Introduction: Mental illness is a public health issue which 20-40 per cent of the inhabitantsin Sweden suffer from. Many factors can lead to mental illness and because of that it isimportant that different organisations and professions collaborate in prevention and healthpromotion work. To develop the collaborative process by noticing difficulties and successes,documenting, follow-up and evaluation is of great importance. Aim: The aim of this literaturereview is to investigate which methods are used for evaluation of health promoting anddisease preventive collaborative projects, which focuses on mental health directly orindirectly, and find out what results these projects has revealed. Method: Literature reviewwith descriptive design.

In recent decades, mental illness has increased in Sweden, and in parallel to this there has been an increase in unemployment. This implies that it is harder for people who have been away from employment for long periods due to ill health to return to work. The purpose of this study was to examine the work situation of people with mental illness who had undergone prevocational training, and to identify psychosocial factors relevant to their current work ability. The aim was also to describe how those who had undergone prevocational training perceived that it had affected their work ability. The study involved 19 participants who were interviewed and assessed with the Worker Role Interview, and an open question was asked about how they perceived that the prevocational training had affected their current work ability.

The concept of function represents a major part of mathematics and becomes more significant in school during high school. Throughout history, it has been a difficult concept to define and may create challenges for contemporary students. This literature study aims to identify students' difficulties with the concept of function, as well as to account for how the definition of a function has evolved historically. The literature study has been conducted through database searches in ERIC, Education Research Complete and MathSciNet via EBSCOhost, as well as through chain searching. The study results in identifying that students' difficulties with the concept of function primarily include the graphical and algebraic forms of representation.

At the farm Fride, in Lojsta at the Southern part of Gotland, my family runs a pig production with 80 part-integrated sows in a ?Familybox-system?. The main parts of the facilities are from the early 90´s and have done their job. The production results have the last years decreased because of new infections so we have to do something before shifting ownership! Therefore, it has developed a competitive situation between pulpwood and bioenergy. This situation has even established some questions. Two examples of these are: ? At what top diameter should the final piece of pulpwood be crosscut to get the best economically result? ? Should the top diameter, at the final piece of pulpwood, be crosscut at a thicker or smaller diameter than what is done today? Personal trainer is a profession that has grown strongly in recent decades, and has become increasingly common in the labor market within the health sector due to the widespread and growing interest in health and self- improvement. Further more, personal training is a great example of occupations with a close interaction between producer and consumer. The purpose of this study was to examine whether and if so how, personal trainers experience that the relationship with the clients affects their own personal development. This by finding out what impact the profession has had on the personality, what impact the relationship with the clients has affected the leadership, and last what impact the relationship with the clients have had on the personality based on social and mental aspects. Based on the purpose of the study qualitative method was chosen and data was collected with qualitative interviews.

This essay revolves around the reformation and sectorization of Swedish psychiatry starting in the 1970?s. Psychiatry was to change from being based in closed asylums to being an institution in the middle of society, finding social solutions to mental illness and working through a dynamic network of various care givers, such as welfare officers, nurses and psychiatrists. This new kind of psychiatry was first tested in Nacka, where psychiatric reformers Johan Cullberg and Bengt Berggren were the heads of a six-year long pioneer project of sectorized psychiatric care. My specific purpose is to analyze the new ideas of mental illness and of psychiatry?s role in society which were introduced in this project and how they were expressed in the official reports presenting it.The reformation was preceded by a public debate concerning psychiatry, which had intensified a few years around 1970.

Syftet med denna undersökning var att ta reda på hur lärare kan utveckla sina elevers psykiska förmåga inom ämnet idrott och hälsa. För att svara på syftet intervjuades två forskare på ett kvalitativt sätt och fyra idrottslärare intervjuades med hjälp av strukturerade intervjuer, samt aktuell litteratur lästes. I arbetet sökte jag svar på om det fanns några skillnader, eller likheter, mellan två forskares och fyra idrottslärares uppfattningar kring metoder att utveckla elevers psykiska förmåga. Undersökningen skulle även svara på vilka praktiska övningar inom mental träning som kan användas i idrottsundervisningen, samt hur idrottslärare med hjälp av mental träning kan motivera eleverna att sträva mot höga betyg.Studien visar att elevernas psykiska förmåga kan utvecklas genom olika mentala övningar. Att utveckla elevernas självförtroende genom att de ges lämpliga uppgifter som ligger på gränsen av vad eleverna tror sig kunna klarar av är ett sätt.

Background:Homeless persons who suffer of mental illness are one group which is marginalized worldwide. Homeless people have a fragmentary contact with healthcare and many of those who have drug abuse problems and mental illness are still undiagnosed. Still, this is not their only issue when various state agencies argue about who will take responsibility for this persons. Aim: To describe the factors that are perceived supportive or restrictive by homeless people with mental illness. Method: The material has been gathered via systematic and unsystematic searches and the study was designed as a literature review.
