Within special education, there is a big dilemma where some mean that school should include all pupils in the same school class, regardless of the students' needs for assistance, while others believe that students with special needs to be placed in small adapted groups where students have similar needs is to exclude pupils. While others argue that the inclusion can sometimes lead to exclusion. The aim is to investigate what meaning teachers and special education teachers gives the concept of inclusion in school and what consequences it entails in teaching. This study is based on a number of qualitative interviews of teachers and specialist teachers to obtain answer of the following questions.Has the concept of inclusion and integration the same significance and meaning according to those asked teachers, special educators and special educators?Which students should be included, according to those asked teachers, special teachers and special teachers?What is required to work from an inclusive perspective, according to the asked teachers, special teachers and special teachers?Perceive the asked teacher, special educators and special teachers some disadvantages of inclusion?Which students receive special education instruction in the schools were asked?Do the asked teacher, special educators and special teachers think that there is a school for all?The results of this study is that teachers and special instructors have difficulty indistinguishing the concepts and that they puts the same emphasis on inclusion as the integration, the students must adapt to school and not vice versa.

Den ungdomliga hiphopkulturen finns idag överallt och används för att sälja allt från produkter till politiska budskap. Hiphopkulturen har sin utgångspunkt i USA och afroamerikanernas verklighet, men den finns som ett konstnärligt och politiskt uttryck i hela världen, inklusive Sverige.Trots att hiphopkulturen är en väldigt praktiskt orienterad rörelse bestående av olika uttryck (musiken, dansen, målandet osv.) finns det lite forskning som behandlar det praktiska. Därför tittar denna studie, som har en fenomenologisk utgångspunkt, närmare på hur ett band gör hiphopmusik. Hur går de tillväga för att skapa musik? Hur ser relationen till de materiella tingen ut? Vilka verktyg används i skapandet? Då färdighet och skicklighet spelar en nyckelroll i denna process försöker studien att beskriva vad som krävs för att utveckla en färdighet och bli skicklig.I det sista kapitlet förs en diskussion kring kunskapens roll inom hiphopkulturen, autenticitet samt vikten av att inte definiera sin musik.

Auto Deco Primer Valve är ett projekt som har resulterat i ett förenklat startsystem för tvåtaktsmotorer.Att starta en tvåtakts motor med dragsnöre är både tidskrävande och jobbigt, därför vill projektgruppen ge samhället en lösning på problemet.Genom ett befintligt koncept har syftet varit att fullborda detta system genom en ny innovativ lösning i form av en multifunktionel ventillösning. Ventilen och dess ingående system är tänkt att ersätta två funktioner som återfinns på de flesta tvåtaktsmotorer idag: Dekompressionsventil och Chokereglage Vår nya ventil gör att det tidigare manuella systemet automatiskt, och tar på så sätt bort de steg som måste utföras innan motorn startas. Det nya systemet som förverkligas i ?Auto Deco Primer Valve? kommer att medföra många fördelar som beskrivs utförligare längre fram i rapporten. Målet vid projektets slut har varit att ta fram en fungerande prototyp vilket projektgruppen har åstadkommit.Arbetet har inneburit en stor del av kreativt tänkande, för att kunna kombinera vetenskap om bland annat pneumatik med ett mekaniskt system. För att bygga ett hållbart system som klarar marknadens tuffa krav och samtidigt inte är beroende av elektricitet så har stor del av arbetet bestått av att utveckla, beräkna, dimensionera, samt förenklat systemets olika delar och sedan modellera detta i Catia V5 R20. Projektet har resulterat i en funktionsprototyp med fullständigt CAD-underlag som Husqvarna AB kommer att använda till att vidareutveckla systemet.  Med detta arbete vill vi ge samhället och framförallt skogsbranschen ett tillförlitligare hjälpmedel, genom en ny innovativ lösning, som gör att ett motorsystem för tvåtaktsmotorer blir mer driftsäkert, lättare att använda och snabbare att starta..

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions of leadership and gender issues circulat- ing in Womentor leadership development programme, and to have a discussion around what conse- quences they may have on participants' careers. To answer the question I have used a qualitative approach in the form of 10 interviews and non-participant observations. The theories in this study are based on gender and leadership issues.The problem which forms the basis of this study is the underrepresentation of women at senior posi- tions. A basic assumption in this study is that notions of gender and leadership affect the individual's ability to act. The circulating concepts identified in Womentor are: The leader who wants to be a manager, The leader who gets things done, The communicative leader, Change leader, The motiva- tional leader and The leader as a role model.

Background: In today's Swedish health care, it is required that the various professionals must work together in teams to safer care. Several professionals with various skills expected working together in the traumateam at the care of the traumapatient. At the same time, research shows that substandard teamwork leads to avoidable errors in care. One way to improve teamwork is to practice. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to shed light on the experiences of the traumateam exercises that exercise participants feel has been favorable for the patient at the initial care of trauma patients.

The aim of this paper is to investigate how teachers in Swedish schools abroad reason about their work developing the Swedish language as the students live in a non-Swedish speaking country although going to a Swedish school. Furthermore the study intends to examine the teachers' attitudes towards the impact the Swedish language has upon the school. Research questions:What thoughts do the teachers signify in reference to the language development of the students?How do the teachers reason about the role of the Swedish language in the school?In order to answer these questions, qualitative measures has been used in terms of observations and interviews. The study is based upon a social constructivist perspective with the idea that reality is socially constructed.

In the development sector, there is a strong interest on how to best support the creations and growth of small enterprises.This essay emphasises on the business cluster formations in Katutura, a suburb to Windhoek the capital city of Namibia. It oversees the impacts of different types of cluster formations and their effects on the businesses. It used to be a demand that Social workers and personnel at Child and adolescence psychiatry had interdisciplinary collaboration, today it is more then a demand it is a requirement. The aim of this study was to understand how the personnel at the Social services and Child and adolescence psychiatry look at the cooperation between the two organizations in Sweden.To be able to accomplish this study we have interviewed four persons employed at the Social services and three persons employed at Child- and adolescencepsychiatry all of them were interviewed individually. To be able to analyze our material from the interviews we have used new institutional organization theory and Goffmans dramaturgic perspective at teams. The interviews showed that there is collaboration between the organizations on all levels, but that the organizations have different priorities.

Utvecklingen av motorstyrsystem på Scania CV AB är en komplicerad process där hård- och mjukvara kombineras i en färdig enhet för användning i de lastbilar som företaget producerar. Styrsystemet består bland annat av en datasats med en mängd parametrar som styr olika typer av funktionalitet. Parametrarna måste vid utvecklingen av en ny motor först kalibreras med korrekta värden och därefter måste dessa värden granskas för att kvaliteten på produkten ska kunna säkerställas. I dagsläget saknas ett standardiserat arbetssätt för hur kalibrering och granskning ska gå till på de grupper som är inblandade.Studien syftade till att kartlägga hur arbetet med kalibrering och granskning går till samt att om möjligt utveckla denna arbetsprocess för att uppnå en högre grad av kvalitetssäkring. Vad gäller processkartläggningen förekommer både skillnader och likheter mellan de, i processen, inblandade grupperna.

The purpose of this study is to examine web-based recruitment to short term summer jobs at the SocialServices Department in Luleå municipality in Sweden. Recruitment goals, selection options on therecruitment homepage Offentliga Jobb and recruitment practices were analysed in order to reach a deeperunderstanding of the interactions between these three levels in the selection process. Pre-selection throughOffentliga Jobb was a special concern of the study. Different consciousness levels in the selection process areemphasised according to Anthony Giddens' structuration theory. Ten recruiters from different parts of thedepartment were interviewed.

The purpose of this study is to illustrate teacher humor by critically examining it from an interpersonal- and humor communicative-perspective; and to discuss teacher interpersonal humor communication-skills in relation to the Swedish high school curriculum, collegial relationships and pedagogical aspects. The study?s empiric material consists of semi-structured interviews with six high school-teachers currently working at the same school, but of different age and gender. The interviews indicate that the informants all have developed humor competence, an interpersonal communicative-skill that allows them to use humor efficiently. Moreover, the result demonstrates that the teachers have various humor approaches but that they all use humor in the classroom for much of the same reasons.

The communicator has a professional role which is relatively unspecified and hard to define. To work with communication can mean several different tasks, who also might vary between different types of organizations. The purpose with our study is to clarify the professional title communicator and its meaning. By applying a power perspective on the communicators experienced professional role in meaning to find out who has the power over the communication.     Our study is made of qualitative interviews with four professional communicators working in private organizations. We have used semi structured interviews in our study which means that we before we went through with the interviews defined themes which the interviews were built upon.

This is a qualitative study of high school students? definition of their conception of a ?good? teacher. Its purpose is to provide increased insight for teachers about students? ideas of the phenomenon. The study is based on the reports of six respondents, which was later analysed according to the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis method (IPA).

A big part of assets in companies today consists of their employees knowledge and skills. In today?s society knowledge insensitive companies are increasing. The survival of these companies lie in the knowledge of their employees, which make it of great importance that knowledge transfer is managed properly. Knowledge transfer is important since it makes it possible for co-workers to apply old solutions to new problems that arise, using knowledge that already existing within the organization.

This study aims to investigate possible correlations between cognitive functions and self perceived psychological wellbeing, possible correlations between cognitive functions and degree of mindfulness and possible correlations between degree of mindfulness and self perceived psychological wellbeing. 18 patients diagnosed with ICD-10 taking part in a transdiagnostical cognitive behavioural group therapy participated in the study. The study measures relevant variables before and after a group therapy. Of the 18 patients participating, only 11 were able to be tested on both occasions due to time limit. The following tests are used: Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test, Wechsler Adult Inventory Scale-III, Trail Making Test, Controlled Oral Word Association Test, Colour Word Test, Beck's Anxiety Inventory, Beck's Depression Inventory, Quality of Life Inventory and Kentucky Inventory of Mindfulness Skills.
