Syftet med studien var att ta reda på om det går att predicera medarbetares organisationsengagemang utifrån organisationskommunikation, såväl mellan chef och medarbetare som medarbetare emellan. Detta gjordes genom att 118 medarbetare fick besvara en enkät bestående av delar från Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire (Downs & Adrian, 2004). Studiens huvudresultat visade att organisationskommunikation delvis kunde förklara variansen i organisationsengagemang. Resultaten diskuteras i termer av hur och varför organisationer som har en upplevd god organisationskommunikation, både mellan medarbetare och chefer och medarbetare emellan, skapar ett starkare organisationsengagemang hos sina medarbetare..

The aim of this study is to describe, from a didactic point of view, wether gender norms are challenged and sex equality is maintained when two teachers in grade one communicate with their pupils. This is based on the existing norms in our society which generates into certain expectations of how one should act depending on wether you are a girl or a boy. In addition to this, the lack of equality between women and men is a global question. The norms and conditions in society are reproduced, but can also be deconstructed in school (Martinsson and Reimers 2008, p. 8).

In the light of the criticism from the Swedish Consumers? Association towards the actions of modern fund managers on the Swedish Sustainable and Responsible Investment (SRI) market, discussions of change has increased. The reasons underlying a change and communication process are scarcely focused on. Thus, grounded on theories in the fields of Critical Management Studies (CSR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), change and communication, this study analyses how a change of implementing revised SRI communication is carried out at Handelsbanken Asset Management, existing motives for the change in communication, and how key actors can affect the process. A participant observation and in-depth interviews were carried out enfolding a discussion that contributed with a critical analysis and discussion, concluding external motives to be dominant and that key actors of the change process are influential to a various extent.

Multiprofessional teams is a common way of organizing the work in rehabilitationmedicine clinics. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva sambandet mellan A nine test screening battery for athletes (NTSB) och prestationsparametrar för basketspelare i de svenska ungdomslandslagen.Studiedesignen var en tvärsnittsstudie där data från Svenska basketbollförbundets årligen utförda tester av kvinnliga och manliga ungdomslandslagsspelare i åldrarna 15-20 år analyserades. Totalt ingick 96 personer, varav 53 var kvinnor och 43 var män. Av dessa 96 personer deltog 49 vid europeiska mästerskapen (EM). Resultat Korrelationsberäkningar genomfördes mellan summascore på NTSB, NTSB:s enskilda tester och 10-20-30 m sprint, counter movement jump med armsving (CMJ(a) samt speltid vid EM. Total poäng på NTSB har i denna studie ett lågt samband mot prestationsparametrar.

In this study we have used two models, Johari window and Administrative man.Our study has two main questions. The questions at issues are:? Can Åtvidabergs FF use the Administrative man as a decision model?o Will the use of the model Administrative man lead to better decisions will be made?MethodWe have made a qualitative case study in a positivistic spirit. Data has been collected through half structured interviews.
