Utveckling av ett köpcentrum är ett komplext system som involverar många aktörer såsom kommunen, fastighetsägaren, investerare, långivare, konsulter, analytiker, arkitekter, detaljister och givetvis även slutkonsumenten så att visionen om att vara den ledande bland köpcentrum hierarkin realiseras.Det tillkommer nya handelsytor i relation till befolkningsunderlaget i Stockholms län där konkurrensen, kundernas krav och e-handeln ständigt ökar. Detta kommer i sin tur sätta press på ledningen för att fastställa nya tydliga strategier för framtida visioner. Vid utvecklingen av ett köpcentrum har extern rådgivning tagits och därmed ett investeringsförslag har föreslagits. Vilka faktorer som har tagits med i beslutsunderlaget är det väsentligaste.Utgångpunkten med denna studie var att belysa hur ett köpcentrum behåller sin kommersiella kvalitet och därmed möta den framtida konkurrensen bättre. En Jämförelseanalys av två valda objekt i Stockholms län har fullgjorts för att belysa närmare framgångsrika nyckelfaktorer såsom läge, tillgänglighet och koncept.

Since the release of Avatar in 2009, the 3D movie industry has experienced an apparent growth. Almost all blockbuster movies are being released in 3D at the cinema, but the 3D format has been met with mixed opinions by the consumers. Some argue that 3D is the future, while others believe that the 2D format is enough for an appreciated movie experience. Through a qualitative survey, twenty participants with 3DTV in their homes answered questions regarding their experience of 3D movies and what improvements they desire. We suggest that 3D film creates immersion, realism and effects that 2D films can´t handle.

The study aimed to highlight workplace meetings´ benefit and what level of development. The study was done at a school in Lidköping and included two qualitative observations. Most of the groups´ members were women; one man was included in each group, and there was a mixed age structure of the meeting participants. The collection of data was then paired with the scientific literature and scientific articles. .. Our results demonstrate that group 1 spend 59% of the time on information and 41% of communication.

ABSTRACTChlamydia and Chlamydophila are species of a family of bacteria (Chlamydiaceae) that cause a range of diseases, including conjunctivitis, in a variety of animals including pigs and humans. Some species cause zoonotic disease. This study examined the occurrence of Chlamydiaceae in samples taken from the lower eyelid conjunctiva in pigs with and without conjunctivitis. The study was initiated based on a herd investigation aimed to examine the experienced increase of conjunctivitis in some finisher herds. This study was conducted as a case-control study, by collecting samples from 62 case pigs (16-26 weeks old) and an equal number of controls, from three herds in Uppland, Sweden.

A totally mixed ration (TMR) is a mixture of all the necessary feed components for the cow. She will eat the exact same feed in every bite which will make the rumen pH more stable and always supply her with a constant proportion between roughage and concentrate. This will make it possible for the cow to eat more dry matter (DM) a day because the fibre requirements are fulfilled. If a part of the concentrate is given separated from the mixture it is called partly mixed rations (PMR) and is almost always used when using an automatic milking system (AMS). When using TMR and PMR it is important to have a high hygiene, be accurate when mixing the feed and to look after cows in a good and strict way. The aim of this study was to document different farms with PMR in an AMS to see which routines they have and how they are managing their production.

The study aims to examine how the people who have received special needs education during their schooling have experienced it.Since I wanted to take advantage of people's experiences of special needs education, I chose to conduct qualitative research interviews. Five people in the ages of 21-26 years old participated in the study.A summary of the work says that special needs education creates mixed feelings, feelings of joy and alienation. The positive as described in the work is that the special education teaching has created a classroom that is aligned along the pupil's needs and circumstances. All informants have expressed that their negative experiences is about them having to leave the common classroom.Keywords: exclusion, inclusion, special needs education, student needs.

Arvika Fastighets AB is a municipal subsidiary tasked with managing all green areas in the municipality, with a strong focus on the City Park and plant beds in the city centre. These areas generate large amounts of green waste, which is currently transported to the municipality's composting area at Lycke. Currently, the material is piled up and turned once a year without using the resulting soil for flowerbeds, lawns, and shrub/tree plantings. The purpose of the study is to determine if Arvika can compost the green waste in a more efficient manner and produce weed-free soil ready to be mixed into various substrates for different purposes. Interviews with the Swedish Church and several municipalities in Sweden have been conducted to learn from their experiences and knowledge of how they make their composting work.

Empati är att kunna uppleva och förstå andra människors känslor. Tre studier gjordes för att undersöka socialsekreterares empati för sina klienter och hur de upplever sin professionella och genuina empati. Två studier var kvantitativa och en var en mixed design. Deltagarna var 26 socialsekreterare och 57 socionomstudenter. Studie 1 och 2 visade att socialsekreterare och studenter på socionomprogrammet hade mer empati för en sympatisk person än för en osympatisk.

Mitt arbete syftar till att åskådliggöra de genusföreställningar som skapas av vårt samhälle kring sättet vi lever och verkar på. Mitt fokus ligger på tjejer som tränar eller verkar inom kampsport, deras uppfattning av sig själva som kvinnliga utövare samt deras tolkning av samhällets syn på dem. Studien är kvalitativ och baseras på teoretisk forskning kring genus, kön, idrott och idrottshistoria. Till detta har jag valt att addera tolv intervjuer med personer som faller inom ramen av mitt urval, det vill säga personer som under en längre tid varit med och verkat för kampsporten. Då jag har riktat in mig på fyra olika kampsporter och för att få en bra bredd, har jag valt att intervjua en kille och två tjejer från varje sport.                      Resultatet redovisas i löpande text och är baserad på frågeställningen i den ordning de kommer.

Projektet avser att undersöka hur en byggnad som ska möta en divers användning i urban miljö kan dela på resurser. Projektet avser att fungera som en tvärprogrammerad yta där olika användare växelverkar med sina aktiviteter över dygnets timmar likt ett stafettlopp där avlämningen blir en spännande kontaktyta. De kommersiella aktiviteterna över dagen ska samtidigt kunna fungera som allmän service på kvällstid. This survey tries to find out if and how we can be influenced of extreme low and strong frequencies in the area 0-40 Hz. A group of 52 teachers/musicstudents and non musicstudents was trying to assess what they thought, experiences and tried to describe why they thought as they did, when they listen on three different versions of same musical piece. Without low frequent bass, original and strengthened bass, randomly mixed. Several different musical pieces was used in same survey. The work also makes a commitment to theories about the people's hearing and the will of ?selfmotion?.

Many everyday tasks and also many sports require good grip and forearm strength. Everything from carrying boxes and lifting a child to grab the arms and legs in various martial arts, or holding a tennis racket involving the hand and forearm muscles in various ways. It is therefore important to train these muscles to prevent injuries and congestion and to perform well in sport. A well known way to train functional strength in the hand and forearm muscles is weight training with thick handles. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in muscle activity in the upper arm and forearm muscles as well as the deltoids between two bars of different diameter (28mm and 57mm) in two different weight training exercises using electromyography (EMG).

Denna uppsats fokuserar på King Hus actionestetik och den montagekonstruerade rörelsen, enligt en konkret syftesformulering som lyder: Att öka förståelsen för King Hus estetiska val genom att belysa vissa rytmiska rörelsetendenser, såsom en konstruktion av filmens montage, och dess relation till två vitt skilda konstyttringar, med dessa avses Pekingoperan och cinéma pur. Ledande tes genom uppsatsen är att Hus visuella stil visserligen är starkt präglad av ett personligt intresse och en djup förståelse för estetiska normer i Pekingoperan, men att han samtidigt genom ett skickligt utnyttjande av cinematiska tekniker skapar en alldeles unik version av kinesisk estetik, som måste förstås som specifik för filmmediet. Sammantaget är förhoppningen att resultatet skall bidra till avmarginaliseringen av Hu som förvaltare till en förment essens av traditionell kinesisk kultur. Metoden består i en jämförande analys av rörligt bildmaterial i två steg, som illustrativ modell och teoretisk ingång till rörelsebegreppet tillämpas Heinrich von Kleists marionett och i dess förlängning även Sergei Eisensteins biomekaniska rakurs.Min analys leder mig till slutsatsen att den rytmiska rörelsen i Hus actionscener har starka likheter med såväl Pekingoperan som cinéma pur, och jag vill på grundval av detta föreslå att Hu snarare bör förstås som en nyskapare av kinesisk estetik, då han positionerar sig någonstans mellan traditionalism och modernism genom att skapa en estetisk jämvikt mellan teater och film där ingenderas legat går förlorad..
