Uppsatsens huvudsyfte är att undersöka om det finns en gemensam kultur bland företagarna på ett kontorshotell. Studien har ett socialpsykologiskt perspektiv där interaktionen mellan de olika aktörerna antas vara den viktigaste komponenten i uppkomsten av en kultur. De frågeställningar som studien avser att besvara handlar om interaktionen mellan aktörerna och på vilka olika sätt kulturen uttrycks. Den teoretiska referensramen utgörs framförallt av teorier kring organisationskultur. I första hand har Scheins tre kulturnivåer och Bangs fyra former av kulturuttryck legat till grund för kartläggningen av kulturens uttryckssätt.

Respondents are divided into two groups where the first group consists of people who have booked their trip in stores, and the other via the Internet.

As revenues from newspaper advertising plummet and their readers loyalty erode, the need to understand newspapers' changing environment and the actors involved in this change is growing in importance. Evidence is the entire industry is entering into a restructuring phase and that this restructuring is driven by the rapid consumer adaption of internet media.In this thesis I elaborate on "how the Internet is affecting the conditions for value creation in printed newspapers" and "how the Internet is affecting the conditions for other actors involved in the printed newspaper's value creation". These two questions land us in the bigger question of "Does the Internet act as a compliment or a substitute to the printed newspaper ".To answer these questions the printed newspaper is represented as the actor in the middle of content producers, advertisers and consumers. It is in its role as a means of distribution and as a co-ordinating force that we study the value creation of the printed newspaper. The empirical base of this thesis is a qualitative participant observation where the author during a period of time interacted and collected data from the open discussion in blogs by several of the industry's top influentials combined with material from seminars and reports on the current state of media.

Syfte: Uppsatsens huvudsyfte är att kartlägga och beskriva hur modebranschen förhåller sig till fenomenet kopiering. Genom att kategorisera olika attityder gentemot kopiering samt de aktörer som står bakom attityderna, analyseras även varför vilka aktörer har specifika attityder kopplat till fenomenet.Design/Metod/Ansats: Uppsatsen presenterar, med hjälp av kategorier, de attityder och aktörer som är representerade i debatten om kopiering. Ett urval har gjorts i fråga om vilka media och texter som ska analyseras i ramen för studien. Dessa texter har sedan analyserats så till vida att kategorier av attityder kunnat identifieras i texterna. I ett andra steg har de aktörer som står bakom de identifierade attityderna kategoriserats.

In the latest years the Swedish armed forces have gone from an armed force with conscripts to voluntary men and women. When the basic training is voluntarily may the question be if the new men and women have the same approach to Desirable competences and pedagogy that is used by their officers during their training. Desirable competences are a part of the model transformational leadership and are divided into task related competence, management competence, social competence and capacitate to cope with stress.To deal with this problem I have used questionnaires from conscripts and a new questionnaire made on voluntary recruits.I have compared the results in a case study method and it shows a positive progress from the recruits view how the officers use examples from the transformational leadership. The study shows that recruits want officers to make demands, motivate and inspire them. The recruits want to know the goal with the education and they want the officers to make demands on them..

Petro-electric IFVs (Infantry fighting vehicles) or hybrid-IFV?s are not a new phenomenon. During the 1900?s Germany as well as the U.S both tested vehicles constructed with hybrid technology. In spite of several identified advantages, no serving hybrid-IFV exists today.

Bakgrund: Från och med den 10 mars 2000 är det tillåtet för publika svenska börsföretag att handla i egna aktier. Det är intressant att belysa hur möjligheten att återköpa aktier uppfattas i Sverige. Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att klargöra hur möjligheten att återköpa egna aktier påverkar ledningen och aktieägarna i ett aktiebolag. Genomförande: Vi har studerat artiklar och litteratur om ämnet återköp. Besöksintervjuer har genomförts på Assa Abloy, Electrolux, Investor, Skanska, Robur Kapitalförvaltning och Handelsbanken Markets.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att bedöma om officerare i logistikrollen har liknade uppfattningsom officerare i chefsrollen, avseende vilka interoperabilitetskrav som anses viktiga för attnå ökad effekt i logistikfunktionen i ett internationellt perspektiv. Detta examensarbete är utfört vid institutionen för ekonomisk och industriell utveckling, IEI, vid Linköpings tekniska högskola, för CH Industry i Eskilstuna. Syftet med arbetet är att kartlägga de för företaget viktigaste artiklarna genom identifiering av tillverkningsflöden samt fastställa beläggningsgraden för respektive maskinresurs. Arbetet avgränsas till att endast identifiera tillverkningsflöden för totalt 40 artiklar. Den mest betydande artikeln för CH Industry analyseras med hjälp av en värdeflödeskarta för identifiering av produktionsförloppet, informationsflöden samt av tider i mellanlager. Arbetet är uppdelat i sex delar. Today?s companies offer their products and services through multiple distribution channels in an increasing extent, in order to reach bigger markets and more customers. Multiple channels result in an increased risk for channel conflict.This essay is an exploratory and descriptive study with the purpose to explore some companies? channel conflicts on the basis of sales commission and price differences. A case study has been made at two different companies and the empirical material has been collected with qualitative interviews.We found more channel conflicts in the company that uses sales commissions than in the company that doesn?t.
