I denna uppsats har vi undersökt ämnet personal branding. Inom personal branding har vi studerat hur rekryteringsföretaget ser på detta område men även vilka faktorer de tycker är viktiga för att skapa ett personal brand, samt om det är möjligt i en arbetsrelaterad situation att dra nytta av sitt personal brand och på så sätt skapa fördelar gentemot sina konkurrenter. Vi tycker detta område är viktigt att studera därför att det är ett relativt nytt ämne/ begrepp. Då vi lever i ett mer individualistiskt samhälle och konjunkturen skiftar samt att konkurrensen hårdnar på arbetsmarknaden tycker vi det är viktigt att undersöka olika alternativa medel som kan vara till hjälp i sökandet på det nya jobbet. Vi valde därför att studera Priens (1992) modell över anställningsförloppet för att få en bättre förståelse för rekryteringens olika delmoment men även för att kunna identifiera i vilka arbetsprocesser man kan förmedla sitt personal brand.

During recent years ?The Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare? has declared, in it?s annual account of the current psychiatric state of Swedish Children and Youths, that the healthcare provided for those with neuropsychiatric diagnoses ? such as Asperger syndrome and ADHD, has increased.ADHD is short for Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, which implies neuropsychiatric impediments i.e. hyper activity, inadvertence and an inability to control impulses.The aim of the Study is to describe and analyze how youth, in the age range of sixteen to eighteen years of age, diagnosed with ADHD define themselves, their daily life, their social state, their next to kin relationships and, finally, their concept of their future.The Study is qualitative.

Stem rust, Puccinia graminis, has caused enormous yield losses throughout history which have had significant consequences for oat and wheat production. Today in Sweden stem rust is only reported from rye, oats and wild grasses. Stem rust infections in wheat have become unusual due to the general use of resistant wheat varieties and also due to the eradication of barberry, Berberis vulgaris, the alternate host for P. graminis. Section 25-27, i.e. the rights of priority of the Employment Protection Act, is a form of post-employment protection which exists to support those employed on a part-time basis and former employees. When a vacancy arises an employer should first and foremost offer part-time employees employment at a higher level of occupation or offer employment to former employees. The various types of employment contracts, other than those valid for an indefinite term, have increased during the last decades on the Swedish labour market. Labour hire has become more common and therefore we find it interesting to investigate how the rights of priority apply.The purpose of this thesis is to describe and analyze the law with regards to labour hire when people with rights of priority are available.

Few rectory gardens are today remaining in their former design and the cultural heritage that they represent are disappearing. Since 1987-88 the parishes are no longer bound to keep housing for their priests, which means that they, for economical reasons, are starting to sell their rectories. With this in Mind, a group of people, growing up in rectories in Småland and Öland between the 1930th and 1950th, formed an interest group to save the memory of their rectory gardens. On the basis of their memories, they have written a couple of descriptions of the rectories, which describe the gardens content, design and the life they once lived there. With this compilation of the 14 rectory gardens I want to keep the memory of them and create a ground for future work in this field. Historically the rectory gardens played an important roll as patterns and examples in the countryside.

The principle of proportionality is a guideline to interpret laws and agreements. The guideline has emerged within the EC-law as a moral aid to interpret laws. During the development of the guideline the EC Court of Justice has had the expression "appropriate and necessary" in Mind. To consider the act as proportional it must fullfill the purpose, but not be more invasive than necessary. The advantage of the act must be proportional to the risk of damage.

Vi har skrivit vår uppsats om personliga varumärken kombinerat med sociala medier, med syfte att ta reda på om man genom sociala medier kan bygga upp och förändra sitt personliga varumärke samt hur stor roll ett personligt varumärke spelar i mediebranschen. För att kunna undersöka detta har vi utgått ifrån ett konkret exempel i form av Alex Schulmans två bloggar ?Att vara Alex Schulman? och ?Att vara Charlie Schulmans pappa?. Utifrån vårt syfte har vi följande frågeställningar; Hur har Alex Schulman gått tillväga för att bygga upp och förändra sitt personliga varumärke? Vilka språkliga strategier använder han sig av i sina bloggtexter? Hur uppfattas Alex Schulman idag jämfört med förut? Hur stor roll anses det personliga varumärket spela i mediebranschen idag? Hur ser förutspås framtiden se ut gällande personliga varumärken?Vårt material består av tre blogginlägg från respektive blogg Schulman skrivit.

Abstract The planning of landscapes and towns has changed from a top-to-bottom perspective, including a focus on common interests, towards an inclusion of dialogue between planners and inhabitants of the planning area. In the countryside areas there are many interests which could be incorporated in such a dialogue. Still, the landowners have the final right to make the decisions for his or her property. The purpose of this paper is to examine how a dialogue for countryside development works and could be working, what participators of such dialogues are thinking about their right to direct and transform the landscape, and which roles the planners may take in such a context. With this background in Mind, I also look back into the history with the intention to understand the situation of today.

For many years, sugar beets have been the most profitable crop for farmers with suitable growing prerequisites. During year 2007 when the grain prices increased and the EU reform decreased the payment for sugarbeets, it was no longer obvious to grow sugar beets in the crop sequence. With the latest agricultural reform in Mind, farming has turned to a more open market and that is important for the independent farmer to adjust to the prevailing market presumptions. In the theory, scientists distinguish between unique and repetitive decisions. Unique decisions can be described as decisions made ones or not often. The opposite, repetitive decisions are decisons that have been made several times before.

This thesis purpose was to contribute to knowledge which could explain the driving forces behind Corporate Social Responsibility in corporate Sweden and their strategic impact from a management perspective. The method used to archive this research was a qualitative interpretative study conducted by interviews. The thesis is based on descriptive theories of drivers for CSR, concepts of strategy and CSR and normative/instrumental theories suggesting a strategic approach to CSR and stakeholder management. The empirical study is based on interviews with Swedish business managers in a strategic board position as well as consultants working with CSR strategies, supported with internet information from companies? webpage.
