A study based on the consumer buying decision process to discover the typical use of the Internet in the consumer buying decision process when buying clothes. The matter is researched through an Internet survey which discovers how the consumer use the Internet in each step of the buying decision process by using predetermined options. As a result, the conclusion is that people most commonly use the traditional alternatives in the buying decision process of clothes. However, information about a product is often collected on the Internet, mostly on different webshops. The main reason, for people to buy clothes on the Internet, is that the consumers consider it is more convenient and time saving.

In some cases there are no methods to identify raw material which are included in dietary supplements such as tablets. The identification can be done with TLC. A general method description was developed using the raw material gotukola and appel cider vinegar. This includes processing to achieve higher concentration of the active ingredient if needed; evaluation of solubility agents to dissolve the active substance; evaluation of mobile and stationary phase and visualization of the stationary phase. : I denna rapport har det gjorts en undersökning om vilket som är det mest lämpliga materialet/ materialen för en handske till formel 1 bilförare. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer och informationsundersökning har en kravspecifikation sammanställts med de viktigaste kraven, som förare och regelverket ställer. Reglerna är angivna i standarder till handskar för formel 1 bilförare. ! En rad olika tester har gjorts och genom det har frågeformuleringarna besvarats. De material som testades var Nomex®, Kevlar®, Trevira CS® och Nomex® III.

In the research field of the cultivation theory focus has shifted from TV in general to studying specific genres instead. It is proposed that there are similarities in otherwise different shows and that these shows give it´s voyeurs a solution to their problems.  The purpose however of this study is to investigate how the myth about the good life is posed in Tv3´s supply.  The theories used in this study are closely linked by their meaning. Narrative talks about the fact that texts, video in this case, contain stories. Ideology is the set of visions and beliefs one person has on the world and myth makes social, historic and cultural decided power orders in to facts.

The aim of this research is to do a comparison between students? view of equality in secondary school and in gymnasium. The research begins with four focus groups, two on each grade to conduct material. The focus groups with girls and boys were separated from each other. With help from the researcher, acting as a moderator in the focus groups, the students have discussed advertisement and what message it convey.

En snabb överblick av räkenskapsmaterial från en samling svenska nötköttsproducenter uppsamlat i projektet Agribeef ger en bild av en näring med bristande lönsamhet. Den svenska nötköttsproduktionen generellt har lönsamhetsproblem.Inom ramen för projektet Agribeef har material samlats in från gårdar runtom i landet. Detta material utgör underlag för denna studie. Syftet med denna uppsats är att analysera detta material och söka efter enskilda lönsamhetsfaktorer som uppvisar korrelation med lönsamhet.Genom en korrelationsanalys jämfördes utvalda faktorer. Resultatet blev att det för ungnötsproducenterna visade sig vara kostnaden för byggnader som hade starkast samband med lönsamheten.

Detta examensarbete behandlar fenomenet att använda djurkroppar som material. Studiens syfte är att undersöka fenomenet döda djur och djurkroppar i konst, hantverk och design, och lyfta fram på vilket sätt döda djur används och hur användandet kan tolkas och förstås. Teorin belyser relationen djur och människa ur historiskt perspektiv, hur djur framställts inom konsten, samt den etiska aspekten. Metod och material består i en analys utifrån texter och medier, och en kvalitativ intervju med Märta Mattsson, som skapar smycken av främst insekter. Studien visar på att djur har varit symbol för många olika saker som mod, tapperhet, häxkonst och erotik.

The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen på sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. The interviews were processed by content analysis.Results: Health professionals´ experience of giving advice on sleep was summarized in three themes. The experiences of giving advice in interaction with parents, health professional themselves experienced the power to influence the parents with the advice they gave, while the parents' previous experience and knowledge impacted on how the advice came into practice.

 I skolan används olika redskap i undervisningen, men hur skulle det vara om man kunde använda sig av ett material som var i stort sätt självrättande! Det syfte vi har för den här studien är att undersöka hur och om Montessorimaterial kan införas i skolan som ett hjälpmedel och extramaterial. Vi vill likaledes se hur materialen kan vara ett redskap att hjälpa eleverna i sin språk- och kunskapsutveckling. Denna studie etablerades genom observationer och loggboksskrivande, i två klasser på två olika skolor. Resultatet visar att det är möjligt att använda sig av Montessorimaterial, men att det krävs tid i början och att det då mest är ett extramaterial. Den slutsats som kan dras utifrån det data som vi har samlat är att materialet kan vara bra att använda och går att använda sig av i skolan.

The decrease in the number of dairy farms in Sweden has been ongoing for a longer period of time. But the fact is that this has previously not had any big effects on total amount of milk produced in Sweden. The main reason is that the remaining dairy farms get larger. However, during the past year, there has been a decrease in the total amount of produced milk, because the decrease is faster than the increase within the farms that are left. During the same period of time the supply of milk on the global market also has decreased. In spite of the fact that the global supply have decreased and the fact that the milk price increases, there are dairy farmers in Sweden who chose to exit the market.

Kalksten och råmjöl sliter kraftigt på allt det kommer i kontakt med. Råmjölet blästrar och kalkstenen gnider sig in i och slår mot materialet i råkvarnskrets 8 vid Cementa AB:s anläggning i Slite. Underhållskostnaderna är stora för råkvarnskrets 8 och i denna rapport utreds möjligheterna att göra besparingar genom ett nytt materialval. Vid valet av material tas hänsyn till nötningsbeständighet, pris och livslängd hos både material och maskin. Nötningsbeständigheten beror av duktilitet, hårdhet, dämpningsförmåga, med mera.

Vi har studerat ett material som syftar till ett tidigt samarbete mellan hem och skola för att upptäcka barn med läs- och skrivsvårigheter. Studien har genomförts som en komparativ fallstudie, där två vitt skilda kommuner utgjort grunden. Fallbeskrivningarna består av intervjuer, fältanteckningar och delresultat från en större enkätundersökning som genomförts av materialets upphovsmän. Genom att jämföra två olika fall hoppades vi kunna se och beskriva likheter och skillnader och därmed kunna dra slutsatser kring materialets effekter på ett djupare plan. Undersökningen visar på två scenarion gällande effekterna av materialet, ett positivt och ett negativt.

Decomposition of organic matter is a critical process in the ecosystem, which involves many essential biotic and physical parts. Decomposition is therefore an important process both above and below ground. The rate of decomposition is dependent of many environmental factors for example: pH, moisture and supply of oxygen. The decomposition can therefore be affected by large scaled environmental influences, such as acidification and climatic changes. The root litter in the forest is in different ways affected by acidification, liming and manuering.

This work is about how teachers describe their work with mathematics in a traditional nursery school and a Montessori preschool. Another aim is to study how children mathematise on the two different preschools and to see if there are any differences between the various educational theories and practices mathematising. I have used two methods wich is interviews with preschool teachers, and observation of the children. The results of my study was that differences exist but the biggest difference is the material that Montessori uses. The difference between the teachers' way of teaching mathematics is to Montessori preschool places great emphasis on the material and how it is used, while in the traditional preschool puts the emphasis on learning through interaction with others.
