Frågeställning: Påverkas en revisors benägenhet att avge en ren eller oren revisionsberättelse av revisionsarvodets storlek, om så på vilket sätt?Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att fördjupa tidigare genomförd forskning inom detta ämnesområde, genom att undersöka om det finns ett samband mellan revisionsarvodets storlek och en revisors benägenhet att avge en ren eller oren revisionsberättelse, och i så fall på vilket sätt?Metod: Studien bygger på en kvantitativ metod där primärdata samlades in från databasen Retriever och omfattar 300 västmanländska mikroföretags årsredovisningar ifrån år 2009. I studien tillämpades även ett deduktivt tillvägagångssätt, vilket innebar att sekundärdata i form av etablerade teorier och tidigare forskning inom ämnet låg till grund för skapandet av studiens hypoteser. Efter insamling av primärdata sammanställdes datamaterialet i Microsoft Excel och därefter analyserades datan med hjälp av bivariat- och multivariat logistisk regressionsanalys i SPSS.Slutsats: I den bivariata logistiska regressionsanalysen återfanns inget signifikant samband mellan revisionsarvodets storlek och en revisors benägenhet att avge en ren eller oren revisionsberättelse. Däremot, påträffades ett positivt signifikant samband mellan dessa variabler i den multivariata logistiska regressionsanalysen.

In 2005 the Swedish code of good governance emerged to prevent in part additional corporate scandals from happening and to make sure that the board is acting in the interest of the owners. The code is a complement to the Swedish Companies Act since it has a more strict demand in certain areas but it gives the companies a possibility to deviate by either complying or explaining their actions.Purpose: The purpose with this thesis is to examine who finds the Swedish code of good governance useful.Method: The research method of this survey is quantitative where the purpose is to investigate deviations in the companies? corporate governance reports.

The bioenergy market has been introduced relatively late in a perspective of the Swedish forestry. Nowadays branches and tops are used more frequently as bioenergy after harvesting. Therefore, it has developed a competitive situation between pulpwood and bioenergy. This situation has even established some questions. Two examples of these are: ? At what top diameter should the final piece of pulpwood be crosscut to get the best economically result? ? Should the top diameter, at the final piece of pulpwood, be crosscut at a thicker or smaller diameter than what is done today? The purpose of this report is to answer these two questions when the harvesting is made motor manually in beech stands.

Föryngring av skog är en nödvändig, men kostsam åtgärd och därför är det eftersträvansvärt att hitta en föryngringsmetod som är både kostnadseffektiv och ger en bra föryngring. Ett sätt att få en billigare föryngringsåtgärd är att använda frösådd. Vid en lyckad sådd gör det stora plantuppslaget att plantorna får bra förutsättningar för god kvalitet. Dessa plantor får dessutom bättre rotutveckling och stabilitet än planterade plantor. Användningen av skogssådd är dock begränsad av bl.a.

BAKGRUND Under sommaren 2013 lyftes en fråga i Europa om det fanns ett behov av en standard för kommersiella diskmaskiner. Svenska aktörer, exempelvis Svensk dagligvaruhandel, kontrollmyndigheter och Sveriges Kommuner och Landsting, svarade ja. Tidigare forskning har tytt på att otillräckligt rena diskmaskiner kan påverka diskresultatet och att smutsiga ytor kan förorena livsmedel och leda till matförgiftning.SYFTE Att studera diskmaskiners renhet och om detta hade något samband med renheten på diskgodset.METOD Tio restauranger i Örebro kommun valdes ut genom ett bekvämlighetsurval. Diskmaskiner kontrollerades med utgångspunkt från en frågeguide och diskgods testades med ATP-mätare. För att analysera resultaten användes pivottabeller i Microsoft Excel och samband signifikanstestades med Chi2-test.RESULTAT Av tio kontrollerade diskmaskiner bedömdes åtta som smutsiga.

Background:It is always fascinating to observe the events that affect the stock market, especially as the numbers of influencing factors are so many and various. Political elections are important events in society and affect the corporate environment in different ways depending on which political party that is in power. This brings up the question of whether political elections are important enough to affect the stock market; and it is this question we intend to analyse in this paper.Purpose:The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether political elections affect the stock market and to discuss the reasons for any possible affect that might be found.Procedure:An appropriate and thoroughly tested method to investigate if an event affects the stock market or not, is to do an event study. Subsequently we chose to do an event study on whether the Swedish general elections in 2002 and 2006 affected the Stockholm Stock Exchange. In order to give the analysis more depth we have also chosen to interview people with knowledge of the stock market.

I Sverige används mycket energi för uppvärmning av bostäder och lokaler. För att uppfylla det ständigt ökande behovet av värme, byggs exempelvis nya värmeproducerande anläggningar som komplement i fjärrvärmesystem. Samtidigt finns det outnyttjad energi i industrin som i sin produktion får värme som oönskad biprodukt.Denna rapport undersöker möjligheten att utnyttja denna biprodukt från industrin för att tillföra energi till ett befintligt fjärrvärmenät och lagra i ett säsongsvärmelager. När värmebehovet ökar under den kalla delen av året, skall säsongsvärmelagret bidra med värme.Idén är att lagret skall ersätta delar av de värmeproducerande anläggningarna som utnyttjas i Halmstads fjärrvärmesystem. Målet är att all fossil bränsleanvändning skall kunna tas bort.

The environmental work of companies has become an incredibly important factor in achieving reduced levels of environmental pollution. For companies the work on environmental issues began in the 1980s. During this time companies also began to show interest for the personnel, an interest that was shown in the form of attempts to disclose personnel information in economics. Earlier this information was separated from the financial information, despite the fact that the revenues are created by the employees.The purpose of this paper is to examine how well companies with a notification or a permit today account for environmental- and personnel information in their director?s report.

Preschools are nowadays a big part of almost every childhood in Swedish society and the relationships that are built there are important for the child and the child?s future integration in the world of knowledge and education. The preschool teachers are therefore the first persons the child links to beyond the parent. That?s why the relations between the parent and the preschool teacher are an important and interesting aspect in the cooperation between them.

Denna eventstudie syftar till att undersöka hur ett byte av noteringslista påverkar kumulativ onormal avkastning (CAR) 1 till och med 12 månader efter genomfört byte. I studien undersöks därför utförda byten av noteringsplats på den svenska aktiemarknaden under tidsperioden 1995-2009. I studien beräknas onormal avkastning delvis med marknadsmodellen (MM) som grund, men också med Fama & French tre-faktormodell (FF) för att öka reliabiliteten. Vidare undersöks om skillnader i CAR föreligger under olika tidsintervall samt om olikheter förekommer efter att berörda företag delats in i undergrupper baserade på typ av byte, industri samt storlek. Slutligen testas utifall den eventuella kumulativa onormala avkastningen är signifikant skild från noll med student t-test samt om det föreligger skillnader i medelvärde i de olika undergrupperna.

Läkemedel har sedan urminnes tider använts av mänskligheten och användningen kommer att successivt öka mer och mer. Att läkemedel används och sedan hamnar i miljön går inte att undvika men kravet på klassificering och kunskap om substansers miljöpåverkan ökar från både myndigheter, förskrivare och allmänhet. Klassificeringar som i dagsläget finns tillgängliga är från Läkemedelsverket, Stockholms Läns Landsting och www.fass.se. Apoteket har ett klassificeringssystem internt som dock inte är tillgängligt för allmänheten. Syftet med denna studie har varit att identifiera nuvarande miljöklassificeringar av läkemedel i Sverige samt jämföra dessa.

Biogas mainly consists of methane and carbon dioxide, where methane is theenergy-rich gas, and is naturally created when organic matter breaks down in absenceof oxygen, also known as anaerobic digestion. A biogas plant re-creates the anaerobicconditions inside a digester where the organic substrate is fed into and digests toproduce biogas. The gas is then used to produce energy by combustion and can beseen as a completely renewable fuel.Today, energy from biogas is used primarily by major stakeholders such asmunicipalities and thus the plants become very large with high investment- andconstruction costs. There are currently few small plants in Sweden, even though thepotential for agriculture and medium-sized to smaller farms to become self-sufficientin terms of electricity and heat is great. Farms have a natural stock of digestibleorganic material in form of manure or crops for example, which are constantlyavailable.

With this research we aim to examine foster parents and social workers perceptions about the relationship between foster parents and the foster child?s biological parents and their perceptions about the support to the foster parents in the contact with the child?s biological parents. The research will provide a deeper understanding of the actors? perceptions and explain possible differences in their opinions. This study has a qualitative approach and contains eight semi-structured interviews with foster parents and social workers in a smaller town in the south of Sweden.

In a time when economic crises relieving one another, it is especially interesting to study how companies choose to finance their operations. Since there is a lack of studies that include banks, and their capital structures, with the rest of the finance market, it is uncertain whether the theories of capital structure are applicable. Therefore, this essay aims to study whether there is any correlation between the two variables debt-equity ratio and return on equity (ROE) for Swedish corporations on the finance market.In accordance with the theorems that the professors Modigliani and Miller filed, in 1958 and 1961, which describes a clear link between debts, increase corporate value through the tax shield and indirectly increased yields. Although these theorems are the foundation of the modern research they focus on perfect markets. Therefore, this paper has also chosen to place great emphasis on theories such as Trade-off and Pecking-order.
