Uppsatsens utgångspunkt ligger i att ta reda på vad det finns för kränkningar i förskolan och hur dessa yttrar sig, samt att ta reda på hur pedagogerna i förskolan kan arbeta för att motverka detta. Skillnaden mellan begreppen kränkning, diskriminering och mobbning förklaras även. I förskolan är en etisk medvetenhet viktig för att kunna motverka de kränkningar som kan förekomma i förskolans värld. Genom att intervjua ett antal lärarstuderande i form av en fokusgrupp har vi fått fram ett resultat som visar både hur kränkningar uppstår och hur man som pedagog, genom att vara uppmärksam på det som sker i verksamheten, kan arbeta förebyggande tillsammans med hela arbetslaget och barngruppen..

En undersökning av hur gymnasielärare i fysik använder metoder som inkluderar informations- och kommunikationsteknik i sin fysikundervisning gjordes. Studien baserades på intervjuer samt enkätsvar av sex lärare från olika gymnasieskolor inom Västernorrlands län. Intervjuerna analyserades i en jakt på övergripande mönster och enkätsvaren sammanställdes för att ge kompletterande kvantitativt stöd till intervjuerna. Slutsatserna visar att ingen av de här lärarna arbetar med metoden RealTime Physics, men att de till stor grad använder liknande metoder på liknande sätt men även att det ?nns en spridning inom gruppen när det gäller hur de använder den här metodtypen.Undersökningen visar även att den här lärargruppen har en positiv syn på den här typen av metoder även om de identi?erat behov av mer teknisk utrustning, kompetens och tid för att arbeta på det här sättet..

GIS är inte längre en ny teknologi utan har funnits i snart fem decennier. Trots det har GIS inte hittat sin plats i den svenska gymnasieskolan, jämfört med t.ex. webb-design och andra datorteknikkurser som har funnits under en kortare tid. På den tekniska gymnasieutbildningen på Polhemsskolan i Gävle har GIS-utbildning bedrivits sedan 1999.De slutsatser som framkommer i rapporten är att en teknisk GIS-utbildning inte enbart är för elever på tekniska gymnasieutbildningar utan även för elever på andra gymnasieprogram eftersom de har samma förutsättningar att lära sig verktyget. Det konstateras även att det genom åren har funnits både nationella och internationella problem med att införa GIS-undervisning i gymnasieskolan.

This paper analyses the pricing on spare parts. Empirical studies have showed that manufacturers of durable goods make an unproportional large profit on its spare parts in relation to the revenue it generates. It is first showed that according to the standard economic model the price on spare part ought to be zero since the producer include an insurance in the price of the main good. Further it is showed that moral hazard alone do not explain the pricing found in the studies. Finally an analysis of whether consumers with present-biased preferences could be a possible explanation is made.

När det gäller marknadsföring genom TV så har tittartiden ökat markant bland den yngre generationen i takt med utbyggnaden av kanaler och sändningstider. Samtidigt blir marknadsföringens etik och moral allt mer bortsållad när företag allt mer riktar sina kommunikationskanaler mot denna målgrupp som har svårt att sålla bort mediebruset. Lagstiftningens svaghet gällande marknadsföring resulterar i att den tolkas fritt och kringgås av marknadskommunikatörer, medan debatten kring detta pågår så drabbas den yngre generationen av det kommersiella budskapet. Frågan kvarstår dock, marknadsföring utformas för att nå den slutliga användaren av en produkt, hur ska denna problematik belysas och åskådliggöras?.

This master thesis is the documented work of the construction process and testing of a three hour laboratory session in mathematics aimed at high school level students. The purpose of the thesis was to create an interesting laboratory session for the science education center ?The House of Science? that could be used as a part of their regular program directed to schools. The thesis explores the possibilities for how one can construct a laboratory session on the topic ?molecular symmetry? as well as the underlying pedagogical theories used to describe learning processes in creative contexts.

The purpose of this study is to research into the role of the citizen and the educational system in Sweden throughout periods of time based on previous theoretic works, and also to deepen the understanding of students with special needs in Swedish education focusing on the primary school years. This shall be carried out by illustrating the different points of view and choices within the educational system that are at hand for students with concentration difficulties and social difficulties.I will analyze these points through a cultural and social perspective on contemporary society in order to contribute towards today?s discourse on the norm. The result of this empirical investigation presents a dilemma existing in the democratic educational system of today. Nationally and internationally, the educational system has been structured around a normative system containing both rights and duties that effect everyone working within it.

The purpose of this master thesis is to investigate how the public library can support adult learning through collaboration with other actors in the community. This is done by examining the activity of Linköping municipal library towards the user group adult students. The questions raised consider; the political view of supporting adult learning, the role of the public library, who are the actors in Linköping, the experiences of collaboration and finally what promotes and restrains collaboration. The investigation is done as a case study with qualitative methods. The qualitative methods was found to be the most appropriate for this study, since the majority of the empirical material has been collected through interviews.

Syftet med vår uppsats var att analysera vilken moraluppfattning som ligger bakom olika aktörsgruppers ställningstaganden kring hur belöningssystemen i stora svenska företag är utformade och huruvida de anses vara etiskt försvarbara. För att göra detta har vi uttgått från tre olika etikläror och dessa är: konsekvensetiken, pliktetiken och diskursetiken. Vi har kommit fram till att aktörsgruppernas moraluppfattning kan härledas ur alla tre etikläror. Dock har vi funnit stöd för en tydligare konsekvensetik hos ägarna och ledning, samt en mer tydlig pliktetik hos anställda samt stat och myndigheter. Diskursetiken har däremot varit svårare att härleda..

Globalisering har möjliggjort för svenska företag att expandera utomlands och etablera sig påinternationella marknader. Det största hindret för små- och medelstora företag (SMFs) i ainternationaliseringsprocess är avsaknad av finansiella medel och kunskap om den nyamarknaden. På grund av detta är användandet av en utlandsbaserad agent ett bra alternativ. Enagent har en god lokal marknadskunskap och representerar en etableringsform som är mindrekostsam i jämförelse med etableringen av ett dotterbolag. Med hänsyn till detta äranvändandet av en agent ett vanligt tillvägagångssätt bland internationaliserande SMFs.Samtidigt drivs företaget och dess agent av olika mål på grund av skillnader i egenintresse.Trots att en agent är anlitad i syfte att arbeta i enighet med företagets ambitioner, kan denneha ett egenintresse som kolliderar med företaget.

Gender is one of several factors that affect our society. According to the National Agency of Education and the values of Lpf 94, the school should communicate and counteract gender stereotypes. However, there is no demand for gender knowledge in the syllabus for Civics in upper secondary school.The purpose of this study is to investigate how two teachers work with gender in Civics education, with main focus on working practices. In addition, I wanted to investigate which conceptions students in upper secondary school have about gender in education. The method used is interviews.

The objective of this thesis was to investigate how young adults view their own employabilityand to see if there was a connection between their view and their social background. Themethod used in the thesis is qualitative with a hermeneutic approach. The interviews includedwere of semi-structured kind. The main result is that respondents in the thesis expressed similarviews on their perceived employability regarding commitment and energy at work, networkingand contacts and job discrimination but there were some distinctions noted regardingtheir view on education and working life experience. The respondents from working classbackgrounds tended to focus more on education than the respondents from middle class/uppermiddle class backgrounds.

The Swedish armed forces has for many years educated squad leaders by letting them start their training two and a half months before the soldiers start their training. 2007, this system was used for the last time. I went trough this system myself in 2005 and had a positive experience and when I did my internship I experienced a slight difference in the attitude of the squad leader. I talked with my colleges at the company and they had felt the same. This essay will try to analyse if the squad leaders has lost any of there ability and if so, what could be the cause? To analyze the ability of the squad leader in this essay it will first analyze their ability through the Direct leadership theory, which is the theory that is presently used in the Swedish armed forces.

This is a qualitative textual analysis of curriculum for primary education in 1962, the curriculum for primary education in 1969, the curriculum for primary education in 1980, the curriculum for the compulsory school system in 1994 and the curriculum for primary school 2011th. Purpose of this thesis is to see how the government through the curriculum specifies directives for how teachers should be more or less authoritative. The boundaries of the essay are to only look at the claims against the teacher in elementary school. The questions are what is required of the teacher directly or indirectly from the curriculum 1962,1969,1980,1994 and 2011, focusing on the concept of authority and what change has taken place? To answer these questions, I have read the current curricula and other research publications in the field.

The purpose of this essay has been to investigate the research and national initiatives regarding film and Cineliteracy in the Swedish curriculum.The results show that, after all research, national initiatives and the continual clarification from the Swedish National Agency for Education concerning film's place in the Swedish subject, the vision of students cineliteracy not at all obtain an obvious place in the curriculum.The research points out the main causes behind this result to be teachers' lack of expertise and the fact that the formal education for future teachers in the subject still upholds traditional views on the subject of Swedish.The initiative presented in this essay also show lack of continuity, lack of adequate professional development opportunities for teachers and lack of practical guidance manuals to help teachers to develop and educate their pupils in line with current research and visions. .
