This essay is a study of explicit subjectivity and valuation in Swedish literary historiography from a power perspective. The methodology involves qualitative perusal of literary handbooks from 1915 to 1999. The author Fredrika Runeberg is taken as a window, in that I have examined if and how she is described in the selected handbooks. The main purpose has been to see if subjectivity in disparaging terms and condemnation of authorship have become more evident during the years under consideration. I have related the twelve selected handbooks to Hallberg's five methods for literary historiography.

Avdelningen Forestry på Consultants to Government and Industry (CGI) i Gävle utvecklar många olika programvaror som används i skogsindustrin. Med tiden har det uppstått ett behov av ett förenklat program som kan användas i mobiltelefoner. The aim of this paper is to find an algorithm to establish and maintain a virtual enclosure around a mobile unit. The area may take any form and should be scalable up to and including national borders. The enclosure is managed on the mobile unit. The target system is Android. Smartphones, tablets and more recently, cameras is examples of mobile units. A modern mobile unit is part of a computer network.

Title: What women want ? a study about young men?s self-presentation on the on-line dating site Spray Date.Authors: Anna Tuvehagen & Josefin HultTutor: Lena Widding-HedinPurpose: Our main purpose was to identify implicit norms and ideals for masculinity in young men?s advertisements on the on-line dating site Spray Date.Questions: How do the men present themselves on Spray Date and what do they accentuate in their advertisements? What kind of relationship do the men hope to establish and what qualities and attribute do they look for in women? Are there any notable differences and similarities regarding our findings of ideals and the ones in previous research?Method: In order to answer our questions we chose 100 advertisements made by men in the age 18 to 25. To analyse the advertisements we used a qualitative content analysis, however we have some quantitative elements.Main results: The men in our study are searching for love on Spray Date and usually describe themselves as nice, cheerful, decent guys with good sense of humour. Although, spare-time interests and activities are what the men mainly focus on. Their interests are broad and all sorts of combinations occur why it is difficult to place the men in categories.

In the late 20th century the Soviet Union collapsed and the eastern European countries were freed from the communist Russian oppression. However, during the Soviet period Marxism was a recurring life stance in the Swedish textbooks for religious education in the gymnasieskola. Today the Soviet Union has collapsed, but the Marxist philosophy has had a huge effect on both single individuals and the modern society as a whole. Nonetheless, the Marxist life stance is nowadays often being replaced by other non- religious life stances in the textbooks of religious education.Therefore, this analysis is a hermeneutic study of the presentation of the Marxist life stance in textbooks for Swedish religious education. The purpose of the paper is to investigate how these textbooks portray the Marxist life stance, and to prove that the societal context and the individual author have an immense effect in the portrayal of both religions and life stances in religious education.

Databases are an easy way of storing information kept together and accessible and can save time by finding the information easier. Cochleaimplant could be seen as a form of advanced hearing aid, this product consists of two parts, an external part that recieves sound and sends signals to the internal part through electromagnetism. The internal part is the implant itself and is surgically placed in to the cochlea. Örebro University hospital has just started working within the field of Cochleaimplants and are therefore in need of a database to store patient related information.The database problem was solved using Microsoft Access 2003 combined with the built-in support for Visual Basic, which is a sort of programming language. The result of the thesis work was a fully functioning database according to the given specification and is now being used at Örebro University hospital..

I detta arbete framlägger vi ett designförslag på hur ett diskussionsverktyg som stödjer ljud- och bildkommunikation kan se ut. Ett förslag som förbättrar och förenklar den distanskommunikation som idag sker med hjälp av mobiltelefoner, videokonferenssystem samt webbkameror anslutna till persondatorer. Den design vi föreslår möjliggör för mobila användare att visuellt föra flerpartssamtal med hjälp av PDA:er. Vårt designförslag har fått arbetsnamnet CU2 (see you too) och är tänkt att fungera i tredje och/eller fjärde generationens mobila nät. Vi har valt att genomföra vårt magisterarbete på företaget A Brand New World i Kista, Stockholm.

MobileReader är en mobil RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) applikation. Syftet med denna applikation är att skapa en RFID-läsare som skall gå att bära med sig ute på fältet. I första hand kommer läsaren att kunna läsa passiva RFID-taggar på Lågfrekvens-bandet (LF) samt att vara anpassad för nyare mobiltelefoner av tillverkaren Sony Ericsson. Detta examensarbete resulterade i ett program avsett för en Atmel ATmega16 mikroprocessor. Mikroprocessorn tar emot data från en befintlig LF-läsare via ett protokoll vid namn Wiegand 44.

Idag har teknologin för mobila plattformar utvecklas i en rusande fart. Detta har letttill att även användningen av smartphone och surfplattor expanderats. Detta har i sintur lett till att allt fler användare interagerar med smartphone och surfplattor för attförenkla sin vardag. Designen av de mobila användargränssnitten har emellertid inteutvecklats i samma fart som själva tillverkningen av dessa mobila enheter. Det har letttill ett behov av att anpassa sin design i mobila enheter utifrån ett användarvänligtperspektiv.

In this paper I have focused on the underlying reasons for people and piracy. The paper starts with a presentation of the Swedish laws of copyright as they are constituted today and the new law that is supposedly being ordained the 1st of July, 2005, a brief summary of what its effects will be for the people, according to the authorities and the critisism that has developed around it from the net-pirats. Then follows a definition of the expression "norms" and what it means here in my paper.Now comes a presentation of the research I have been doing, in the form of a survey concerning why and how often people download copyrighted material from the net, and if they have ever sold any pirated copies to more than selfprice and, if so, to whom. The presentations shows that the majority of the people that are downloading copyrighted material from the Internet is doing it for the own personal use and not to make any money out of selling the material on, since most people consider it unfair to charge for something that they have got for free.The survey also shows that many of those who download copyrighted material also upload it because it gives them a satisfactory feeling of giving something in order to get something. The survey also shows that although most of the people taking the survey knows what the new law means it has not affected them in anyway.

I denna litteraturöversikt beskrivs olika sätt att administrera gas eller skum som massavlivningsmetoder för fjäderfä. Metoderna är gas i hel stallbyggnad, gas i mobil vagn, presenningmetoden, metallkammare samt brandsläckarskum. Dessa jämförs med varandra med avseende på effekter på djurvälfärd och praktisk användbarhet. Ett centralt problem är om biosäkerhet ska prioriteras framför djurvälfärd vid utbrott av epidemier, vilket skulle kunna motiveras under vissa förhållanden. Mer forskning och teknisk utveckling behövs för att i framtiden kunna ta rimlig hänsyn till båda dessa aspekter.

Svenska mjölkgetter hålls vanligen för ostproduktion, där ostarna oftast tillverkas i egna gårdsmejerier. Det finns idag en växande marknad för getost i Sverige och efterfrågan på lokalproducerade livsmedel har ökat, vilket innebär att den svenska getnäringen har en betydande roll inom ramen för miljö och närproducerande livsmedel. Vid osttillverkning är mjölkens sammansättning (fett, protein och kasein) av stor betydelse för ostutbyte och kvalité på produkterna. Information om mjölkens kaseinsammansättning från svenska mjölkgetsbesättningar saknas i nuläget och regelbundna mjölkanalyser av fett, protein och laktos är bristfällig. Huvudsyftet var att genom gårdsbesök på ett antal svenska getgårdar undersöka om det var möjligt att analysera mjölkens innehåll av kasein, fett, protein och laktos på gårdsnivå med hjälp av en mobil infraröd spektrometri-metod (IR).
