The purpose of this essay is to analytically review and discuss architecturalcompetitions, mainly through the general views of a few selected workinglandscape architects, architects and scientists. I have studied the moral and workethicalaspects of using graphical presentations as a mean to draw attention,rather than trying to meet the set program points.My results are derived from e-mail interviews, literature studies and studies ofthe competition entry Stockholmssfären from the competition Stockholmsportenwhich was held in Sweden early 2011.The literature studies have shown that the available literature on architecturalcompetitions and research on the subject is biased towards architecture ratherthan landscape architecture. Worth mentioning is also that there is not a lot ofavailable literature, mainly due to lacking research on the subject.The informants for the interviews were selected based upon their academicmerits and/or experience of working with or doing scientific research onarchitectural competitions. The landscape architects? opinions regardingarchitectural competitions turned out to be in many ways alike ? they seemed tohave a pretty relaxed view of competing in architecture.

Vår uppsats, Den individualiserade arbetslösheten? Attityder och värderingar till arbetslösa försörjningsstödstagare, bygger på fyra kvalitativa intervjuer med socialarbetare verksamma inom arbetet med försörjningsstöd. This essay concerns on how my novel The Teacher was influenced by the Masters course I completed in Creative Writing at Linnaeus University (2012 ? 2014). Basically, The Teacher is about a love affair between a teacher and a student. With an intertextual, comparative and structurally inspired method I examine the process of writing my text. I also examine how my work relates to the great changes of the Swedish school system in the early 1990:s: deregulation, decentralisation and management by objectives.

Denna uppsats är en studie i spelfilmens vara eller icke vara i gymnasieskolans religionsundervisning. Uppsatsen syfte är att utreda hur man som gymnasielärare kan använda spelfilm i undervisningen av religionsämnets icke-historiska delar. För besvara uppsatsens frågeställningar har en hermeneutisk tolkningsmetod tillämpats både för bakgrundens litteraturstudier samt för den kvalitativa intervjustudien. Bakgrunden beskriver det komplexa och värdefulla som religionskunskapens icke-historiska inriktningar, vilka enligt Skolverkets styrdokument, ska behandlas. Även filmens plats i religionsämnet presenteras genom såväl dess förmåga att förmedla förståelse för religion samt dess didaktiska potential.

Emmanuel Lévinas is one of the great ethics in the 20th century. His contribution to the philosophical discourse defies our thinking and behavior in a revolutionary way. He dismisses every categorization, every tematization, every moral based on an analytical reflection and compels us with an ethics that demands us not only to think, but to act and be responsible. The 21st century?s emphasis of the individual, globalization, plurality and the questioning of authorities has created new challenges for the individual who sees herself as the nave of morality.

Jag har i den här uppsatsen undersökt på vilket sätt skapande kan användas som motivation till lärande i religionsämnet på gymnasiet. Detta har skett genom observation av en lektionsserie i etik och moral som hölls i två klasser i tredje året på gymnasiet. En stor del av lektionsserien fick eleverna i grupper arbeta med att skapa ett bords- eller kortspel som skulle ha förankring i det de fått lära sig i genomgångar. I slutet av lektionsserien kompletterades observationen med en enkätundersökning. Den insamlade informationen analyserades sedan från ett hermeneutiskt perspektiv.

Recently, the selections of ethical funds are increased; at the same time investors with social and moral preferences have increased in the capital market. There are currently debates on whether ethical funds perform better or worse than funds without ethical criteria. This also involves a vivid discussion on whether investors know about the consequences of investing in ethical funds. Therefore, this study involves theories about the rationality and decision theory, in addition to what mainly control the investment decisions. The study also discusses portfolio theory since this is one of the underlying theories behind fund management and its development.The purpose of this study is to explain if ethical limitations in the selection of securities affect risk and return in the fund portfolio.

In this study, my intention has been to examine how the ambiguous concept of corruption is constructed by the press. Emphasizing the media?s representations of the socially constructed and context-specific concept, this work adopts a critical perspective on discourse, together with an approach of conceptual history. Finland has for many years been appointed as one of the least corrupt countries in the world, signing several international conventions against corruption since the 1990s, which in turn has led to an increase in discussion regarding the phenomenon. By conducting a multi-method study, my aim has been to analyse the possible changes in the definition of ?corruption? in the Finnish newspaper Hufvudstadsbladet during the period 2000-2013.

The purpose of this essay is to analyze three works that are regarded as fictional biographies. In all three selected works the protagonists are historical Swedish women who are known for being a part of the cultural sphere of their time. Two of them are also recognized as important and somewhat pivotal characters in the struggle for women?s rights at the turn of the 19th century. The analyzed works, however, accentuate the women?s private life.

Fenomenet nedladdning har blivit allt mer uppmärksammat, speciellt då det planeras en lagförändring i juni i år, vilket innebär att nedladdning av upphovsrättsskyddat material blir olagligt. Allt fler använder sig av fildelningsapplikationer för att skaffa musik och vi frågar oss varför detta beteende har blivit så utbrett och accepterat? Vad driver människoratt ladda ner även om de vet att det moralisk fel? Beror det endast på ekonomiska faktorer eller är för att folk har blivit lata? Vårt syfte med uppsatsen var att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar nedladdningen av upphovsrättsskyddad musik från Internet via fildelningsapplikationer.Vi valde att avgränsa oss mot nedladdning av musikfiler och endast undersöka den svenska marknaden. Undersökningen utfördes på studenter från Ekonomihögskolan i Lund. Vårt arbete började med att vi genomförde en litteratursökning för att se vad som var skrivet om ämnet.

Uppsatsen undersöker diskurser om cannabis och hur bilden av ungdomar och vuxna som använder drogen presenteras i tidningarna Aftonbladet, Dagens Nyheter, Expressen och Svenska Dagbladet under år 2012. Studien är en kvalitativ diskursanalys efter Norman Faircoughs tredimensionella metod. Intresset uppkom i och med den diskussion som internationellt växt fram under året. Länder som kulturellt och politiskt stått förebild för svensk utveckling i många frågor rapporterades revidera och omformulera den egna problembilden av cannabis. För en grundläggande förståelse av hur rapporteringen om narkotika sett ut i svensk dagspress har Daniel Törnqvists avhandling ?När man talar om knark? legat till grund för arbetets utformning.

Syftet med föreliggande studie är att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser av etisk stress i omvårdnadsarbetet. Detta för att visa på den komplexitet och synliggöra de svårigheter som sjuksköterskeprofessionens arbetsvillkor medför, en värdefull kunskap ur såväl patientperspektiv, sjuksköterskeperspektiv som ur ett samhällsperspektiv. Sjuksköterskeprofessionen styrs av lagar och etiska riktlinjer för att säkerställa en god omvårdnad. Omvårdnad är i grunden ett etiskt uppdrag, som i en bristfällig vårdrelation kan leda till lidande för såväl patienten som för sjuksköterskan. Aktuell forskning visar att uppkomsten av etisk stress hos sjuksköterskor förekommer i åtskilliga vårdkontexter.

Detta arbete tar upp begreppen etik och moral samt hur etiska teorier kan användas för att analysera ett visst handlande. Både generella etiska teorier samt en etisk modell/teori, kopplade till arbetet som offentlig tjänsteman, tas upp för att se på fallstudien ur ett etiskt perspektiv. Fallstudien är en händelse som utspelade sig på Gotland under sommaren 2009. Det var ingen vanlig storm som drabbade ön i Östersjön utan en väldigt intensiv ?mediastorm?.Dåvarande landshövding Marianne Samuelsson och storföretagaren Max Hansson var de två huvudaktörerna.

The theoretical starting point is Weber's organization theory, Schein's organizational culture theory, and different definitions of leadership.
