This bachelor thesis includes two different manuals and design of an interface box between a test object and a general test station (computer) with ARINC429 communication.There are three different purposes with this project:The first is to setup a general test station with ARINC429 communication using a communications card from DDC (DD-42916i3-300) and software from Ampol Technologies (dataSIMS).The second is to design a new interface between the test computer and the test object. As well as implementing two components in the equipment.The third is to write two separate manuals to guide the users of this equipment. There are two different kinds of users of this equipment, technicians and system engineers. Technicians use the equipment to test and repair flight components. System engineers will implement new components in the equipment.The result of this project is a working test station with a new interface and two manuals..

The aim of this thesis is to investigate indexing consistency in LIBRIS, a Swedish national union catalogue, where searches can be carried out among almost five million titles. To calculate consistency, indexing terms of translations and indexing terms of documents in their original language have been compared. I have used a total of 100 such pairs in the study. There is a lot of different methods that can be used when consistency is calculated, in this study Hoopers and Rollings methods have been used since they are two of the most commonly methods used and also have the advantage of being fairly simple to use and understand. In the thesis, differences in consistency between indexing terms consisting of names and general indexing terms and differences in consistency between controlled indexing terms and uncontrolled indexing terms are also compared.

This BSc thesis is an introductory step to the collaboration between the Swedish zoo Skansen and Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS). It constitutes of an inventory of the Nairobi Animal Orphanage (AO), a facility that cares for injured and abandoned wildlife species in Kenya. Through the cooperation with Skansen, the KWS will improve their management of the AO. The aim of the inventory and BSc theses is to evaluate the management of black-backed jackal (Canis mesomelas), lion (Panthera leo) and patas monkey (Erythrocebus patas) regarding their biological needs. The general enclosures, routines and feeding at the AO are also evaluated since they have a great influence on the management of captive animals.

This paper argues that the food industry in general and the one taking place in Scania in particular, are disregarded in the official management of industrial preservation carried out in Sweden today. Despite the articulated ambition of a cultural heritage that as many as possible could identify with, the practice tend to create an industrial heritage based on stereotype ideas about the landscape in Sweden and the characteristics of industry. The way the open land of Scania differs from the traditional image of the appearance of Sweden, is used as one possible way to explain why the food industries of Scania are overseen in the management of industrial heritage. It is also argued that the high number of female employees might bee a reason why the food industries in general are given low priority in the practice of cultural heritage. The aim of this study was to investigate to which extent the employees of Tetra Pak Packaging Material AB at Tetra Pak in Lund experience that the informal communication during the coffee-break contributes to their well-being. The aim was also to distinguish if this potential well-being effects how the employees experience how work in general makes them feel. The hypothesis of the study is that the coffee-break effects the well-being in a positive way, and that it has a positive effect on how work in general makes the employees feel.

Background: Diabetes is a common disease where the degree of self-management is of paramount importance. Individual factors influences both cooping and general wellbeing among diabetic patients. Glycemic control is known to be important but other factors ought to be considered. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe how individual self-management influences the general wellbeing among adult diabetic patients. En marknadsundersökning av förekommande metoder för digitalisering av karosseridetaljer. Olika skannertyper analyserades och en rekommendation av lämplig metod lämnades till uppdragsgivaren. Förutom punktantal beaktades även punktorintering, inskanningskostnad/tid, positioneringssystem och mätrymd. Uppdragsgivaren rekommenderades att använda en optisk skanner för projicering av fransar med ett optiskt spårningssystem. Då tillverkning skall ske i mycket små serier berördes även olika tillverkningsmetoder, som exempelvis hydroformning mot ett formverktyg av aluminium eller kompositcement.
