Mobility Management är en teori för utveckling av hållbara transportsystem. Teorin tar avstamp i beteendepåverkande åtgärder med syfte att förändra resan innan den äger rum. Genom att förändra sättet vi ser på resor, använder transportmedel och gör våra vardagliga val, kan obefogat bilanvändande bytas ut mot kollektivtransport, cykel och gång, vilka ses som mer miljövänliga. Genom samordning och ett effektivt användande av transportsystemet kan energi och resande sparas in vilket leder till en bättre miljö både i form av mindre utsläpp, buller och gästvänligare städer. Den här uppsatsen tar utgångspunkt i Lunds kommun för att undersöka hur Mobility Management kan tillämpas i praktiken och vilka effekter som uppkommer.

Organizational culture is a widely discussed topic. Today job Mobility in society is increasing as well as part-time employment. This study aims at investigate how organizational culture is maintained in an organization where employees work as combiners of different work occupations. The study is a case study of the department of Art at Konstfack (The University College of Arts, Crafts and Design). The organization is unique in the respect to that the majority of the employees have part-time employments within Konstfack combined with their parallel own artistic occupations.

The reason why this essay is written can be parted in two, whereas one would be the global trend of urbanization that occurs to this moment and forward, whereas the other would be the debate of how motorism has come to be an issue of sustainable management of our cities and our environment. In purpose to deliver a thorough understanding of how the car and its capacity has come to shape the society of today, and to emphasize the problems it´s brought, a historical survey has been made, followed by the report of problems to the society formed by the needs of the car, discussed in several environmental issues, such as jamming, noise and air pollution. This is followed by the discussion of potential solutions for how city planning could return to the focus of the human scale and perspective, in purpose to correspond with the issue of ways to decrease the car use in towns. In conclusion, the given solutions are discussed, where examples like shared space, investment in public transport, Mobility management and the theory of the assembled city are included, with aid from literature, to finally conclude the essay with personal thoughts of how the planning of today, or the given solutions, really are the result of sustainability for city planning from a human perspective.

The harmonization within EC Company Law has been relativley successful. Despite its relative success; important differences still remains in European company law.The freedom of establishment itself, and the ECJ?s interpretation of the freedom provides European companies with a substantial cross-border Mobility. As a consequence of this Mobility, together with the differences in national legislation; mandatory rules in company law can be easily evaded. Relationship Marketing - will banks be able to handle higher consumer Mobility in the private market?The purpose of this paper is to gain an understanding of the factors that affect customer loyalty to the bank. Consumer Mobility will probably increase as a result of political changes and pressures on the private banking market to become more competitive. This study was carried out using semi-structured interviews and were transcribed and analyzed with the help of models and theories centered on relationship marketing. The theories describe loyalty, the customer lifecycle and relationships between customers and organizations.

This is a product development project which has developed a prototype in order to facilitate for people using Mobility devices when they want to buy a larger quantity of groceries. The prototype is a shopping cart composed with the upper part of a walker.Today there are many different types of Mobility devices used by elderly and people with physical impairment. According to Myndigheten för samhällsskydd och beredskap (MSB) are accidental falls the most common cause of accidents in Sweden.This project has been using Computer Aided Design (CAD) as a tool to create a visual image of the prototype. The advantage of this is to modify the functionality and performance of the prototype on the computer before the modification takes place in the real model. Using human manikins, the CAD model was rendered in natural surroundings to get as true a picture as possible.

Denna studie undersöker hur små barn använder sina sinnen för att utforska småkryp, vilken inställning pedagoger i förskolan har till småkryp samt hur barnens intresse för småkryp tas tillvara på i förskoleverksamheten.Studien skedde genom observationer i en förskola med barn i åldrarna 1-2 år (toddlare), samt genom intervjuer av tio pedagoger som alla har arbetat med de yngsta barnen i förskolan. I studien framkommer att toddlare har ett stort intresse för småkryp och att de utforskar djuren verbalt och med hjälp av sina sinnen. Pedagogernas förhållningssätt till småkryp är varierande men de försöker att i barngrupp inte visa eventuell motvilja till djuren, eftersom de alla tror att vuxnas inställning påverkar barnens intresse för och vilja till att utforska. Det framkommer också att det är vanligt att för stunden ta tillvara på toddlares intresse för småkryp, men mindre vanligt att arbeta vidare inom ämnesområdet med ett exempelvis temainriktat arbetssätt..

The purpose of this study was to describe patients? experiences when living with a venous leg ulcer in physical, psychological and social perspectives. The articles used to describe this condition were found in the databases: PubMed and Cinahl. Ten articles were included in the result: five with a qualitative approach, two with a quantitative approach and three with both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results were presented through three headings: physical, psychological and social.

Urban operations is one of the most difficult challenges a modern army can be tasked with. These challenges have been studied in history and present with various perspectives, but rarely from a combat engineering point of view. The purpose of this thesis has been to study the urban capabilities of a Swedish combat engineer company by examining if it can perform similar combat engineering fieldwork that supported the basic capabilities Mobility, defence and effect in Operation AL FAJR, Fallujah Iraq 2004. These are the capabilities a Swedish engineer company are primarily designed to support in urban operations.For example, the study of Operation AL FAJR has shown that fieldwork supported Mobility with breaching minefields, obstacles, walls and doors. Sveriges regering har satt upp mål om att Sverige ska minska sina utsläpp av växthusgaser med 4 % under perioden 2008-2012, i förhållande till utsläppsnivån 1990. Målet beräknas dock bli svårt att uppnå, främst på grund av ökande utsläpp från trafiksektorn.

The research questions were: Does the value of pain change on the Visual Analog Pain Scale (VAS) between before and after treatment? Do the positive provocative tests for impingement change between before and after treatment? Does the active shoulder Mobility change between before and after treatment? Does the self-rated function change between before and after treatment?Method: The study was a prospective randomized intervention study and 19 persons with impingement symptoms (mean ± standard deviation; 58 ± 18 years, and shoulder pain duration 3.9 ± 1.6 months) were randomized into two groups. The groups were tested before, directly after and 3 weeks after treatment.

The aim of this study has been to describe the ongoing region enlargement process in the region Mälardalen, located in the east part of Sweden, and to investigate how this process can affect the local level. The study is especially orientated on public communications and accessibility. The intention has also been to examine how the local accessibility can affect the re-gional development in Mälardalen. The local investigation object that has been chosen for this research is the city Strängnäs, situated in the province of Södermanland.
