Sammanfattning Vår uppsats syftar till att undersöka hur det skrivs om organisationsförändringar i svenska tidskrifter som riktar sig till företagsledare. Hur organisationsförändringar framställs, hur förändringarna problematiseras och vad som uppfattas som naturligt och självklart. Studiens frågeställning är att studera hur det skrivits om organisationsförändring mellan åren 2000-2014 och den teoretiska förankringen är socialkonstruktionism utifrån Vivien Burr samt Michel Foucaults diskursanalys.De tidskrifter som valts ut som underlag för vår studie riktar sig mot chefer och ledare. Valet motiveras av tidigare forskning där det framkommit att det är chefer som i de flesta fall initierar en organisationsförändring. En ytterligare avgränsning var att enbart inkludera de tre tidskrifter med flest antal läsare.

For centuries, the human body has been used as a mean to project the norms, moral values and aesthetic preferences that exist throughout society. It has been controlled through constrictive fashion, family and social virtues and through how we perceive gender and sexuality. This essay strives to show, not only how the body and the aesthetic values coexist, but also how they work together and influence each other, with the body as the aesthetic medium. To do this, Michel Foucault?s writings of sexuality and his theories on morality and discipline, as well as Judith Butler?s works on normativity and performativity are being used.

Uppsatsen berör den nya prisbelönade mobila betalningstjänsten Swish, som är ett samarbete mellan sju av Sveriges största banker. Syftet är att identifiera framträdande aktörer i samarbetet kring Swish samt redogöra för hur dessa förhåller sig till varandra. Med hjälp av teori om aktör-nätverk definieras och beskrivs det nätverk av aktörer som omger Swish. Därutöver redogörs det för hur nätverket har formats från det att Swish var en idé till att den blev en färdig applikation. Michel Callons teori om översättning används för att beskriva denna process.

Syftet är att se vilka processer och roller som medverkat till att skapa och integrera en mångfaldsplan i en organisation. För att uppnå detta har vi valt att genomföra en diskursanalys som ger oss svar på hur världen presenteras, tolkas och konstrueras. Vi använder Michel Foucault som inspiratör vars åsikter tolkas och sammanlänkas med Charles Taylors, Philomena Esseds och Jacques Derridas åsikter för att på bästa sätt uppfylla vårt syfte. För att skaffa empiriskt underlag har vi valt att utföra en enkätundersökning, vilken till störst del underbygger uppsatsens empiri. För att få en bredare och även djupare insikt har vi även utfört korta intervjuer och observationer under tiden vi befunnit oss på platsen.

Uppsatsen fokuserar på beskrivningen av idén om gröna ramverk dvs. att vegetation används som styrverktyg i en exploateringsprocess. Fokus ligger på den idémässiga beskrivningen och inte det gröna ramverkets fysiska form. Beskrivningen sker delvis genom studier av projekt i Bordeaux, Frankrike där man medvetet använt sig av gröna ramverk för att ge struktur till exploateringsområden. Jag har gjort platsbesök i Bordeaux, intervjuat ansvarig landskapsarkitekt Michel Desvigne, läst litteratur som Desvigne skrivit i ämnet samt kommunala dokument från Bordeaux. Användandet av ett grönt ramverk i Bordeaux var långt ifrån självklart vilket belyses i uppsatsen genom en redogörelse av utvecklingen och förhållningsätten till stadsbyggnadsstrategier i en postindustriell kontext i Bordeaux. Jag tolkar även möjligheterna för ett grönt ramverk i Malmö genom att studera stadens stadsbyggnadsstrategier.

Fängelset har varit den främsta formen av bestraffning i modern tid. Samhällets straffmetoder har gått från kroppsstraff och tortyr till en institutionaliserad övervakningsapparat med syfte att förvandla människor från kriminella till laglydiga medborgare. En del av denna förvandling beräknas ske genom arbete och sysselsättning under fängelsetiden.Med det stängda rummet som utgångspunkt har min undersökning sökt svar på om, och i så fall varför hantverk är viktigt i kriminalvården. Utifrån denna undran behandlar den här undersökningen frågeställningen:På vilka sätt kan ett designpedagogiskt projekt komplettera och utmana den ordinarie hantverksverksamheten på en kriminalvårdsanstalt? Hur kan ett designpedagogiskt projekt synliggöra vad i hantverksprocessen som blir meningsfullt för internerna?För att få svar på dessa frågor har jag tillsammans med en grupp interner på en kriminalvårdsanstalt genomfört ett designpedagogiskt projekt där vi arbetat med tygpåsar som utgångspunkt.Ett sociokulturellt perspektiv på lärande tillsammans med Michel Foucaults teorier om fängelset som institution har legat till grund för analysen av materialet.

AbstractSyftet med denna uppsats är att med hjälp av närläsning, analysera Växjö fattigstyrelses protokoll och föredragningslistor med rapporter. Ambitionen har varit att försöka urskilja vilka individer som var i kontakt med fattigvårdsstyrelsen och vilka ärenden de hade. Vidare också om vem som sågs som rätt respektive orätt fattig och vad för värderingar som kunde skönjas i materialet. Likaså om vilka makt- och kontrollfunktioner som utövades av Fattigvårdsstyrelsen och de som var knutna till den. Det vill säga hur makten kom att manifisteras.

Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att undersöka hur självskadande ungdomar konstruerar sin identitet genom att blogga. För att besvara mitt syfte har jag använt mig av bloggar skrivna av ungdomar, vilka skadar sig själva. Utifrån bloggarna och mitt teoretiska perspektiv, det vill säga socialkonstruktionism, har jag undersökt hur författarna till bloggarna skriver om sitt självskadebeteende. Uppsatsen har utgått från ett diskursanalytiskt angreppssätt med den franske filosofen Michel Foucaults teorier kring diskurser och diskursanalys som bas. Resultaten som har framkommit har jag tolkat och analyserat med hjälp av Foucault.
