As a result of the so called ?Million Program? between the years 1965 ? 1975 the design-build contract had its breakthrough in Sweden. Since then, the contract form has become increasingly common and now holds a strong position on the Swedish market. In design-build contracts it?s usual that the design and production time is overlapping.

The health care sector Öster has the highest average absence due to short-time sickness in Örebro. It is the short-term absence that has the highest costs for the organisation, not just in Money, but also in quality disturbances and administrative work. Health care sector Öster is divided into four areas with a manager for each. We have chosen to conduct our research within the special housings in area one and four, since these two had the lowest and highest short-term absences.The purpose with the research is to examine short-term absences among the health care personnel in the health care sector Öster, see what the absences depend on, and what can be done to solve the issue. We will compare the absences in the area with the highest respectively lowest short-term absences in order to see if there are any prominent differences between the two.

These small wind turbines are an alternative to the big wind turbines or power generators which demand huge sums of investment Money.A new target group can now buy the small wind turbines in order to cover their own usage of electricity.

In Sweden there has been a surge of interest in the films classified as pilsnerfilms, i.e. comicalfilms produced for little Money in the 1930's and containing a more working class and/or ruralsetting then the so called "champagne comedies" from the same era. The concept"pilsnerfilm" is how ever a little vague and although the main focus of this paper ispilsnerfilms, it will also cover other types of comical films made in Sweden between the1930's and 1940's.This paper examines the now-existing network of people interested in these types of movies.It will do so by interviewing seven of the most prominent fans of movies made during the1930's and 1940's. Most of them are living in Stockholm. The paper discuss how through theconsumption of these types of films, a nostalgic gaze is created.

Sammanfattning Vi har i denna uppsats valt att studera hur företag arbetar med finansiering på den kinesiska marknaden. Vi har gjort detta genom att analysera dels hur etableringssättet påverkat företagens riskhantering samt hur den kinesiska politiken påverkat företagets finansiering. För att uppfylla uppsatsens syfte har vi arbetat utefter en kvalitativ forskningsmetod och genomfört en fallstudie där vi intervjuat sex personer som innehar kunskap som är relevant för uppsatsen. Vi ger också rekommendationer om hur företag kan arbeta med att hantera finansiella risker på den kinesiska marknaden.Den teoretiska referensramen innefattar företagsfinansiering, etableringssätt och den politiska risken. Teorikapitlet behandlar dessa dels ur ett generellt perspektiv men också i relation till den företagsfinansiella kulturen i Kina.

Som ett resultat av ekonomiska skandaler, såsom Enron och Worldcom, där man har konstaterat att bristen på den interna kontrollen har varit orsaken, stiftades lagen Sarbanes-Oxley Act som gäller för amerikanska börsnoterade företag. Lagen har lett till att internrevisionen har fått en allt starkare roll i att stödja ledningens arbete med att dokumentera och följa upp den interna kontrollen. En liknande lag, svensk kod för bolagsstyrning, har stiftats i Sverige och gäller för svenska börsnoterade företag.Författarna har undersökt hur den interna revisionen har utvecklats inom olika företag i Sverige.

By using steady-state measurements for predicting emissions under a dynamic drive cycle wouldsave a lot of time and Money for the exhaust aftertreatment specialists at Volvo cars. Today´s roofing of dwelling houses is a very time consuming procedure, which includes a lot of different steps on the construction site. Not only does it cost a lot of Money, but often do problems with rot and mold occur in the attics of houses today. The use of prefabricated modules has seen a great breakthrough in the field of construction of dwelling houses; at least when it comes to foundations and walls, where this type of approach makes the construction process way more efficient. What no one previous has succeeded to develop is a corresponding system for roofs that meets the demands of a dwelling house. Accordingly the goal of PlusTak has been to come up with a proper module system for roofing of dwelling houses, where the roofing is completed to meet the demands of the Scandinavian market. During the project a lot of effort has been put into customer contacts and the usability of the product, as well in the manufacturing process as on the construction site. This development has gone hand in hand with several practical tests and tryouts.

During the period 2009-2013, investments in the Swedish national grid increase by a factor of ten compared to previous years. In order to fulfil their mission to manage the national grid in a safe, efficient and environmentally sound way, Svenska Kraftnät (Swedish National Grid) needs to take all these perspectives into account while planning new investments. To compare and relate perspectives of technology, economy and environment the same yard stick must be used. That yard stick is commonly Money. A problem arises however as environmental issues are difficult to price.The purpose of this master?s degree project was to develop a tool for evaluation of environmental impact related to investments in the Swedish national grid.

Horses respond individually to challenges, and the possibility to use these reactions to evaluate equine temperament with an objective instrument would have several advantages. Horse welfare could be improved by making it possible to find individuals best suited for a specific use, and understanding of the development of abnormal behaviours, such as stereotypies, could be increased. Management routines and training could be adjusted tosuit each individual horse and it could facilitate the selection of individuals appropriate for breeding. There are also economic implications, as horse buyers consider temperament important and after evaluating temperament, Money can be spent solely on specific horses with all the right qualities. During the last decade, many attempts have been made to measure different aspects of temperament in horses, and the first aim of this project was to look at these studies and see which methods were used and which temperamental characteristics they measured.

In Swedish school library research, the role of the school library has seldom been studied in a subject-specific context. When it has been, the subject has usually been a theoretical subject such as Swedish or Social studies. The purpose of this master's thesis is to study what role or roles the school library can play in a different context, in the program-specific subjects at a trade oriented program in the Swedish upper secondary school, and to determine what factors affect the possibility for the school library to play a role in such a context. The Food Programme was selected as the specific program to be studied. In this program, the students learn a trade, in this case bakery, and the teaching in the program-specific subjects can be expected to be practical in nature.
