AbstractWorking as a lawyer demands not only legal skills, but also ethical ones due to the involvement with humans. The area of ethics is far from as regulated as the area of law is. The reasons for this are both historical ? as the area of ethics is, in comparison with the practice of law, a relatively new area, especially combined with the traditional work of lawyers ? and technical, since ethics is an area that seems difficult to regulate due to its adopting skills. Ethics looks different depending on which work area it addresses; who you ask; and in what situation it shall be enlightened.

För att kunna styra en motor krävs bland annat ett tändsystem. Detta tändsystem måste klara av att ge rätt energimängd vid rätt tidpunkt. Mekaniska och tidiga elektroniska tändsystem som konstruerats är inte tillräckligt effektiva. För att få möjlighet till enkel men bättre optimering av effektivitet konstruerades ett kapacitivt tändsystem. Detta system använder en mikrokontroller som beräknar tändfördröjningen.

This essay examines the decline of reading comprehension in Swedish schools, and also aims to provide insight into the debate concerning a literary canon and its usage in schools. While some claim that the literary canon is only a list of irrelevant white dead men which only serves to perpetuate feelings of alienation in, for example, female students, others see it as a means to bring society together using the only literature that stood the test of time. This essay will look to studies concerning reading comprehension, and questions regarding reading habits which our own students answered. It will also explain the different viewpoints of both sides of the canon debate.There are several studies that show this decline in reading comprehension, PISA and PIRLS being the foremost of them. They point to a trend where the reading skills of boys are much worse than those of girls, a trend which still has not panned out.Bloom and the different researchers who are the basis for Verhaest's thesis are of the opinion that canonical literature serves a purpose in that it teaches students aesthetic literary values.

Målet med detta examensarbete var att utveckla en fungerande prototyp för styrning av ett portabelt filter med varvtalsreglering och tidräkning. Om möjlighet fanns, skulle även tillval som tryckstyrning, gasindikering och flödesmätning göras. Dessa tillval kunde regleras med hjälp av fyra knappar. För att allt skulle vara lättare att hålla under uppsikt, kunde alla inställningar och värden ses på en LCD-display. Konstruktionen består av en mikrokontrollerstyrd elektronikkoppling med extern realtidsklocka för drifttidsräkning.

What happens to the collaboration and how does it affect the rest of the team and the completion of the production? The director is also the producer.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att undersöka hur elever med neuropsykiatriska funktionshinder upplever tiden i grund- och gymnasieskolan. Mina frågeställningar handlade om i vilka sammanhang eleverna upplevde svårigheter kopplade till funktionshindren, på vilka sätt skolan visade förståelse för dessa svårigheter, hur skolan löste de problem som uppstod, vad skolan kunde ha gjort mer samt vilka starka sidor hos eleverna som var betydelsefulla i skolan. Jag intervjuade sex ungdomar i åldrarna 18 - 21 år. Jag använde mig av halvstrukturerade intervjuer. Resultatet, som analyserades ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv, visade att eleverna upplevde svårigheter i skolan i flera olika sammanhang.

The purpose of this thesis has been to build a parameterized model of a prototype motor in the program Solidworks, to use in future optimization of aspects of effectiveness and weight. The result were two models. The first model were one minor part of the whole design in 2D, to be able to optimize and study the minor part with a faster loss simulation. The second model was the whole design in 3D. The whole model were done with the three programs Solidworks, Comsol and Matlab.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att ta reda på vad DAMP (Dysfunktion i fråga om Avledbarhet, Motorik och Perception) är och hur vi kan hjälpa barn med denna problematik i skolan. För att finna svar på mina frågor i ämnet har jag läst litteratur samt gjort egna empiriska studier. DAMP-problematiken är oerhört utbredd i Sverige idag. Man räknar med att det finns minst ett barn i varje klass som har DAMP i våra skolor. Min viktigaste slutsats i detta arbete är att barn som har DAMP är individer liksom alla människor i samhället.

In the game, potential employees? skills could be tested to determine whether they are qualified for the job. This paper presents a general technique for creating such a recruitment game. The report generalizes the recruitment game to a level-based game for the web, where a player should be able to progress from one level to the next by solving a given problem.

Den här rapporten beskriver arbetet med en automatiserad provrörsförflyttare. Det är ett examensarbete som har gjorts på företaget Q-linea AB. En karuselliknande konstruktion med en stegmotor användes för att flytta prover mellan ett antal positioner. En mikrokontroller som hanterar styrning och sensordata har programmerats i C. We help the user to get forward where they often would have difficulties to get forward. An example is where its more steeper parts where it could be more difficult to get up or down and even with more difficult foundation due to bad weather.

Silen är bland annat avsedd för att separera föroreningar och större partiklar i pappersmassan. Ingående metoder förklaras med avseende på princip, funktion och begränsningar. The aim of the study was to examine which approach future social workers have regarding specific competence in the meeting with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer clients. Previous research shows that LGBTQ people have a low confidence towards social services, police and courts and say they face discrimination and degrading treatment to a greater extent than the heterosexual population. Research shows that education and better skills of LGBTQ culture among professionals can change the situation.The essay is based on a model of cultural competence in working with sexual minorities and people with a transgender expression. The model defines the meaning of an LGBTQ perspective and is designed to improve social work with LGBTQ clients.The study is quantitative and empirical data consists of 203 survey responses from students with a long experience of the social work education. The analysis of the results is based on the cultural competence three principles; attitudes, knowledge and skills.

Syftet med detta arbete var att studera vad som utmärker de så kallade bokstavsbarnen och vad som tros vara orsaken till deras problem. Genom arbetet ville jag få en bild av hur handikappet upplevs av föräldrar och barn och jag ville få en uppfattning om hur man som lärare klarar av barnen i klassrummet. I flera år har det pågått en debatt i samhället om diagnoserna är till godo eller till ondo för barnen som har drabbats. Efter att ha läst både sidornas argument har jag kommit till den slutsatsen att utredning och diagnos är nödvändigt för att Damp- och Adhdbarnen ska få den hjälp de behöver för att klara skolan. Metoderna som används i arbetet är litteraturstudier och fem intervjuer av föräldrar till Damp- diagnostiserade barn..
