Är volontärt psykoterapeutarbete en win-win situation eller en fattigdomsfälla? Finns detblinda fläckar i den goda intentionen eller är en volontärresurs enbart av godo? Syftet med undersökningen var att beskriva hur några psykoterapeuter ser på sin arbetsinsats och arbets-situation som volontärer och samtidigt väcka frågor kring det ideella arbetets drivkrafter, eventuell påverkan på psykoterapirelationen och arbetstillfredsställelsens betydelse.  Verksamheten som studerades finns inom Stadsmissionens regi i Stockholm på Terapicentretför unga, där merparten av psykoterapeuterna är volontärer. Den undersökningsmetod som användes var semi-strukturerad intervju och fem volontärer deltog i undersökningen. Den teoretiska anknytningen har huvudsakligen utgjorts av litteratur inom den psykodynamiska teoribildningen och då särskilt forskning inom psykoterapins område avseende terapeutisk effektivitet. Även forskning inriktad på relationell psykoterapi och forskning inom ideellt och volontärt arbete har bidragit till den teoretiska referensramen.

During the last few years the harwarder has developed from a prototype into a market product. Holmen Skog owns two harwarders and uses two more owned by entrepreneurs. In previous studies it has been shown that the harwarder was a slow and expensive forwarder. In this study the unloading at road-site was studied. The goal was to describe the differences in time consumption between unloading two-sided or single-sided (only from side of the road) and also the difference between unloading with three and four assortments in the carrier.

The agricultural sector accounts for about 13 percent of the total load of greenhouse gas emissions from Sweden (Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, 2007). The Swedish objective to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions with 40 percentage units to the year of 2020, based upon the year of 1990, might imply stricter regulations for Swedish farmers. A regulation or other forms of economic incentives is probably necessary to reduce the emissions originating from the agricultural sector. This study aims to investigate the economic and managerial impact on two agricultural firms with differing production system given that a constraint on green house gas emissions is introduced. Gases included in this study are carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide.

The use of group contribution between consolidated firms is a common phenomenon in Sweden where taxation is not based on the return on the consolidated level but on the return on the individual firms. However, the process of handling the group contribution does not work without problems. This thesis analyzes three main issues where group contributions oppose the Swedish Companies Act. ? The Swedish Companies Act enacts the decision regarding group contributions to be made at a shareholder?s meeting.

PICC-line är en central venkateter som läggs in via en perifer kanyl i överarmen med hjälp utav ultraljud. Patienter som behöver intravenös behandling i mer än fem dagar är i behov av en central venkateter för att säkerställa tillförseln av dessa läkemedel. Inläggning är kostnads effektiv, den kräver ett minimum av resurser och görs utav picclinesjuksköterskor. Denna kvalitativa studie med semistruk-turerade frågor syftade till att ta del av patientens upplevelse av att få en PICC-line kateter inlagd. Kände patienten sig lugn under ingreppet, var han eller hon väl informerad och upplevde personen någon smärta? Tio intervjuer genomfördes och resultatet visade att informanterna kände sig lugna och att smärtan var låg.

Denna studies syfte är att ta reda på om man kan se några skillnader i musikalisk utveckling hos nybörjarelever som får prata och resonera muntligt om lektionsmaterialet till skillnad från att enbart spela på instrumentet under lektionerna. Studien genomfördes under 6 veckor höstterminen 2013 vid en kulturskola i södra Sverige. Åtta nybörjarelever på slagverk deltog och de undervisades enskilt 20 minuter per vecka. Hälften av eleverna fick lära sig låtmaterialet utantill och efter gehör. Verbala instruktioner hölls till ett minimum och fokus låg på att musicera och spela så mycket som möjligt under lektionen.

Aim: The aim of present study was to determine the frequency of taste and smell disorders occuring in patients receiving chemotherapy for cancer. Methods: The study was of an empirical cross sectional quantitative descriptive design. During one month, consecutive cancer patients at outpatient units in two Swedish hospitals were asked to participate in the study by completing a questionnaire that had been developed previously for a similar study. All participants had undergone at least 1 cycle of intravenous chemotherapy or  a minimum of seven days of oral chemotherapy. Results: A total of 102 patients completed the questionnaire.

Starting in January 2007, capital adequacy of internationally active banks will be regulated by the new Basel Capital Accord, International Convergence of Capital Measurement and Capital Standards ? a revised framework, [Basel II]. The framework introduces for the first time minimum capital requirements for operational risk and encourages market discipline of capital adequacy by initiating requirements for public disclosure of quantitative and qualitative information on operational risk exposure. This thesis examines the nature, definition, management and public disclosure of operational risk in Scandinavian banks based on regulations and recommendations presented in Basel II. We find that the models currently available for addition of operational risk to the capital requirement do not reflect actual operational risk exposure of banks.

ABB and Prevas have initiated a collaboration to sell a system to optimize steel industry furnaces, called FOCS. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate possibilities for integrating Prevas FOCS and ABB 800xA.The result of the investigation is used for an implementation of a prototype of the integrated system. The study shows a general method that can be used when implementing two software systems. The prototype of the integrated systems is made with usability principles in mind. This is a very important aspect in order to create a good working environment for the operators of a steel plant.

This master thesis reviews advances in detection and diagnosis of static friction (stiction) in control valves. Control valves suffering from stiction results in oscillating control loops which in turn decreases both the process stability and reliability. Perstorp AB sees a necessity to automatically detect stiction in valves before the effects of the malfunctioning valves have become too severe. This thesis presents an introduction to maintenance, control loops and how stiction in valves can affect performance of control loops.A selection of methods presented in the literature are introduced and examined using normal operating data from the site in Perstorp. Common for all selected methods is their intuitive ideas and that they are based on normal operating data and minimum amount of process knowledge.

Syfte med min studie var att undersöka hur idrottslärare tänker kring individanpassad undervisning som erbjuder valmöjligheter. Mina frågeställningar var:Ska man anpassa undervisningen så att eleverna erbjuds olika valmöjligheter och i så fall varför?Vilka för- och nackdelar finns det med en anpassad undervisning som erbjuder valmöjligheter inom ämnet idrott och hälsa?Hur kan man genomföra anpassad undervisning som erbjuder valmöjligheter inom ämnet idrott och hälsa på ett bra sätt? Som metod valde jag att ha en kvalitativ ansats för att på så sett få en djupare förståelse för hur idrottslärarna tänker och resonerar kring att erbjuda valmöjligheter. Jag genomförde fyra intervjuer med olika idrottslärare som alla hade ett minimum av 10 års praktisk yrkeserfarenhet. Samtliga idrottslärare ansåg att det är viktigt att erbjuda eleverna valmöjligheter samt att det finns många för- och nackdelar som man måste vara medveten om.
