AbstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate how preschool teachers reflect on the phenomenon of conflict, and to find out what children think about this in relation to Nanny method. I referred to the following questions:? How to reflect pre-school teachers on conflict management at the preschool?? What methods / approaches tell teachers that they use in conflict management?? How the children reflect on their experiences on conflict management at the preschool?In the background, Im trying to define the word conflict, and I also point to the methods and models that are already in conflict management. It is clear that a key ingredient in the conflict is communication, the question is how well we communicate with each other?I've done interviews with three active educators and four children to study this subject.

I denna uppsats kommer vi undersöka hållbara musikfestivaler. Syftet är att få en djupare förståelse om arrangörernas och besökarnas roll inom hållbara musikfestivaler. Vi har inriktat oss på tre musikfestivaler i Sverige, Öland Roots, Urkult och Way Out West för att undersöka hur och varför de arbetar med sådan hållbar utveckling. Det som även kommer att undersökas är besökarnas roll inom hållbarhetsområdet. Genom telefonintervjuer har vi fått en uppfattning om arrangörernas roll inom hållbarhetsarbetet.

There has been an increase in the importance and amount of information concerning publicly traded stocks in recent years. When analyzing and valuing stocks finding new ways of collecting information has therefore increased in importance. This thesis aims to explore how meetings with management can impact the stock valuation done by the security analysts. Furthermore the case study examines what kind of information analysts can receive by interpreting management at these meetings. This case study of ten Swedish security analysts show that the analyst?s stock valuation is directly or indirectly affected by the meetings.

This essay describes and compares the extensive reindeer management to the more intensive, but grazing based, sheep management system in Sweden. Differences and similarities between the two production systems will be investigated by elucidating the economy, land use and possibilities to influence production and economy through breeding, feeding and product development. The reindeer management area covers the northern part of Sweden whilst the sheep management is dispersed over the country. Both reindeer and sheep are ruminants and have relatively high demands on the quality and digestibility of the feed however reindeers graze on mountain-and forest lands whilst sheep often graze inaccessible areas or cultivated grasslands. Selection intensity is generally lower in the reindeer management compared to the intensity in sheep breeding.

Som en följd av det svenska miljöarbetet gav regeringen, år 2006, ut riktlinjer till kommuner och landsting för en ökning av ekologiska livsmedel, i strävan mot en mer hållbar utveckling i vårt samhälle. Tanken var att man till 2010, inom offentliga måltidsorganisationer, skulle uppnå 25 procents användning av dessa livsmedel. År 2010 är det endast sex av 310 kommuner och landsting som nått målet. Då tidigare forskning till stor del inriktat sig på hinder och svårigheter i denna strävan har denna studie inriktat sig på de måltidsorganisationer som lyckats och tagit del av deras erfarenheter. Syftet med studien har varit att dels se om marknadsutvecklingen av ekologiska livsmedel har påverkat dagens användning samt om det går att urskilja ?framgångsnycklar? i dessa måltidsorganisationer.

One of the means that can be used for governing and controlling a business is management control. The use of management control in inter-organisational contexts is a quite unexplored area of research at the present time, which might seem somewhat surprising considering the fact that inadequate control is a common explanation for why inter-organisational relationships fail.
