If the current owner wants to keep the company within the family, he has two options; he can either sell the company to a family member, or give the company to the new owner, like a gift. Traditionally, rolling mills use emulsions based on a mixture of oil and water for lubrication. Since two years ago SAPA has been using (instead of oil) a synthetic lubricant so called conditional emulsion for hot-rolling of aluminum. This lubricant is water based and homogenous at ambient temperature, but switches to a two-phase system at heating above the cloud point.This project aims to validate and if necessary modify an existing HPLC method for quantifying two out of three key components (A, B and C) in the conditional emulsion. Attempts to develop a method to quantify the pH adjusting components, X and Y were also made. These two methods are required to optimize the lubricant.Due to the complexity of the components, it has been difficult to present a method for quantification, and HPLC with ELS detection was chosen after a long series of trials.

Införandet av standardlittera ska resultera till att återfinna och gruppera deras betongelement i CAD-systemen. We did our thesis project at one of the most prestigious Swedish construction companies. We have examined the possibilities of doing sandwich elements to standard elements which would increase the degree of industrialization. The company has developed a concept that is based on a more refined process of industrialization.

This essay will try to explain and compare the different development steps which Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina have taken after the war. How could countries with such similar backgrounds develop in such different ways? By analyzing and comparing the two countries the purpose was to examine how these countries which had so much in common could develop in so different ways. My two questions are: What similarities and differences are there between the development which Bosnia and Croatia have taken after the war? Why have Croatia succeeded and not Bosnia?My analysis showed that the main reason to the difference between these countries was that Bosnia is divided; all ethnic groups in Bosnia only consider what's best for their own ethnic group and not what's best for the country. Croatia however has expelled the Serbs which made it easier for them to have a succesfull democratic development. .

Där idrotten ska ses som medlet för att nå fram till målet som är matematiken. Det vill säga att examensarbetet handlar om laborativ matematik med kroppen som konkretiserande verktyg.Syftet med examensarbetet är att försöka ge ett didaktiskt bidrag genom vilket traditionell matematikundervisning möjligen kan utvecklas. Genom genomförandet av en fallstudie ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv undersöka om elevers referensbilder i matematikområdet geometri kan utvidgas genom den matematik de genomför inom ämnet idrott och hälsa.Undersökningens data samlades in genom ett tillvägagångssätt som benämns som mixed methods i metodlitteratur, vilket bidrar till studiens två infallsvinklar. En med intervju för insamling av kvalitativ data och en med enkät (matematikdiagnoser) för insamling av kvantitativ data.

The construction market has, as a result of the crisis in Europe been uncertain in recent years. During the year 2013, the construction will be stabilized, in particular Finland. The geographical proximity between Sweden and Finland and similarities in cultures and climates makes Finland a coveted market for many Swedish companies.Differences in national regulations and guidelines, which are produced by the authorities in different countries, are examples of barriers that may hamper the process, including for Swedish villa suppliers, to establish themselves on the Finnish market. It may be useful when facing a new export drive, to look up what similarities and differences there are between the countries building codes, to prevent mistakes and unnecessary costs to the project work..

Background: Every year, patients die while waiting for an organ due to the shortage of donors. When a patient is declared brain dead, the question of possible organ donation arises. In some cases, the patient is registered in the donor registry, but sometimes their stance on donation is unknown. The next of kin then become involved in the decision and are asked both what the patient would have wanted and how they themselves feel about donating their deceased family member?s organs. Aim: The aim of this literature review was to describe relatives' experiences of the decision-making process regarding organ donation after death.

This corresponds to about 220 million MWh / day.Energy consumption is one of the main reasons for increased greenhouse gases when the reduction of this consumption has a great demand worldwide.In order to prevent the energy that consumed the buildings must be energy efficient but there is a conflict between radon ventilation and energy conservation in a building, given that ventilation can consume as much energy (currently 29-59% of energy-efficient houses use), especially in a cold climate as in Norway.
