Incentive programs are one of the most important strategies that a corporation has in order to achieve its major policies and goals. The purpose of this paper is to identify these goals and their function, so that we later can analyze the incentive system?s effectiveness. The paper?s focus is on Max Hamburgarerestauranger AB?s incentive system, that is directed to the managers of all of its restaurants.We had interviews with the CEO, as well as the head of the Economics Department of Max H.

The aim of this research is to do a comparison between students? view of equality in secondary school and in gymnasium. The research begins with four focus groups, two on each grade to conduct material. The focus groups with girls and boys were separated from each other. With help from the researcher, acting as a moderator in the focus groups, the students have discussed advertisement and what message it convey.

Overweight and obesity among children and adolescents is increasing. Diseases which earlier occurred exclusively among adults are now also observed among children. There is an urgent need for new treatments that can change this negative trend. The aim of this study was to describe existing treatments for obesity among children in the age of 6-12 and the effect of those treatments. This descriptive literature study is based on 17 research articles published between 2000 and 2007 from different parts in the world.

Construction accounts for about 35 percent of the total Swedish energy consumption and most of the energy is used by the large housing stock from the so-called ?Million program?. In the national action plan the government has put forward in energy efficiency. It is mentioned that existing buildings account for more than 90 percent of what is expected to be the housing stock within the coming 50 years. In order to meet environmental objectives its required that the existing stock be reviewed for energy efficiency. The goverment is now initiating a national framework with a budget of SEK 300 million Swedish crowns per year for five years, starting in 2010 to achieve the goal on energy efficient buildings. Energy efficiency of buildings in both new construction and above all within the existing stock are addressed.

Växjö is a medium-sized town situated in the centre of the county Småland in Sweden with a good infrastructure and logistics and with a university that encourages cooperation with private and public companies. It is in this town that our case study of Småland Airport will take place. The aim of this study is to examine in which way the program of Library and Information Science at the Linnaeus University in Växjö offers knowledge that can be relevant for the staff at the airport in Växjö - Småland Airport. Using Wilsons model as our theoretical framework we examine how these two align with each other and by using a matrix that we ourselves elaborated in our analysis, we provide a clear picture of how the comparability two places comparability is represented. The result shows that there are compatible aspects to the Småland Aiports needs and what the program of Library and Information Science has to offer.

Arkitekturskolan idag är stängd och avvisande med skola och offentliga program bakom låsta dörrar. I detta projekt har jag utgått ifrån frågeställningen om vad som skulle hända om man öppnar upp skolan och fyller bottenvåningen som idag är P-hus med offentliga program? Vår framtida yrkesroll är i de flesta fall väldigt relaterad till samhället och den omgivning vi lever i. Därför är det lätt att undra varför skolan är så stängd och snarare stärker den ibland lite trista syn som allmänheten har på vår yrkeskår.Med en öppnare skola skulle vi verka närmare debatten och förhoppningsvis få visa upp våra idéer för en större publik och kanske även få chans att träna på att förklara för, och bemöta kritik från människor som inte tittar på ritningar dagarna i ända.Varför inte en öppen byggnad som visar upp snarare än döljer och som bjuder in istället för att stänga till..

Aim: The purpose of this paper is to see if there has been a change over time in the performance and in the spoken word of the Swedish cooking programs. By testing the theory of intimization on the cooking programs I get the opportunity to see if the border between the private and the public have become clearer or more difficult to notice, and if the new language, the informal language as intimization entails, has been used in Swedish cooking programs since the 70s until today, or if there´s ever been a formal language in Swedish programs? Method/Material: I'm using a rhetorical approach that includes a three-step analysis. Analysing the context, means to persuade and performance. The empirical material I intend to analyze is Swedish cooking programs from the 70s until today, 2010.

The project team has developed new power-efficient LED lighting fixtures inorder to implement an internal power source in the trailer. The result of this has becomea maintenance-free and wireless product to trailers.

This thesis is an evaluation of a new design concept for statorfeets in Gallejaur hydro power plant. Founder of the work is Vattenfall AB Vattenkraft. During the 70- and 80´s nuclear power began to be phased in to the Swedish grid, which meant that hydropower became an important source of rules. The generators began running in so called intermittent operations instead of basic operations, which meant 300-600 start/stop per year instead of one-ten numbers start/stop per year. In order to deal with the thermal forces that arise at every start and stop suppliers began to mount so called sliding joints, which is to take advantage of these forces and maintain the stator shape.

This master thesis aims to examine the methods of the conservation field and their visionabout maintenance and change, in terms of liturgical values. This is to be able todetermine if there is a need to develop the methods that the field of conservation has tosafeguard the intangible cultural heritage of the churches.This is mainly a literature review, focusing on different tutorials from the Swedish nationalheritage board, and different texts on liturgy aswell as Unesco's Convention for theSafeguarding of intagible Heritage (2003), ratified in Sweden in January 2011. A casestudy of the practical work has been carried out on three churches that have undergonechange. The application process and the results were important for this study.The conclusion is that the conservation field have ambitions to preserve the liturgicalvalues, but they do not have sufficiently developed methods to do so. Nevertheless, itappears that most cases of change in churches, increases the liturgical values..

Syftet med det här arbetet är att kartlägga i vilken grad gymnasielärare på en gymnasieskola i Norrbottens inland uppfattat sig som marknadsförare av sig själv, av sitt program och/eller av sin skola. Syftet är även att kartlägga om detta lett till konflikter i det etiska myndighetsuppdragetsom betygsättning innebär. Uppsatsens forskningsfrågor har varit:- Upplever lärare att deras arbete handlar om marknadsföring?- Upplever lärarna att det finns en konflikt i deras objektiva betygsättningsuppdrag och ett eventuellt marknadsföringsuppdrag?- Hur hanterar lärarna relationerna till föräldrar och elever i förhållande till marknadsföringsuppdraget?- Finns det uttalade rutiner för hantering av missnöjda elever?- Klarar skolan sitt kunskapsuppdrag?Studien har påvisat att lärare som upplever en tillhörighet till ett/några få program tycks uppleva att yrket till högre grad handlar om marknadsföring än lärare som saknar koppling till ett program. Yrkeslärare tycks uppleva att yrket till högre grad handlar om marknadsföring än teorilärare, vilket kan ses som en följd av att lärare på ett yrkesprogram per definition tillhör ett program och känner programtillhörighet.Lärare som upplever större osäkerhet kring det framtida tjänsteunderlaget anser sig till en högre grad påverkas av de relationer som de har till sina elever vid betygsättning än lärare som upplever en lägre osäkerhet kring det framtida tjänsteunderlaget.Lärarna hanterar främst elever som är missnöjda med utbildningen själva.

Research and innovation are areas that have been evolving quickly during recent years. However, it has been difficult for individual countries to make progress on their own. To solve this problem the European union have launched the most expensive research and innovation program to this day. By combining national governments throughout Europe, the EU wants to create cutting edge technology that will strenghten the region and make the union able to compete on a worldwide stage. However, trying to combine national governments has not been easy, the programs struggle with byrocracy and member states of the European union are tentative about supranational institutions. By engaging in the program national governments have been afraid of how this will affect their sovereignty.

Executive summary This master thesis was originally based on a specific assignment given to the authors from ABB Full Service, a unit specializing in providing maintenance outsourcing: ?How can ABB Full Service expand its offering of providing fundamental maintenance by seamlessly incorporating the business concept with competencies and solutions from other ABB divisions?? The academic issue was developed throughout the thesis, resulting in the following formulation: ?From an organizational perspective; how can service providers bring continuous added value to intra-organizational outsourcing partnerships?? Many of the key findings of this thesis are reflected in the issue. The term intra-organizational outsourcing is a proposed addition to the terminology in the academic discourse on outsourcing. The definition of the term is: ? Where an organization outsources a business process interlinked with the physical operations, requiring the service provider to take over a preexisting unit and its employees.This is an accurate description of the form of outsourcing that ABB Full Service is engaged in.

Studien syftar till att granska ett urval av pedagogiska datorprogram avsedda för matematik för att få reda på vad det är för typ av matematikuppgifter användaren (eleven) kan möta. Den teoretiska referensramen behandlar tre områden. Dessa är matematik, olika sätt att kategorisera matematikuppgifter samt olika sätt att kategorisera datorprogram. Sammanfattningsvis visar resultatet att det är svårt att kategorisera matematikuppgifter strikt. Beroende på val av program kan eleven möta uppgifter där det matematiska innehållet innefattar allt från ett upp till sex olika områden av grundskolans matematik.
