Uppsatsen behandlar vidare hur instansordningsprincipen ska tillämpas vid ändrad processram, rättegångsfel och situationer där något aktualiseras i överinstansen som underinstansen inte ansett sig behöva ta ställning till. Även instansordningsprincipens betydelse för själva domstolsavgörandet behandlas.

This master thesis is about the production of the record ?Brutus? with the band ?Trilobit?. Trilobit consists of the three musicians, myself, Stina Hellberg Agback on pedal harp, Simon Sva?rd on guitar and Karl Jansson on drums.During the production, I have analyzed different aspects of my own musicality and also the role of the pedal harp in jazz. I have found techniques that have simplified chromatic movements on the pedal harp, and also techniques that has developed the rhythmical aspect of my improvisation.I have also looked into my process in improvising and composing and developed new aspects, many thanks to the close collaboration with Simon Sva?rd..

This study of literature from the period 1920-1955 has shown that the profession of gardeners in Sweden went through several structural changes in the early and midst 20th century. The gardeners knowledge, which used to cover the whole horticultural spectra, was due to that no longer appreciated or useful. Prior the 1920?s the gardeners, especially the skilled craftsmen working for the upper-classes, were the ones who led progression in the horticultural field forward and their qualifications were many and diverse. Due to many factors, such as low economic and social status, functionalistic style and the fact that the branch were rationalized and modernized in general, lead up to a point where the gardener of old no longer fitted in, in the much more globalized and modern world of the 1950?s. .

This thesis aims to propose a plausible design and construction of the lost gable pediments of the Glassworks Villa in F?glavik, anno 1875. Through a combination of building inspections, photo analysis and 3D modeling, the researcher utilizes the combined results to digitally recreate the decoration that once adorned the gothic revival villa's gable, to serve as basis for its actual reconstruction. The study further highlights the use of modern technological tools, such as 3D modeling software, to further enhance the understanding of historical architectural elements. Under vår verksamhetsförlagda tid upplevde vi att bilder i matematikboken inte användes i särskilt stor utsträckning i undervisningen. Därför valde vi att göra en läromedelsgranskning i tre matematikböcker för årskurs åtta. Vi gjorde en semiotisk tolkning för att se om bildernas tyngdpunkt var på ämnet eller på mottagaren. Vi sorterade bilderna i tre kategorier för att undersöka hur stor del av bilderna som är möjliga att använda sig av i undervisningen. Vidare tolkade vi bildernas läsbarhet genom att använda en metod som heter BLIX.

Studiens syfte var att utforska kvinnors erfarenheter av oönskadsexuell kontakt med män. Åtta kvinnor i åldrarna 22-41 intervjuades. Studiensresultat visade att erfarenheterna skett i samspel med mannens vilja som nav.Kvinnornas handlingsutrymme begränsades av förväntningar, sanktioner,svårigheter att avvisa samt tvingande handlingar. Erfarenheterna hade osynliggjortsspråkligen och socialt. Begripliggörandet av det som skett var komplicerat fördeltagarna.

This paper aims at shedding light on the effects of a broken psychological contract in terms of job satisfaction. In a qualitative field study, the author researches seven newly recruites employees about their expectations when starting their jobs at the rapidly growing, Swedish company Klarna. Using Herzbergs two-factor model of hygiene and motivation factors as well as modern motivation theory, i.e. self-determination theory, the study answers questions as to what makes a candidate choose a company and what factors motivates as well as demotivates the recruit at the job, in the onboarding phase.
