och byggmätning i synnerhet.

För att utvärdera en metod för tillämpad kognitiv uppgiftsanalys, ACTA (Applied Cognitive Task Analysis), har anställda på Saab AB genomfört ACTA genom att intervjua flygförare. ACTA består av tre intervjutekniker och skapades av Klein Associates Inc. ACTA är en metod som kan användas i tillämpade sammanhang för att ta fram aspekter av experters beslutsfattande. Denna rapport redovisar en utvärdering av CDT (Cognitive Demands Table), vilket är tabeller över kognitiva krav sammanställda av datamängden insamlad i intervjuerna. Utvärderingens syfte var att avgöra huruvida praktiker kan sammanställa en CDT med högt innehåll av kognitiva poster.

This bachelor thesis is a study and an evaluation of the planning and implementation of the targeted marketing campaign "Småbarnsföräldern" at a public library. The analysis is based on the following questions:? What goals does the library have with the marketing campaign "Småbarnsföräldern"?? How has the library chosen to plan and implement the marketing campaign "Småbarnsföräldern" and what role have the users had in this process?? What is the internal result of the library?s marketing campaign ? how did the staff experience the marketing campaign "Småbarnsföräldern"?? What is the external result ? how did the target group, the parents of young children, experience the marketing campaign "Småbarnsföräldern"?The method is based on a case study of a single library with a series of interviews and document analysis. The study reveals that it´s difficult to plan a marketing campaign against a target group. The target group, the parents of young children, didn?t observe the marketing campaign, two informants had noticed the poster but didn?t pay much attention to it.

This essay examines on what kind of Muslim stereotypes exist in entertainment movies which are being produced in the West and particularly the United States. First, the focus will be on explaining the concept of stereotypes and Islamophobia and what role the media has in the movies' production of its contents. The incident at the World Trade Center will also be discussed briefly. By using semiotic and narrative analyses the essay investigates if a stereotyped image is being used about Muslims and how Muslim main characters that have the role of being protagonists, are visualized in entertainment movies. The material that is included in the empirical analysis consists of three selected movies.

With a hermeneutical method using narratology this thesis is interpreting the auteure Lars von Trier´s discussed movie Antichrist. On one hand within the limits of the hermeneutic Paul Riceours analysis of structure is used to reconstruct the narrative of the film out of the different part of discourses that I have construed in my first reading to find out a deeper comprehension of the relation between the characters and their relations to the different discourses. On the other hand the discourses which extracts out of His and Hers actions and statements are related to the clues that I´ve found out from interviews with von Trier regarding Antichrist where he, among other things, touches upon philosophical work of Friedrich Nietzsche and his own disregard about protestantism and religion. All in all this first phase of interpretation is termed the different horizons which I finally interprete and coalesce with my subjects comprehension on a metadiegetic and meta-metadiegetic level. By this a ?fusion of horizons? in the sense of Hans-Georg Gadamer can take place, which directly leads into the big scene of Relevations.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om det är teoretiskt möjligtatt applicera K2 vid upprättande och offentliggörande avkoncernredovisning och i sådana fall hur det bör göras.Vidare utreds huruvida K3 respektive K2 ger en rättvisande bild avverksamheten genom utformningen av de finansiella rapporterna.Metod: Uppsatsen är uppbyggd på en kvalitativ och explorativ metod förinsamlingen av empiri. Vidare används ett mer induktivtförhållningssätt till teorin.Teori: Studiens teori baseras på lagstiftning och litteratur som berörrättvisande bild samt koncernredovisning i enlighet med K3respektive K2.Empiri: Empirin som presenteras har samlats in via semi-struktureradedjupintervjuer. Antalet personer som intervjuades uppgick till sexpersoner.Slutsatser: Studien visar att det råder osäkerhet i branschen gällandeuppfattningen hur en koncernredovisning i enlighet med K2 börupprättas. Vidare förklaras två tillvägagångssätt för de företag somfrivilligt vill upprätta och offentliga en koncernredovisning. Meddetta uppstår dilemman kopplade till värdering av enskilda poster,i vilket det föreligger en viss konsensus kring hur dessa bör lösas..

In this paper, I have examined if and how Saul Bass adapts his title sequences to the respective film in the matter of genre, plot, milieu, feeling and appearance. Saul Bass was really a graphic artist who has made himself a long career in film production, foremost as a creator of title sequences. Of all the films Bass has created title sequences to, I?ve chosen six films, whose title sequences I analyse more thoroughly. I do this to point out the differences between them and thus also show how Bass adapt them to the individual work.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to investigate the library habits of young people, age 15 to 24. Our empirical data are gathered in a survey distributed to 104 young men and women at three different public libraries. The questions are about how young people use the public library, what media and services they use and whether or not they are content with what the public library can offer them. In our analysis we have compared our results to previous research and used a model by Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen to determine how they use the library.

Syftet är att beskriva om styrelsens oberoende enligt Bolagskodens kriterier och OECD:s riktlinjer för statligt ägande tillämpas i de helägda statliga bolagen med marknadsmässiga krav samt att få en förståelse om oberoende styrelseledamöter kan påverka medborgarnas förtroende för dessa bolag. Vi har arbetat utifrån den kvalitativa metoden. Våra primärdata innehåller intervjuer med sakkunniga inom området Bolagskoden och statlig styrning samt intervjuer med oberoende styrelseledamöter. Våra sekundärdata innefattar tidigare forskning om outside directors och institutionella investerare. Empiri och analys har vi återkopplat till teorier om förtroende, bolagsstyrning, stakeholders och institutionella investerare.

Det råder en ojämn uppdelning av män och kvinnor inom arbetslivets ledande poster, vilket till stor del kan härledas till könsstereotyperna. I majoriteten av fallen är det männen som har makten inom näringslivet, så även makten att förändra denna obalans. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka hur manliga chefer ser på ledarskap, sitt eget och andras, hur detta relateras till kön och vertikal könsegregering inom arbetslivet, samt vilka hinder de anser att det finns för kvinnor att nå ledande positioner. Fem manliga chefer intervjuades varefter en tematisk analys genomfördes. Ur materialet framträdde teman som påvisar att dessa män anser att kvinnor utgör mycket bra ledare, men hindras av en mängd faktorer.

IASB har presenterat en ny redovisningsstandard för rörelseförvärv som heter IFRS 3(R) som ett steg i arbetet att ersätta IAS 22. Arbetet med standarden påbörjades år 2001och är ett steg i harmoniseringsarbetet mellan IASB och FASB och för att förbättra dekvalitativa egenskaperna vid redovisning enligt IFRS. Studien syftar till att kartläggaskillnader som finns mellan IAS 22 och IFRS 3 (R). Med hjälp av egna exempelpresenteras och analyseras skillnaderna som kartlagts för att förklara eventuellaeffekter på de finansiella rapporterna, både i balansräkningen och på de kvalitativaegenskaperna. För att avgöra om IFRS 3 (R) har närmat sig föreställningsramen användsockså teorier om ägar- och enhetsperspektiv.Studien visar att det har genomförts många förändringar.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse, identify and clarify:- The integration of music and brands in commercials that are created for television, cinema or internet,- The effects that this integration has for the involved parties and the movie that is being created.Music is a big part of today's society and advertising is a big part of people's everyday lives. It is therefore natural that music in advertising can have the power to affect, attract, influence and interest human beings. We think that the music in commercials is a fascinating subject to study because the phenomenon is relatively unexplored in the academic sphere. The knowledge of the synchronization process of music and commercials is also becoming increasingly important for involved parties to understand and manage. The essay is developed through a qualitative methodology.  We have conducted six interviews, with different players who all have extensive experience and knowledge about the chosen topic.
