Battle of Life : Spelprojekt till Swedish Game Awards
Vi beskriver i denna rapport hur vi, som två studenter vidÖrebro universitet, utvecklade ett nätverksbaserat action-spel för datorer i Windows-miljösomsedanvarmed ochtävladei nordens största spelutvecklar-tävling, Swedish Game Awards. I spelet,som vi döpt till Battle of Life, tar sig spelaren an en farlig och oförlåtande värld och måste slåss mot andra spelareför att överleva. Vi förklarar i denna rapport hur vi, under tio veckors tid,utvecklar ett spel från grundenoch vilka verktyg och metoder vi använde oss av för att genomföra uppgiften. Vi beskriver projektets mot-och framgångar samt hur vi löste de problem vi komi kontakt med under utveklingens gång.Vi går in djupare på varför vi gjordevissa designbeslut och hur de påverkade vårt slutliga resultat.Avslutningsvis diskuterarviom utveklingsprocessen och spelets eventuella framtid, både från vårt eget perspektivsom utvecklaremen även från ett samhällsenligt perspektiv..

The main purpose of this thesis was to examine how hospital librarians worked with young people at a children?s and young people?s hospital in Sweden. We wanted to see how they promoted their health with culture and cultural means such as book trolleys. We did a case study, and made three qualitative interviews with the hospital librarians. The purpose was also to find out what the hospital librarians thought of young peoples.

The aim of this study was to reach a better understanding of voluntary work and
its possible influence on the work role. Based on a phenomenological approach,
five voluntary workers from the leisure field were interviewed.
The interpretation of the empirical data was based on the Humanistic psychology
and its theories about personality, self-realization, motivation and emotion.
The results show that the motive behind the voluntary engagement varied amongst
the participants and all of them stated more
than one motive. However, social motives, wanting to learn more and develop
their skills and also wanting to help others, were the most frequent motives
among the participants. In the light of the theoretical background
for this study, these motives can be understood as being due to the need of
self-realization and appreciation from others, and also a wish to reach an
ideal self.

This essay examines the limits of marketing strategies in the online casino industry,
focusing on how data-driven and advanced marketing practices influence consumer
behavior and contribute to problematic gambling consumption. By observing the
online casino industry, the study identifies how companies use sophisticated data
analysis methods and psychological techniques to attract and retain customers,
raising significant ethical and social issues.
The study highlights three key perspectives: the consumer's, the producer's, and the
legislator's. From the consumer's perspective, it explores how various consumer
behaviors, from responsible gambling to problematic overconsumption, are
influenced by marketing and gaming experiences. This includes an analysis of how
cognitive limitations and psychological biases can lead to irrational decisions and an
increased risk of gambling addiction.
From the producer's perspective, it examines how gambling companies use
marketing strategies and technologies to increase profitability and what incentives
they have to take social responsibility according to modern Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) principles. It appears that companies do not see CSR as a
business goal beyond the risk of current and future regulatory compliance
requirements and policy changes.
From the legislator's viewpoint, the current regulatory framework for the gambling
industry is discussed, including the changes that occurred in 2019 when the special
monopoly form we had in Sweden was transformed into a license market.

The purpose was to give the student a professionalfrontage and to visualize there exhibition concept through the catalogue.What elements, typography and shapes should be used for this purpose?How important is the physical format that the catalogue has?Through a massive sketch phase I came to see the difficulties in creating anexhibition catalogue. Ett affärskoncept har tagits fram och resulterat i en marknadsplats. Marknadsplatsen är en webbsida och mobil applikation vars syfte är att skapa värde av resursers bokningsbara tider som idag har generellt låg beläggning hos aktivitetsanläggningar inom sport, kultur och nöje.Marknadsplatsen är tänkt att samla ett brett utbud av lågbeläggningstider inom olika aktivitetstyper som är typiska vardagsaktiviteter som vänner gör tillsammans. Tanken är att bygga ett starkt varumärke för marknadsplatsen med det tydliga budskapet att "marknadsplatsen tillhandahåller ett brett utbud av prisvärda erbjudanden inom sport- och nöjesaktiviteter, om du väljer att anpassa ditt schema utifrån anläggningarnas lågbeläggningstider". Dessutom är det tänkt att marknadsplatsen ska ha funktionalitet som gör det enklare för användare att boka en tid via marknadsplatsen, genom att synkronisera de olika alternativ av aktiviteter och tider som personer inom en grupp av vänner är intresserade av. Marknadsplatsen är tänkt att riktas till målgrupper med personer som har flexibla scheman, framförallt egenföretagare, studenter och pensionärer.
En utvecklingsprocess
This is a study in my preparations for my final concert at the Academy of Music and Drama- ?????????? University. My aim is to create a plan and a schedule for my practising methods and other preparations so I will be able to perform at the top of my ability.I have studied and chosen a collection of methods that will help me prepare for my concert and at the same time develop my oboe playing. En undersökning av faktorer som hämmar köp från utländska webbsidor : Ett svenskt perspektiv
Flertalet modeföretag använder sig idag av SMS-reklam, en reklamform som enligt studier uppfattas som positiv så länge som den är tillåtelsebaserad. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om och i så fall vilka skillnader som finns vad det gäller attityden till SMS-reklam och det efterföljande köpbeteendet mellan de som anser sig ha accepterat avtalen kring SMS-reklam och de som ej anser sig ha gett sin tillåtelse. För att uppfylla syftet fick 219 studerande vid Stockholms universitet besvara ett frågeformulär gällande deras attityd till SMS-reklam och deras efterföljande köpbeteende. Resultaten visade, i likhet med tidigare forskning, att de studenter som var medvetna om att ha gett sin tillåtelse till att motta SMS-reklam både hade en mer positiv attityd till SMS-reklam och ett mer positivt köpbeteende till följd av SMS:et. De studenter som inte var medvetna om att de gett sin tillåtelse hade en mer negativ attityd till SMS-reklam och hade ett mer negativt köpbeteende till följd av SMS:et.

In Swedish school library research, the role of the school library has seldom been studied in a subject-specific context. When it has been, the subject has usually been a theoretical subject such as Swedish or Social studies. The purpose of this master's thesis is to study what role or roles the school library can play in a different context, in the program-specific subjects at a trade oriented program in the Swedish upper secondary school, and to determine what factors affect the possibility for the school library to play a role in such a context. The Food Programme was selected as the specific program to be studied. In this program, the students learn a trade, in this case bakery, and the teaching in the program-specific subjects can be expected to be practical in nature.

The purpose of this study has been to examine and analyze school counselors? experience of collaboration with other professions in the student health team and the preconditions for their work. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with six elementary-, and two high school student counselors in a medium-sized town in Sweden. The theoretical approach being used is: role theory, theory of professions and theory about collaboration. The study´s result shows that the school counselors? experience an unclarity in their job assignments and their role is often described as diffuse and vauge.

If in the long term, this affects the individual receiving assistance. All the interviewed persons come from different places, services and organizations. The study is qualitative, with a number of interviews conducted with unit managers.
