I studien ställs frågan hur den historiska förordningen ?produktplakatet? från 1700-talet ska tolkas i ett modernt juridiskt perspektiv. Produktplakatet reglerar än idag ett förbud för utländska redare att bedriva sjöfart på svenska vatten. En sådan aktivitet kallas för cabotage, vilket är franska och betyder ?kustfart?.Produktplakatets lydelse och den praktiska tillämpningen av förordningen genom behörig myndighet skiljer sig åt på olika sätt.

The purpose of this paper was to analyse ?Identity- about trademarks, signs and symbols?. The project was a co-operation between the National museum of Art and Stockholm School of Economics in the spring of 2002, which consisted of an exhibition, a book and a series of seminars. The goal was to illustrate how the trademark had developed through history, which role it has in the modern society and how the trademark serves as a creator of identities. This study focuses on why people not longer want to be a part of a religious communion they have earlier been a part of. To examine this I have made seven interviews with people who have left their previous communions. Together with the methodological and theoretical discussions on discourse analysis, Richard Jenkins discussions on identity and theories concerning the post-modern society, I have made an analysis on how these people consider their previous communions and its members. They refer i.e. to the social control, the ?closed? culture and the non-questioning-culture that constitute the communions and its techniques.

Vårt mål är att förhöja deltagarnas upplevelse i levande rollspel (även kallat lajv). Idag finns det inga möjligheter att visualisera övernaturliga förmågor. I den här rapporten visar vi ett exempel på hur detta kan realiseras med hjälp av teknik. Vi har inriktat oss på att simulera alvers övernaturliga hörsel. Levande rollspel är mycket känsligt för störningar från ?världen utanför?, exempelvis modern teknik och språk.

Målet med denna uppsats är att ge en översikt av realtidswebb och dess möjligheter från ett tekniskt perspektiv. Nya metoder har tillkommit de senaste åren för att förbättra webbplatsers interaktivitet men sällan kan något nytt introduceras utan att problem uppstår. Vi går igenom vad nya metoder har för användningsområde, vilka problem de löser men även deras brister. Som undersökningsmetod skapade vi en webbapplikation med Meteor, ett JavaScript-ramverk som använder nya webbtekniker för att utveckla realtidsbaserade webbapplikationer. Undersökningen visade att moderna tekniker är effektiva för att utveckla realtidsbaserade webbplatser.

The purpose of this paper is to explore how masculinity and femininity are constructed in the magazine Veckorevyn, through a critical discourse analysis of 18 articles from six issues in 2011. This is done by using a variety of theories and previous research results, which is gender theory, the theory of late-modern society and media theory. The analysis shows that Veckorevyn depicts virility and feminine differently. Furthermore, pointing the results from the analysis that a change of manhood and womanhood takes place in the social practice. The selection of articles from the magazine also shows that Veckorevyn seems to promote gender equality. .

I bakgrunden presenterar vi bland annatbegreppet motivation samt att vi går igenom några centrala delar i behaviorismen.För att finna svar till vårt syfte använde vi oss av observationeroch semistrukturerade intervjuer. I analysen av resultatet inspireradesvi av hermeneutiken och vår tolkning är att pedagogerna blandannat använder sig av datorerna för att motivera eleverna. In this essay I have looked more closely at different means of grinding wood prior to the mass production and total dominance of the sandpaper in recent times as there is virtually no information to be found about this. I have also done a few replicas of how early sandpapers might have looked and as a part of creating these replicas I have also tested diffrent types of early glues. The conclusion of it all is that all the alternative grinding materials tested workd virtually as well as modern sandpaper, with some reservations. And the replicas, although rough, worked mostly well despite being constructed with simplicity in mind. This indicates that an artisan could easily construct sandpapers if he so wished..

I ABL 21 kap. finns två typer av låneförbud, det generella låneförbudet eller det så kallade närståendelåneförbudet, och förvärvslåneförbudet eller det så kallade särskilda låneförbudet. Syftet med det generella förbudet är huvudsakligen att förhindra kringgående av skattelagstiftningen och då främst lån som personer i ett aktiebolags närhet tar för privat konsumtion. Till detta förbud är stadgat en rad undantag som till sin natur typiskt sett inte innebär någon risk för skatteflykt. Lagstiftaren har dock inte tänkt på riskerna för borgenärskollektivet i dessa situationer, utan fokus ligger på riskerna för skatteflykt, vilket har kritiserats i doktrinen. Motivet för förvärvslåneförbudet är istället att skydda borgenärskollektivet, det finns inget skatterättsligt behov av skydd i dessa situationer.
