Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka på vilka sätt naturen och människans förhållande till den skildras i Nils Holgerssons underbara resa och om dessa skildringar av naturen kan tolkas som kommentarer till aktuella frågor och samhällsförändringar i bokens samtid.Följande frågeställningar undersöks: Hur beskrivs naturen ? vilka roller och egenskaper tillskrivs den? Hur beskrivs djuren ? vilka roller och egenskaper tillskrivs de? Samt hur skildras och kommenteras människans påverkan på miljön ? vilket ansvar har människan för naturen/djuren?.

This paper aims at shedding light on the effects of a broken psychological contract in terms of job satisfaction. In a qualitative field study, the author researches seven newly recruites employees about their expectations when starting their jobs at the rapidly growing, Swedish company Klarna. Using Herzbergs two-factor model of hygiene and motivation factors as well as modern motivation theory, i.e. self-determination theory, the study answers questions as to what makes a candidate choose a company and what factors motivates as well as demotivates the recruit at the job, in the onboarding phase. The result is an attempt to describe what makes a recruitment process successful..

ITT Flygt tillverkar framförallt dränkbara pumpar och omrörare. Motorerna till Flygts pumpar levereras av elmotorverkstaden där tillverkning av statorer sker såväl med modern, högteknologisk lindningsutrustning som manuellt. Vid själva idraget av koppartråd i statorn uppkommer oönskat höga idragningskrafter som anses både skada koppartråden samt generera ett ökat maskinslitage. Examensarbetets syfte var att identifiera vilka parametrar som påverkar idragningskraften samt att rekommendera parameterinställningar för att minska denna kraft. Denna rapport är resultat av en studie som utförts på Kappa Kraftliner i Piteå där vi jämfört två separata systemutvecklingsprojekt. Fokus för undersökningen ligger på de olika metoder som använts vid de två utvecklingsprojekten. Närmare 70% av alla systemutvecklingsprojekt misslyckas helt eller blir kraftigt försenade vilket leder till ökade kostnader och låg tilltro till systemen. Att skräddarsy ett informationssystem kan bli både kostsamt och resurskrävande. Alternativet är att använda sig ett standardiserat system.

There are differences today amongst psychoanalysts regarding if psychoanalysis should limit itself to being exclusively a hermeneutic discipline or if psychoanalysis should find points of contact with neurobiology. The purpose of this essay is to touch upon the larger issue that creates the different points of view: Can psychoanalysis become enriched by finding points of contact with neurobiology, and should psychoanalysis be regarded as belonging to a broader scientific field than being exclusively a human science? The question at issue is: Can modern neurobiology contribute to a development of the psychoanalytic concepts; compulsion to repeat, transference/countertransference and talking cure? The method used is a literature study. The result shows that: Freud?s theories regarding traumatic compulsion to repeat can be linked with LeDoux?s theory of "emotional memory".

Mitt mål har varit att tillföra något nytt inom Carl Johan De Geers konstnärskap och ge en modern bild av vem han är. För att förstå De Geers framställning av sig själv krävdes svar på följande frågeställningar:Hur framställer De Geer sin resa från borgerlig slottsadel till kommunistisk multikonstnär?Hur skildrar De Geer sin barndom i sina verk?Hur förhåller han sig till sin familj och sin bakgrund?Hur går han till väga för att framhäva myten om sig själv?.

Should new buildings blend in or contrast from the older buildings around? Could contrasts even emphasize different characters? This report is a discussion on that theme. I´ve studied different architects wiev on the question and studied different of examples of where new buildings contrast to the context in a successful way. In part two I´ve done a proposal on a new housing settlement next to Hammarbyhöjden in Stockholm. The new buildings contrast to the existing and the aim is to emphasize the characters in Hammarbyhöjden as well as in the new structure.

GCM is a product information management system which handles data for consumer packaged goods. GCM was developed during the middle of the nineties and was acquired by Prevas AB in 2004. The GCM application relies on the services provided by the organization GS1, which supplies global specifications and validations for trade items across several sectors. GCM is updated regularly due to the frequent changes in specifications from GS1. However, the overall graphical user interface design has not been redesigned during these years.This dissertation studies possible improvements for the webpage that handles product data in GCM.

Modeling and simulation is growing ever more important in the development of new products. This thesis describes the use of Hopsan for hydraulic modeling and its use in conjunction with Simulink with the intent of using the model in a hardware-in-the-loop setup. A sensor layer has been created in Simulink to emulate all the internal sensors in a modern forklift. The details of using legacy C-code instead of a hardware MCU for a fully simulated environment, software-in-the-loop has been outlined. There are two major routes one can follow implementing software-in-the-loop, exporting the C-functions to CAPL via a export layer or creating an s-function in Simulink.

Problem och möjliga fördelar med exorcism som en möjlig behandlingsmetod för psykisk störning studeras. Kan en sådan värdeladdad företeelse ha en plats i det moderna samhället ochinom vården? Inledande i uppsatsen ges en inblick i främst de katolska föreställningarna som rör besatthet och exorcism.

Genom att ge små glimtar lockas besökaren att besöka de samlingar av modern och klassisk konst samt den samling av grafiska tryck som finns på utställning. Formen tillåter rörelse i alla riktningar och förlänger kajen. Byggnaden är utformad i trä som är konturskuren på ytterskiktet med en stomme av ett rymdfackverk i stål.
