I denna uppsats söker vi genom att jämföra en före detta kommunistisk auktoritär stat, exemplet Polen, med en före detta fascistisk auktoritär stat, exemplet Portugal, finna svar på om en socialistisk ideologi gynnas mer i ett före detta fascistiskt system samt, som en bifråga, om dessa stater genom sin historiskt starka koppling till respektive ideologi påverkats i sin omvandling till moderna demokratier.Vi uppnår genom att komparativt studera länderna med inriktning på diktaturens art och medel, de religiösa kopplingarna, övergångsstyret, systemförändringar efter revolutionerna och framför allt dagens partier och deras utveckling våra resultat.Genom arbetets gång kom vi fram till slutsatsen att någon skillnad mellan attityderna till en sccialistisk ideologi inte kunde kopplas till den auktoritära regimen, utan snarare är resultat av internationell påverkan och politiska strömningar bland befolkningen. En viss påverkan av regimtypen på demokratiseringsprocessen kan skönjas, men inte tillräckligt för att få entydiga resultat i denna uppsats..

AbstractIn the fall of 2003 a project was started in the Swedish building sector that is called BASTA (the building sectors’ termination of especially harmful substances). The project is operated by the building companies NCC, Skanska, PEAB and JM, the Swedish Building Industry and the Swedish Environmental Institute IVL. The purpose of the project is to create a common environmental assessment system for the entire building industry and with the help of this system phase out the use of especially harmful properties from building products.In a large sense BASTA works like this; On the BASTA web site there is a database, to which a supplier can register the company and the company’s products. Only those products with a substance content that fulfil the demands of the BASTA system, is to be registered. As it is the supplier himself that carries out the registration of the company and the company’s products to the system, the BASTA-organisation annually controls that the companies that are registered in the database, fulfils BASTA’s demands.Since NCC is one of the companies that operates BASTA, BASTA is probably going to be the environmental assessment system that is recommended for the company in the future.

Starting point to this Paper is the idea and wish to adapt the society and its different activities to a recycle society. A building area in Göteborg is planned and investigated for such adaptation. In the district named Skogaberg, about 130 households totally are planned from what 20 are blocks of flats. The idea with this project is to constitute an alternative sewage system, a Blackwater system, were the fractions of most nutrients and least pollution are separated, taken care of and utilised. The aim is to get a market and use the nutrients of the organic waste from the household in agriculture use.

I mitt förslag betraktar jag Nationalmuseums klassicism och dess symmetrier som ett system i flera skalor, ett obundet system vilket det är möjligt att bygga vidare på. Det är ett system där massa hela tiden ställs mot tomrum, och där rytmen i allt från pelare till stora rymder och motsvarande massivitet harmonierar mellan huvudbyggnaden och det tillbyggda. Det är en byggnad avsedd för kroppen: man ska röra sig runt den och i den och känna hur det rytmiska pågår; hur massan och tomrummen får rörelse och vill flyta in i varandra och där volymerna får tyngd och gravitation i denna spänning. Jag har tagit fasta på det monumentala, inte nödvändigtvis som storskalighet, utan som någonting annat, mer mystiskt. Där tar jag stöd i Aldo Rossis Architecture of the City.

Many traffic incidents are due to the driver?s lack of attention, resulting in dangerous lane departures, either sliding off theroad or into the oppose lane. These kinds of incidents often have serious outcomes, which has led to much effort being concentrated on preventing or lessening the damages when the incident is already a fact, for example by installing safety belts and air bags. These measures may be considered to be acts of so-called passive safety. Active safety on the other hand, means that the safety systems intervene before the incidents have occurred.

Allt fler verksamheter väljer att investera i IT lösningar, med avsikt att skapa konkurrensfördelar gentemot organisationer i samma bransch. ERP system är en av dessa IT lösningar, och det har framkommit att dessa system inte alltid fungerar på ett tillfredsställande sätt. Därför är dessa system att betrakta som mindre dugliga ur ett användbarhetsperspektiv. Avsikten är att utveckla vår modell (TTF/A) som studerar hur en matchning mellan systemkaraktäristiska drag och karaktäristiska drag hos arbetsuppgifter påverkar systemets användbarhet. Modellen betraktar även hur erfarenhet av teknologianvändning och erfarenhet av att utföra arbetsuppgiften påverkar matchningen.

During the later parts of the 20th century there occurred several changes to the Swedish public sector. These changes aimed to effectivize and decentralize the governance model in the public sector. One of these changes was the municipalization of the school system, put forward and proposed by the social democratic government in the late 1980s and early 1990s. This study aims to examine and compare that times different parliamentary parties' opinions on the municipalization of the school system. The source material consists of government bills, and in direct relation to the municipalization of the school system.

Undersökningen är baserad på forskning inom psykologi och lingvistik. Genom att använda ett ?Choose-your-own-adventure?-scenario i fyra varianter samt två protokoll undersöks hur testpersonerna uppfattar deras karaktär och vilken skillnad röstskådespel gjorde på denna uppfattning. Testpersonerna beskriver även hur de upplever röstskådespel i dagens spel samt vilken påverkan röstskådespelarna har på deras upplevelse och lockelse till spel.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine and analyze why, in the case of Afghanistan, the government chose to establish a highly centralized political system, when from a democratic standpoint a less centralized system would be preferable.The time period that is examined span from 2001 when the so-called Bonn-Accord was signed, to the parliamentary elections held in 2005, a period often referred to as the Bonn-process.The theoretical framework examines both the complex relations between federalism and democracy, as well as the relation between federalism and the role of existent ethnic minorities. The theoretical framework is then used in order to explain why it would be problematic to create a federal system in Afghanistan under the present circumstances.The conclusions that can be drawn are the following: In case of the republic Afghanistan the creation and implementation of a highly centralized political system was the only possible way for the government to be able to cope and practically deal with the problems of existent ethnic antagonism and regional warlords in order to create a stable political situation in the country..

Sammandrag Information flödar genom samtidens organisationer och behöver systematiskt kontrolleras. Genom att implementera Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, även kallat ERP-system, kan företag enklare samla upp, strukturera och utnyttja all denna flödande information i ett och samma informationssystem. Majoriteten av alla företag misslyckas dock att fullständigt integrera ERP-systemet med sina vardagliga rutiner. Tidigare forskning tyder på att den utbildning slutanvändarna får och ett kontinuerligt ifrågasättande av organisationens värderingar, även kallat double-loop learning (DLL), påverkar organisationens möjlighet till en fullständig integration. Genom en kvalitativ flerfallsstudie på olika företag inom detaljhandeln, alla användare av samma ERP-system, har denna studie undersökt vilken roll utbildningsfasen spelar för att DLL ska uppstå vid en ERP-implementation.

In this project the focus has been on the system for recombination at Oskarshamn 2. The recombining systems have on several occasions switched paths due to low pressure before the last ejector that?s feeding the recombiner. Of the mentioned reason, events and several measuring points have been analyzed in this report since the installation of the recombining systems.In order to prove theories and demonstrate what may be the cause of this problem, we used heat balance calculations by the program Probera. Using the program, we can demonstrate that the catalytic process does not reach the desired temperature with the amount of combustible substance.

This report is the result of a thesis conducted at the consulting firm Bjerking AB andis the final part of the Bachelor Programme in Construction Engineering at Universityof Uppsala. The work aims to investigate the costs and how the choice of ventilationsystem affects building projects during a long-term period. This report covers costssuch as investment, maintenance and energy but also how they affect residents andbuilders. Building regulations for energy consumption are expected to be tougher;therefore a comparison of two different heat recovery ventilation systems(HRV-system) was made. One system is based on a centrally placed unit that coversthe whole buildings ventilation through vertical shafts.
